Yesterday we have booked the courier pod no:1521646 in namagiripet near to rasipuram and the receiver address is kodumudi pin - 638151, still the parcel is not received and there is no response from customer care service and local professional courier office.. There is worst service happen in all time professional courier now there is a evidence to prove your quality of service..

I sent a courier weighed 520 gram to the address - roshan amjad k, s/o adv. Majeed kalappattil, kalappattil house, thirunnavaya po, puthanathani, malappuram district - from professional couriers, vattiyoorkavu, trivandrum (Vtk/tvm) on 7 th november 2019, morning 10 am. I inquired about the date of delivery and they told me that it will be delivered in a day. And will be home delivered. It was an urgent matter too.

But it was only on 12th morning, that too after repeated calles to the courier office, my mother got a call from the professional courier office, puthanathani.. It was 5 days late and even calls were not attended in between. They asked to come to their centre to collect the parcel. I called them back and they in fact used very bad words when i asked them to deliver at home. It is well known to all, a courier agency is paid to home deliver the letter or parcel and not to order the addressee to come and collect it from their location. The agent at puthanathani office, argued with me and told that he is instructed to deliver to shops and offices and not to houses. But home delivery is ensured in professional courier's website and it is not fair to do this.

This is regarding a missing consignment shipped from surat to thrissur, kerala, few months back.
The problem started with the wrong pincode entered 690301 instead of 680301 by the sender while booking the consignment. Later when enquired about the delay i got answer from surat office that they will try to locate the shipment and try to get it back to the sender which has not yet happened.
Now when i spoke to the surat office executive they said the consignment is missing and they were not able to locate it.
Wrong pincode is a human error but we expect the shipment to reach back to the sender if not delivered.

I have booked two letters through professional courier on 26.09.2019 to bengaluru. The last date to reach the office was 31.10.2019. The letter reached on 04.11.2019. It took almost 9 days to reach the address where as it usually took one to two days. As a result we lost the opportunity of getting scholarship of my son who has got financial assistance for the past three years. Three years, my son got rs 3, 000/- as financial assistance. Even we lost the opportunity of getting the merit scholarship amount of rs 6, 000/-.

A courier was picked up by the professional courier on 28-october 2019 for delivery to kalavakkam, omr road. The receipt no. 2145785. The courier was not yet delivered. (Today 05-nov 2019).
Tried to call tpc corporate office (+[protected].. This phone is out of order
Tried to call chennai office[protected].. It is permanently busy
Tried to call chengalpet office... No one is there to pick up the phone call
Tried to complaint in website, but my receipt number is not accepted. It asks for consignment number, which is not there in my receipt. So complaint in website fails. I tried through feedback section.. It doesnot work...
Sending many mails through my mail id... But no consequence

My one document is sent by m/s icici bank on 24.10.2019. Doct. Kur[protected], delivery address:- suresh kumar thory, priyanka hsg society, sector-9, plot no-15, moshi pradhikaran, pune 412105. This is still not delivered. I had sent a 2 time mail on [protected]@tpcglobe.com but there is no any response. I called in pune office on[protected] on 01.11.2019 they had give me number of pimpri branch[protected], [protected], this number is switch off. But when i called on[protected] they asked me about doct no and address and said me they wiil check and contact to me but no reply till yet after that i m reguraly calling on this number but no response. Then i searched other number on website and i called on [protected], she directly said me that this not related to me your call in pimpri customer number, even she dont have the pimpri customer no, she had give me another customer no [protected] i also speak on this number. Again she asked me address & doct number and said to me that i will check and call to you but i dont get any reply from her or she is not receiving my call also.

The goods were worth 1600 and I paid 180/-for Courier so i need my whole Amt back from courier service as it was there mistake but they are not accepting the mistake and telling nothing can be done so I need you to take proper action against this people

We send a parcel with tracking id ynr[protected] on 26 oct 2019 from ynr to south bengal. I checked that parcel through tracking id it is dispatched from delhi to kolkata courier on jan 27 oct. But after that there is no update. I called many time to ynr courier office but didn't get any response about this parcel. Customer care no are useless. I never recommend such a worst courier service to anyone. Its my humble request pls find the courier and delivered it as soon as possible

This is my courier c/n no is sat3523266. We have sent this courier on 31st oct, 2019 from wai to bangalore. Representative told us that our courier will reach in 2 days. On tracking the courier, we got to know courier has not reached yet to belgaum also on 3rd nov, 2019. This parcel contains food items. How can we trust you people next time? I will rethink next time to send our courier with you

I have send parcel to the courier my friend through the professional courier agency on the date 26/10-2019, i have sent my parcel from chennai to vellore it is almost completed one week still the parcel not delivered properly. Very unprofestional irresponsible responsible from this courier agency. No proper response.

