Professional courier north paravoor doesnt door deliver the package. This is the status now july 21st 2020 and it was the same 15 years back too. Please remove pincode number 683516 from your service location list if you can not provide said delivery.

Every vendor verify the pincode they see proffessional courier service here at this pincode. But the fact is you do not. And i dont think you have any plan to upgrade also. So why dont you please take out the pincode so that vendors can select other option to sent our consignments,

Product was sent from a company in mumbai on 9th july from santacruz professional couriers branch, which was supposed to be delivered by 10days. (Consignment no.: vpl[protected]
In track system it is showing it is dispatched to karnataka. There is no update after that. I have been calling both santacruz and laxmeshwar branches. Even customer care numbers. I have deadlines promised to my customer. I want update regarding where the product is. It is not for first time, professional couriers never give proper details to customer regarding product. I’m requesting to whoever it is concerned to, give updates regarding my courier.

I have received one parcel at ghatkopar mumbai office 3 days back they denied delivery and was told to pick up personally. It contains medical device and was told at time of booking at mumbai mandvi your office says ed don't deliver parcel now since i can't go out i requested them but he denied also nobody picks up the phone. When you can't deliver courier why you take orders at all i paid more money for it

My name is senthilkumar from cochin. One parcel has been despatched from aranthanki to cochin but till date not delivered. I have registered compliant in professional courier but no response received. I have sent mail to them but no response received.

We have submitted a parcel of box which contain 11th science student one year text books and one year notes as parcel from hyderabad to coimbatore through professional courier, on 29th jun 20. Its not been delivered and the response of tracking is poor, not able to answer by them what happened to parcel, just they are saying wait for some days.

But they lost the track, since its student one year notes she (Student) is facing lot of mental pressure. After charging for the parcel rs. 1200/- they are so irresponsible.

Hi,

My issue is that i i used poffesional courier service from ritu enterprises, c block vasant vihar, new delhi-110057, in the month of march but they didnt delivered my package to destination and they rerutrned back it in the month of may. When i recieved my courier back from ritu enterprises and just after opeinng the package i found that the package was opened and than repacked.

I found that the materials of package has gone missing like there were 20 packets of biscuits but now what i get retruned is just 2 packets.

There were 9 bottles of hand sanitizer but what i got is just 5 and some of them has been used as well. If it was leaked it should have caused damaged to package as well but that was not the case.

I have attached the pictures as welll. Please look into it and let me know.

They even efused to pay back my money.

This is very serious issue first the package getting not delivered and refusing to pay back my money and than this things. Consigment written on subject line.

Like as fake courier system. Immediately stop this courier system. Their customer care is very bad, no helping to you. Please ignore using this courier system.

Dispatched item to wrong address

We submitted our items for courier on 09.06.2020 and received the receipt for that. After doing online enquiry the item was not traceable with that bill no then we contacted the courier person and to our utmost shock he send the item on 13.06.2020 and no information. Today is already 28.06.2020 and we have not yet received our item and no online updation. No customer care support and no one responding to the numbers given in there website. It contained some important medicine's and perishable items. Now who will bear this loss. Why we were not being informed by the person receiving the parcel for courier. Such a pathetic service.

School books along with original mark sheet with original payment receipt not yet dispatched nor it's proper track down by branches located at dombivali midc & akola branch

I had sent one shipment from kasargode to calicut on 23.06.2020. Contacted many times kasargode professional courier office.
No answer and no proper reply.
At last on 27.06.2020, after calling more than 6 times they are saying it is misrouted.

Respected sir i am working in defence services at vadodara. My parcel tracking id is agr[protected] which was received by professional office at vadodara on 16 jun 20, which i came to know through tracking. Still now they have not called me or delivered my parcel. Due covid-19. We are not allowed to go out since 22 mar 20. I have received my all item through other courier services promptly but this was first time facing problem through professional courier service. Please help me to get my parcel.

They dont have any tracking for the consignement they are very irresponsible.

Online tracking and complaint system do not works.
