On[protected] i had booked a parcel weighting 4 kg by paying rs.400/- booking no. Cnr1389310 to shri arun subash chandra bose, indian bank ariyalur near sankarapuram, villupuram district the parcel was delivered on[protected] but is was found that one leather belt worth rs.700/- was missing from the parcel. I request you to kind take action against the incharge of the professional courier please.

My parcel still not deliver since 8th aug'19. When i talked about current status of parcel with “mr. Madanlal” (Office - beawar, dist ajmer) he did not bother to answer me and misbehaved with me badly.

Parcel dispatched on 3rd aug, out of delivery on 8th aug, but still not delivered to my home. Mr. Madan lal said that "tera parcel tu hi jane... Hame kya pata... Jo karna h karle). And he misbehave badly. I recorded the call. Will company take action against him or not.???

Your (Professional couriers) delivery cell from sedhurapet (Pondicherry) is functioning very very badly, they do not deliver the courier to my home address, we have to travel and collect the courier, this is the 3rd time it is happening, i went and collected my parcel the tracking id is pon4219129, why i am paying for the courier service, please do the needful, thanks, 27/9/19, my cell no [protected]

Sir on date 19-09-19 i send an item (Which airway bill no. Is sgl874064 from origin miraj, sangali to destination point kolkata and the product weight is something 1 kg. And value of the product is rs. 22000/- when my item is delivered at destination on 26 september and product is also damage. And i have get soo losses. So please help and check the report.

When i packed in front of guntur professional couriers.. All the things weited around 7.13 kg. They charged for 7 kgs from me. I sent this box to guntakal. Who s my customers address. But when they received... The box was same in packed condition only. So we took it from and opened it. The 2 sarees was missing in that... Which worth 6000. The weight was clearly mentioned on that box was 6kg. I ll give the pics. Go through it please and give me justice. Here i went ur office immediately. They refused to take my complaint even. I want componsation. Hope u go through it. Thank u

My awb no is jpr[protected] is with vile parle branch from 19sep and yesterday the status is showing that its out for delivery but still it's not delivered and the delivery person is not picking the call and neither your customer service no is working, so whom should i contact from 19 sep professional courier is hatching eggs i think, they are just professional for name sake but they don't have even a little bit of professionalism in them, there are 3 phone no given on their portal but no one is picking the call neither they are responding back.

The consignment was sent on[protected] vide airway bill no. Vpl[protected] to patna.

The tracking system shows delivered on[protected], whereas the consignee has not received the consignment. On asking for the drs scan copy from patna office of professional couriers, there is no response.in fact the employees are rude and irresponsible.

Even the customer care team has not responded to the email. As the document sent is an original registered document, in case of any deficiency, a police complaint shall be filed against the courier company.

This shows their professional attitude!

I have a parcel to be received, consignment no. Kli[protected], from sonipat haryana to ghaziabad up. The parcel was booked on 20th sept and reached ghaziabad depot on 21st sept but as of today it is not delivered yet to me. On enquiring in ghaziabad branch on call they denied to deliver the parcel and said they will deliver it on 26th sept because they don't have any delivery boy to deliver it. It was a very urjent courier.

If you dont have courier boys then why should not shut the ghaziabad branch instead of making people fool.

Please look into this matter and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

The package nma870654 was sent on august 10th 2019 to bhagalpur bihar. The website tracking says the package has reached patna and was sent to bhagalpur on 14th august 2019 itself. But in bhagalpur, when the manager shekhar suman / [protected] was asked about the delay in the delivery says, it has not at all reached the bhaglpur centre as it is not updated in the website. (Website only says it has been sent from patna to bhaglpur but it doesnt say it has reached to bhagalpur)
Also to register the complaint in their website, that portal is not working.
Its been 10 days for today and after calling him many times to bhaglpur manager and to the manger from where the parcel was sent and to the regional office benglaore it is of no use. No one addresses the problem or they ll just evade by saying will call you back or something and they wont. When we call they wont respond. Kindly take necessary action and get the parcel delivered as early as possible as it is very much necessary. Thank you

My father sends some items from east midnapore on 28/08/2019, but after 8-12 days the item arrives in bengaluru, i check the docket number and my item is damaged and it has been returned again.
Next time we arrived at sai item pakare yesterday we had half the item missing, the food was some thing they were packed with packet cut staphler pins, what exactly should i do, tell me?