Also that online tracking system also shows wrong status.

My complaint has been closed without solving my problem.
They closed manually themselves.

There is no use of any complaint on this...

No use my friend still not received any parcel on that delivered address.

I think they stolen my parcel during in transit

Very very waste

I paid 95rs for this stupid service charges

I have given 1000 rs for quick delivery and it is almost more than a week yet not received my parcel, also when i'm tracking it online it is showing reached midnapur but when i'm contacting to midnapur branch the executive said it is false updated in the system and your parcel is still in kolkata will will take more 3 days to deliver at your address.

I'm very dissapointed with this type of services of professional courier.
If the name has given to it professional, then it should be professional, which is not.

I have booked the parcel from bangalore to shillong on 19th oct'19 (Consignment# blr[protected]. As per the tracking, it shows has been dispatched to shillong. Per guwahati station, it was dispatched to shillong on 23rd oct'19 so far no information on website. When contact was made to delivering center, no proper information provided. Either they say they have have tracked and will be delivered. The next day they say they have not received the product or need to search. Its going to be 9 days against 3 days delivery. The complaint forum in website doesn't work properly even after providing all details keeps asking to fill all details. Contacts number available. Either no one answers the call or its keep ringing either corporate office or bangalore station. Please have this investigated.

I have couriered diwali gift from professional courier on 23rd october by air as by train it was going to delay in delivery. For fast delivery i paid double the charges of my parcel and told them to deliver by air. Courier guys told me it will get delivered by friday 25th oct 2019 evening or saturday 26th october 2019 morning. Late by late saturday afternoon. Saturday is about to get over and now they are telling it will get delivered by tuesday. After asking why no satisfaction of answers given by them. Tuesday diwali is getting over what is the use to get delivered after that. Encl. Courier receipt.

The delivery boy from alanganallur professional courier was asking us to come to the nearest courier office to pick the parcel.
When we asked to come and give the parcel he returned it back to the head office without any prior information.
When we followed up next day the delivery boy was using irrespectful words and finally said that 'my name is prem kumar, u do whatver you can do, complaint anywhere, you can't do anything.' he was shouting to core.

When we called madurai head office and told about this issue, a girl attended the call and she too shouted very very badly and disconnected the phone in the middle of conversation without even hearing the full problem.

Is this a way to run a courier service, what if there was some important documents sent in that courier???
I kindly request to look into this issue..

It was thanjavur maris corner professional courier office on 23.10.2019.

But didn't delivered to my address till now (25.10.2019/2300 hrs)

When enquired at the above courier office, they are telling they don't have delivery boys to deliver.

When contacted thanjavur main office, they said it is to be delivered by the thanjavur maris corner office.

I've called a lot of professional courier people in thanjavur and at chennai, but nobody is taking any responsibility to deliver the medicine parcel.

The consignment number slm10343166 is not delivered but the status says it is delivered on bangalore.. Have registered the complaint crm303501 in their website but still no update for more than 2 weeks..

I tried calling all the customer care number for bangalore but all the time it says busy and couldn't reach any of them.

Their website also is not helpful in tracking the status of the complaint..

I had to receive a parcel from delhi, they didn't deliver the parcel, when i went and collect the parcel from their tin factory office, someone had already signed it on my name, and the parcel was opened. Later on opening the parcel i came to know that the items were missing from the parcel.
When i thought of complaining to their helpline, none of their contact no. Is operating

Hi team,

This is really very very unacceptable and unprofessional courier service.

My consignments started its journey on oct 5 2019 @ 19:51 but still its in transit. If this consignment would have been sent thru normal indian postal service it would have been reached to me in maximum of 3-4 days.

But this courier service has crossed their own limit.
I dont understand, on what basis these courier service provider charge us huge amount for consignment when they are not capable to adhere on their own policy/rule/commitment.
