My one post has dispatched from Gurgaon to Indore on dated 01.11.19 on tracking of post delivery shown 05.11.9 when i was got the same on 02.12.2019 after 1 month.

What type of service? when i was call the local office for complaint on number[protected] then she said we are not deliver the post please contact our agency on on.[protected].when i was call on above number then he was not replied properly.

Please do the needful.

      I have couriered some document and bills from bangalore to ahmedabad. But while tracking it up, i have found out the courier has been delivered in antigua. The professional courier has made my domestic parcel to international which leads to non reaching of bills for my work place.

        Website tracking system showed nov.14 th despatched bangalore. Till now (29/11/19) am not received my parcel.
        I am calling them daily all bangalore po rofessional courier numbers. They are telling will check and will provide. That parcel. But till now nothing has happened.

              I am jitender chauhan
              I have ordered medicine on 3rd november 2019 from siddha ayurvedic hospital chennai for my sister jyoti.
              They did courier medicine via professional courier rupees 10, 000 on date 3rd november 2019 .
              They told me that the order will reach us within 7 days .
              But today it is 21st nov 2019.
              We are calling again and again to the professional courier but they are just giving false assumption that courier will reach by 3rd day or 4th day. This is repeating again and again.
              When we track the order SKL278539, it shows that it will reach to delhi then gurgaon but after 3 days, it display that product dispatched again to delhi.
              My sister is ill . I need the medicine in urgent.
              Today 21 nov. 2019, when i called to professional courier then they are saying that address is wrong .
              When we repeat the call then they are saying that the professional courier service is not present at your place.
              This is repeating from last 15 days.

                On phone call my customer already told to courier boy to give the parcel to security. Still that fellow took the parcel and went. Very soon my customer done the call and asked to return the parcel but he is playing games with them and not lifting their phone calls. Still he didn't returned the parcel to my customer. Pls pay attention on this... Why this much negligence..

                    This is in regard to subjected consignment booked from Kodaikanal to Visakhapatnam. A television was couriered from Kodai to Vizag. Despite a clear message as fragile and triple layered packing with proper cushion, when delivered TV panel was found to be broken and the damage ascertains that some heavy stuff was placed on the parcel. When called Mr Anbu at your kodai office and informed on the damaged he straight away mentioned that he cannot help and when checked on options for escalation refereed to speak to Chennai office. To my amazement when called Chennai office a lady by name Maheswari attended the call and up on hearing about the damage she disconnected the call and when called for the second time she asked us to contact the local office and mentioned that she is helpless. Up on insistence to share the details of person responsible and to escalate she collected the mobile number of consignor and mentioned that she will call back, However no call was received. She also mentioned that TV would not be taken for courier service, unsure as to how the office at Kodai accepted the consignment?

                    Please find attached consignment slip and pics of damaged television. It is highly appreciated if someone cares to respond and resolve the issue with our any further trouble. The least expected from a reputed company is proper response from staff

                          I sent a courier weighed 520 gram to the address - roshan amjad k, s/o adv. Majeed kalappattil, kalappattil house, thirunnavaya po, puthanathani, malappuram district - from professional couriers, vattiyoorkavu, trivandrum (Vtk/tvm) on 7 th november 2019, morning 10 am. I inquired about the date of delivery and they told me that it will be delivered in a day. And will be home delivered. It was an urgent matter too.

                          But it was only on 12th morning, that too after repeated calles to the courier office, my mother got a call from the professional courier office, puthanathani.. It was 5 days late and even calls were not attended in between. They asked to come to their centre to collect the parcel. I called them back and they in fact used very bad words when i asked them to deliver at home. It is well known to all, a courier agency is paid to home deliver the letter or parcel and not to order the addressee to come and collect it from their location. The agent at puthanathani office, argued with me and told that he is instructed to deliver to shops and offices and not to houses. But home delivery is ensured in professional courier's website and it is not fair to do this.

                            This is regarding a missing consignment shipped from surat to thrissur, kerala, few months back.
                            The problem started with the wrong pincode entered 690301 instead of 680301 by the sender while booking the consignment. Later when enquired about the delay i got answer from surat office that they will try to locate the shipment and try to get it back to the sender which has not yet happened.
                            Now when i spoke to the surat office executive they said the consignment is missing and they were not able to locate it.
                            Wrong pincode is a human error but we expect the shipment to reach back to the sender if not delivered.

                              I have booked two letters through professional courier on 26.09.2019 to bengaluru. The last date to reach the office was 31.10.2019. The letter reached on 04.11.2019. It took almost 9 days to reach the address where as it usually took one to two days. As a result we lost the opportunity of getting scholarship of my son who has got financial assistance for the past three years. Three years, my son got rs 3, 000/- as financial assistance. Even we lost the opportunity of getting the merit scholarship amount of rs 6, 000/-.

                                A courier was picked up by the professional courier on 28-october 2019 for delivery to kalavakkam, omr road. The receipt no. 2145785. The courier was not yet delivered. (Today 05-nov 2019).
                                Tried to call tpc corporate office (+[protected].. This phone is out of order
                                Tried to call chennai office[protected].. It is permanently busy
                                Tried to call chengalpet office... No one is there to pick up the phone call
                                Tried to complaint in website, but my receipt number is not accepted. It asks for consignment number, which is not there in my receipt. So complaint in website fails. I tried through feedback section.. It doesnot work...
                                Sending many mails through my mail id... But no consequence

                                  My one document is sent by m/s icici bank on 24.10.2019. Doct. Kur[protected], delivery address:- suresh kumar thory, priyanka hsg society, sector-9, plot no-15, moshi pradhikaran, pune 412105. This is still not delivered. I had sent a 2 time mail on [protected]@tpcglobe.com but there is no any response. I called in pune office on[protected] on 01.11.2019 they had give me number of pimpri branch[protected], [protected], this number is switch off. But when i called on[protected] they asked me about doct no and address and said me they wiil check and contact to me but no reply till yet after that i m reguraly calling on this number but no response. Then i searched other number on website and i called on [protected], she directly said me that this not related to me your call in pimpri customer number, even she dont have the pimpri customer no, she had give me another customer no [protected] i also speak on this number. Again she asked me address & doct number and said to me that i will check and call to you but i dont get any reply from her or she is not receiving my call also.

                                      We send a parcel with tracking id ynr[protected] on 26 oct 2019 from ynr to south bengal. I checked that parcel through tracking id it is dispatched from delhi to kolkata courier on jan 27 oct. But after that there is no update. I called many time to ynr courier office but didn't get any response about this parcel. Customer care no are useless. I never recommend such a worst courier service to anyone. Its my humble request pls find the courier and delivered it as soon as possible

                                        This is my courier c/n no is sat3523266. We have sent this courier on 31st oct, 2019 from wai to bangalore. Representative told us that our courier will reach in 2 days. On tracking the courier, we got to know courier has not reached yet to belgaum also on 3rd nov, 2019. This parcel contains food items. How can we trust you people next time? I will rethink next time to send our courier with you