I have ordered a product from amazon and it's through professional courier and this courier service is not delevering to my location and they are not picking up the calls once they picked up my call and told me that they gonna delever to my nearest hub but they didn't do that also. And now they have cutting my calls. This is a very bad service from professional courier and this is from visakhapatnam city and marripallem branch of professional couriers

From sukalpana hospital, perungudi madurai medicine was booked with the no 1627104 onmonday 16 th to maraimalainagar. I have contacted[protected]for the phone no of mm nagar. Contacted the office by phone and confirmed the consignment was received by them. Requested to deliver the item. There is no correct time of delivery was informed by the agent of mm nagar. Just think to day is thursday.. Four days to deliver the medicine. Pl book a complaint for not delivering in time. By contact no [protected]. [protected]. Waiting from the head to take action immediately.

My atm card was dispatch by this tracking id but the atm card was not deliverd on my address and when we call professional couriers they will not response and without my permission the parsol will return without my permission plz sir again this bad service take valid action. And kindly solve my problem
When i will call on professional couriers they will no action this problem was phasing last 2 months and they will no solutions this type problem

This is with reference to the awb - ccu[protected] which has been dispatched on 10th september 2019. But till today it is still not delivered. I want to know about the whereabouts of the courier as it contains very important documents. Also the contact numbers showing in the current status are all invalid numbers. I have also registered a complaint in your portal with customer id crm299968. So please track the courier and take necessary steps to deliver asap.

Consignment was booked in professional courier pro by paying 4 times more amount than the normal against docket no pro 9278320 dtd 3/9/2019 and was promised would be delivered within 2 days if not payment will be refunded, the consignment was delivered on 5 th day, and original docket copy handed over in concerned local office for complaint purpose till date no one has turned, even professional courier complaint site is not working.

I sent a parcel from Chennai to Hyderabad on Monday, September 9th, 2019. Today is Saturday, September 15th, 2019. My parcel has not been delivered.

I have been calling all the Hyderabad Professional Courier offices to absolutely no avail. The line either does not exist, rings for ages, or is busy "on another call".

I have even registered a complaint trying to find out where my parcel is, 3 days ago and no one is following up.

I had time sensitive material in my parcel and now I have lost my appointment time slot due to careless on The Professional Couriers part.

Never using your service ever again. No call, no update, nothing to alert or update me where my missing package is.

If door is locked at least delivery person should call the person and ask whether he can deliver it to neighbor or else should attempt the delivery on the other day.

At least an sms should be sent to customer if delivery is not successful or to inform that you have attempted for delivery.

I tried calling customer call services.
Nobody picks the call....

My package was scheduled to deliver on august 25th, 2019. But, it hasnt been delivered yet.

The package is been circulated among three offices: kondpaur, madhapur and kukatpally and all the three office refuse to deliver saying it doesn't fall in their service network.

The customer care and employees of professional couriers (Especially mr. Jayanth and mr. Srinivasalu from kukatpally branch) are very rude and talk in a very inappropriate language. I have got vexed in calling their offices and requesting them to deliver my package.

I have also registered a complaint (No:11137), taken by professional courier customer care executive named deepa.

When we check on website its showing as not received at Delhi tried cakking your pathetic customer care service on [protected] Suchita kurla branch and [protected] masjid Branch Deepika they are not helping me in terms of any information. You people are not providing service free of cost to me. I have paid for the service and i have full rights to know where is my parcel gone from last 10 days. I would request you all to kindly help me in these and sort these issue asap. I have also register a complaint on website but havnt got any revert fro. I had booked a courier containing imported chocolates from channarayapatna to bangalore on 07.09.19. The package was delivered on 09.09.19 at 6 pm and the package has been tampered & the chocolates have been stolen before delivery.

The package has been re-taped with different tape and is clearly visible. I have the photographs which clearly shows the tampering of the package.

Many of the chocolate bars have been stolen in full and another chocolate box containing 50 chocolates has been unsealed & more than half the chocolates from the sealed plastic box are also stolen.

Really upset with the kind of service provided and kindly request you to reimburse the amount of 4000 rs.in full immediately.
