Professional courier team did not delivery the service as per the expectation set. As per the pro premium delivery, it should be delivered with in one business day and tracking status still shows in transit which is not acceptable

I paid 180 rs for propremium, whereas the normal service charge is 80rs only. I have paid extra 100 rs just reach the parcel on time.

At the time of booking, they informed that parcel will be delivered within 24 hrs.

Its almost more than that still it is on transit.

As per your policy, if it is not delivered within 1 day, you will refund the amount. How do i collect the refund?

Hi...i have ordered shoes from woodlands website and is despatched thru professional courier.From past 6 days this courier is lying in tadbund office and when i call for them they are not responding properly and most of the time they don't even pick up the calls
Pro Premium service is fraud infact entire courier company is fraud took 320 rs for 24 hours delivery its still in transit since 4 days..When I called the staff they said we will not move the vehicel jus for one parcel..then why the hell do you people charge this much money when your company is not capable of delivering the parcel on time?

    We from city union bank belgaum facing huge problem with your courier service inspit of daily courier cover collection before 6.30 pm the local professional courier office is not booking and dispatch same day they will do it as and when they are interested we are facing huge customers loss because of your worst service even after repeated reminders the service is not at all improved they are taking minimum 4-5 days to send courier to bangalore from belgaum and outstation also more than 6 days. If possible resolve or else tell us you can't so that we will switch over to other agencies

        My friend sent a courier on 8/6/2017 from trichy. But so far i didn't receive it in neyveli till today 14/6/2017. Its very urgent because of bad delivery services i am losing rs.100 per day. Reference number is trz41928791. Your bad service will be responsible to my loss and you should pay for it. Please take action as quickly as possible. If you delay you should pay reputation loss also.

          I have sent courier from honnavar (Hnr) (Tracking number 186817) on 07/06/2017 to bangalore.in that courier i have sent 5000 rupees and one letter but unfortunately second party has received only the letter and there was no amount found in the courier. So the only suspect is while sending the courier i have applied the glue in honnavar professional office only and handed over and glue was wet only, it was not dried completely.

          So requesting professional courier to help me please.

          Since it is an very huge and valuable amount for me.

              No use of customer care, not able to contact exact branch. My courier is in hold for many days. But no action taken against it even i called them many times. Courier no: knl0341208. Why i have to suffer so much to receive courier. Very bad service. My suggestion dont opt for this professional courier service. Yet to receive my courier. I have to waste my time opting for this. Instead of this courier service, i can go and get my parcel directly from the city. That would be a better option

              From Nanded branch professional courier on dated 05/06/2017 vide R.No 690429 booked to Chinchwad, Pune. But delay delivery to concerned address. Contain medicine.most urgent for patient's.

              I have send 2 boxes of clay pebbles to my friend in kayakulam of kerala state on 27/5/17 He has received one box in broken state Packet opened and about 1 kg of the material is lost and we dont know what is the status of other box When we look in the tracking service for one week it is in transit
              On dated 05/06/2017 urgent packet booked to Chinchwad, pune
              It's been 2 weeks since courier has been dispatched from Bangalore. It has some important books in it. After tracking it shows dispatched to KORAPUT (my location) since 1 July. But I haven't received it yet. Please take necessary actions.

                I (Matta bhashini), have sent my application for the post of an assistant professor in department of pulmonary medicine, esic medical college, sanath nagar, hyderabad, by professional courier on 25th april 2017 from siddipet. Last date of application was on 02/05/17.
                The usual time taken to reach is one day or two, as it is a metro and only 100 km away. We posted well in advance, but the courier personnel didnot deliver it in time. Because of negligence of courier personnel, i lost an opportunity for a prestigious job. The courier personnel tried to deliver on 03/05/17, but it was rejected as last date was over.
                I'm expecting compensation for this bitter experiance and loss of job.

                  On the date of 14th may, i purchased 7 suits of dresses from toranum boutique for a wedding in end of june ‘2017.
                  Overall cost was rs. 27, 500/-

                  All 7 suits were delivered in person to me on 28th may ‘2017.
                  On 29th may, i returned all 7 kurtis with an additional 1 old kurti for minor alteration.

