Professional courier team did not delivery the service as per the expectation set. As per the pro premium delivery, it should be delivered with in one business day and tracking status still shows in transit which is not acceptable I paid 180 rs for propremium, whereas the normal service charge is 80rs only. I have paid extra 100 rs just reach the parcel on time. At the time of booking, they informed that parcel will be delivered within 24 hrs. Its almost more than that still it is on transit. Hi...i have ordered shoes from woodlands website and is despatched thru professional courier.From past 6 days this courier is lying in tadbund office and when i call for them they are not responding properly and most of the time they don't even pick up the calls
Pro Premium service is fraud infact entire courier company is fraud took 320 rs for 24 hours delivery its still in transit since 4 days..When I called the staff they said we will not move the vehicel jus for one parcel..then why the hell do you people charge this much money when your company is not capable of delivering the parcel on time?
