On June 03, I sent 5 parcels, including 4 parcels to Hyderabad and 1 to Bangalore. Parcel number BHO[protected]
Sent to Bangalore which did not reach. Parcel number BHO[protected], BHO[protected] both sent to Hyderabad also did not reach. The remaining 2 parcels reached Hyderabad on 12 June. I had 2 parcels respectively on 5 June BHO[protected], BHO[protected] sent to Bangalore, it did not reach too. I sent the parcel BHO[protected] to Bangalore on 6 June. I have sent the parcel BHO[protected] to Hyderabad on June 6, it is not even reached. Total 7 parcels have not arrived, the time limit has also been exceeded. Along with this, no help is being done on the helpline number and the update is not being done on the portal on time. This is the worst service, no responsibility is taken.
The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ashishlavya Parcel no. BHO[protected], BHO[protected] Both these parcels have reached the hub since June 13, but they are not delivering nor are they giving any information on the call, only saying that it will happen tomorrow, the delivery has not happened yet.