                  I did get an intimation that the alteration was complete on friday (June 1st 2017) and was couriered through “professional courier” tracking number : blr[protected]

                  Today on 6/6, the parcel was delivered and i found only 3 are delivered and 5 are missing from the parcel.
                  • when i received the parcel approximately it weighed only 200 or 250 grams.
                  • i got doubt and opened the parcel.
                  • noticed that only 3 dresses (1 was the old kurta and the remaining 2 was newly purchased) are delivered.
                  • total 5 new kurtis are missing.
                  • which means only rs. 7000/ worth of goods have been delivered to me out of rs. 27, 500/-

                  I am raising this as a written complaint to professional couriers for the missing outfits.

                      We have booked parcel from haveri to hyderabad with address

                      And tracking number is : hvi1782287

                      They put courier status as out of delivery and after two days they have put that they could n't locate the address.

                      They even not called me once.

                      I have contacted professional couriers head office in secunderabad, they have given local contact landline number which is always busy.

                      I am clueless now and the courier contains very important books which are very useful for my career.

Ggn40281311 is still in pending but they have got this product in 23 may 2017 and today is 5 june 2017.. How can they say that they are professionals in any term.                           Product booked to Jalpaiguri on 16 May 16 from Kodaikanal and Neither delivered yet nor traceable from their site. Moreover unable to lodge a complaint through their websites register a complaint page. Showing an unexpected Err occurred.
                          No one is attending the phone and those who attended the phone in rude. I could be able to contact Mumbai office rep Mr Verma on [protected] at 13.20 hrs on 4 June 16 and the rep was in a casual mood, reminding me it is not customer care cell but business operator. He told me that "there is no delivery office at Jalpaiguri and you go and collect the goods from Kolkata Office. Today is Sunday and you cannot contact them just try tomorrow."
                          If there is no delivery centre at JALPAIGURI, why you have received the parcel from the consignor?
                          Professional courier service is the worst one I have experienced.
                          Request to intimate How and what I have to do in such case.

                            I am doctor, I am expecting an urgent parcel which was sent on Saturday, till date it has not reached me. Moreover the office from where it was sent was unprofessional, they don't receive phone calls, they have blocked my no., they don't respect women
                            I have sent some screenshots please take a look. I called the customer care of professional courier service and they didn't receive so many times, once they received and said they will be back shortly and it's more than 20 hrs and they haven't called back. My fiancé tried calling them, they asked him to hold fo sometime and then disconnected. This is so unprofessional!!! I mean this is pathetic. Have some courtesy or norms. I really feel like filing a complaint regarding this all, I dot. Understand how some company's are. This is the first time I have used this professional and it's definitely the last time.

                                Iam harikrishnan b, thripunithura, ernakulam, kerala. I have ordered some books from haryana on 21 st may 2017. When I tracked with my id on the professional courier website it notified that product reached cochin division on 27 may, 2017. Yesterday I went to thripunithura division and asked about my courier. They told me that they hàve not received my courier yet. Today when I called them they told me that they have my courier bt they called me but they couldnt reach me. 20 mins ago I received a call from an anonymous person from chithrapuzha(place near thripujithura) that he got my courier, it fell off from some vehicle on road. How could these courier service people be this much irresponsible. friends please dont send anything via this crap courier service. If you send it you will surely learn as I have got.

                                  My bank (Sbi) sent my ppf account closure form along with the dd of the amount accumulated in ppf account from kamothe to gurgaon (Courier track. No. Kur[protected]. It was requested to bank to send the documents at our residential address in gurgaon. After some days the courier status checked online and surprisingly it was showing delivered to customer, however the packet was neither delivered to me or any of our family members and nor returned to the bank. Initially i sent an email to courier company through email for which they sent me a receipt (Attached with this complaint) where they showed the document is been received by me, but surprisingly the signature on that document was not made by me or any of our family members. This is the case of clear cheating of duplicate sign. When i called courier service customer care numbers (Mr. Sandeep) he said we will investigate the matter, since then till today they are neither responding to our phone calls nor receiving the calls. It lead us to delay in opening of new ppf account which in turns loss of interest, and it also caused immense mental torture to all o[censored]s by continued follow ups to courier company.
                                  Will a consumer complaint provide us with suitable relief? Against whom and where should we file the complaint?

                                    Ive sent a courier from trichy which contains my vehicle railway booking pass and my two wheeler key to ramanathapuram. I waited in ramanathapuram for 3 to 4 days but didnt recieve courier so i contacted trichy office nd ramnd office. They people r easily saying tht we've lost it yu make some other arrangemnts..
                                    The courier contains my railway booking pass without that i couldnt retrieve my vehicle from railway station. The railways hd charged for it sme rs20/hr. It stood there for plenty of days. So please do take action on them. And i want you people to avoid private couriers. Lets use postoffice.
