I sent one parcel to kanpur address from nagercoil office of the professional courier on 29 february 2020. The details of courier booking are as follows.

From 10th march onwards until lockdown started i visited atleast 2 times in a week to get proof of delivery. Each time they asked me to come after few days. I visited once after both nagercoil office and kanpur office of the professional courier started functioning after the first lockdown. They asked me to come after 15 days to tell whether proof of delivery has been issued or not. I sent email to head office but there was no reply. I contacted them through facebook messenger. A few times they said they have informed the concerned persons and i would receive proof of delivery soon. But after that they stopped replying to my messages and till now i have not received the proof of delivery.

Please send proof of delivery or return the parcel to me.

I sent one parcel from nagercoil office of professional courier to kanpur address on 29/2/2020. The consignment number is ngl6487039. I am repeatedly visiting nagercoil office since 10th of march to get proof of delivery. Several times they told me to come after few days till lockdown started. Now both nagercoil office and the kanpur office are working from 10 am to 1 pm. Today when i visited nagercoil office they tell me to come after may 17. I have several times complained about this to the head office of professional courier through email. But they never reply. I need proof of delivery with the company seal to get refund from amazon. Now i dont have neither the product nor the money i paid for the product. I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest possible. Send message to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

20 days passed. As you told i will receive the package soon, i am waiting. I am still waiting for the delivery of a package i parceled on the last days of february this year. I have not received the proof of delivery of the package. If not able to deliver please return the package to me. How long should i wait for this.

          Worst courier service i have ever come across. Please please and please do not choose for gods sake. Their priority isn’t reaching the package to the customer at the right time. They are not even concerned about the packages, honestly speaking.
          The response that i receive from them is like “we don’t know where is the package, we finding it out”.
          They are finding the parcel since three days like what the hell?
          It must be unprofessional courier service rather
          The service in bangalore is very very bad, trust me.
          No response at all
          All their number are busy all the time, or it is disconnected.
          Even though they answer, they start playing blame games.

                Hi,

                Professional courier north paravoor doesnt door deliver the package. This is the status now july 21st 2020 and it was the same 15 years back too. Please remove pincode number 683516 from your service location list if you can not provide said delivery.

                Every vendor verify the pincode they see proffessional courier service here at this pincode. But the fact is you do not. And i dont think you have any plan to upgrade also. So why dont you please take out the pincode so that vendors can select other option to sent our consignments,

                  Product was sent from a company in mumbai on 9th july from santacruz professional couriers branch, which was supposed to be delivered by 10days. (Consignment no.: vpl[protected]
                  In track system it is showing it is dispatched to karnataka. There is no update after that. I have been calling both santacruz and laxmeshwar branches. Even customer care numbers. I have deadlines promised to my customer. I want update regarding where the product is. It is not for first time, professional couriers never give proper details to customer regarding product. I’m requesting to whoever it is concerned to, give updates regarding my courier.

                    I have received one parcel at ghatkopar mumbai office 3 days back they denied delivery and was told to pick up personally. It contains medical device and was told at time of booking at mumbai mandvi your office says ed don't deliver parcel now since i can't go out i requested them but he denied also nobody picks up the phone. When you can't deliver courier why you take orders at all i paid more money for it

                          We have submitted a parcel of box which contain 11th science student one year text books and one year notes as parcel from hyderabad to coimbatore through professional courier, on 29th jun 20. Its not been delivered and the response of tracking is poor, not able to answer by them what happened to parcel, just they are saying wait for some days.

                          But they lost the track, since its student one year notes she (Student) is facing lot of mental pressure. After charging for the parcel rs. 1200/- they are so irresponsible.

                              My issue is that i i used poffesional courier service from ritu enterprises, c block vasant vihar, new delhi-110057, in the month of march but they didnt delivered my package to destination and they rerutrned back it in the month of may. When i recieved my courier back from ritu enterprises and just after opeinng the package i found that the package was opened and than repacked.

                              I found that the materials of package has gone missing like there were 20 packets of biscuits but now what i get retruned is just 2 packets.

                              There were 9 bottles of hand sanitizer but what i got is just 5 and some of them has been used as well. If it was leaked it should have caused damaged to package as well but that was not the case.

                              I have attached the pictures as welll. Please look into it and let me know.

                              They even efused to pay back my money.

                              This is very serious issue first the package getting not delivered and refusing to pay back my money and than this things. Consigment written on subject line.

                                      We submitted our items for courier on 09.06.2020 and received the receipt for that. After doing online enquiry the item was not traceable with that bill no then we contacted the courier person and to our utmost shock he send the item on 13.06.2020 and no information. Today is already 28.06.2020 and we have not yet received our item and no online updation. No customer care support and no one responding to the numbers given in there website. It contained some important medicine's and perishable items. Now who will bear this loss. Why we were not being informed by the person receiving the parcel for courier. Such a pathetic service.
