I have sent a courier from daman to kolkata on 18th sept 2017, consignment no dmn739369 but item still not delivered and not getting satisfactory reply from office and executives. The package containing very confidential and important documents and they are handling it carelessly. Its been a month now i'm following them up. But im not getiing a postive response from their end.

    Hai! I am dr. V. Jawahar running my private clinic in rettaivalikkal, trichy, tamilnadu-620102. I used to send parcels very often to chennai & receive the same from there too. The delivery service exerted by srinivasa nagar, tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu branch is very poor.50% they deliver late and 40% they don't deliver. I used to collect in person. This often occurs repeatedly. Hope atleast this time you will take necessary action. Otherwise, i have no option except consumer court.

      This is very unprofessional courier company. My experience is worst with it. Generally courier company delivers item in 3-5 days in same city but tpc delivers it in 15 days when you call. I never refer to any one to avail services from tpc. It should be blacklisted from e-marketing companies.
      I order some product from shopclues and seller booked packet from te professional courier company at 13 october 2017 i waited for it but after 11 days i called its customer care no one is listening properly they are totally unprofessional at last i found its office contact number, they guy told your courier is with us from 14 october. I am totally shocked that packed is packet is store from 10 days in branch. And will deliver in 2 days.
      This is service provider.

        Your courier person misplaced so many things from courier which include so many chocolates, clothes, perfume bottles. Lipsticks, dry fruits etc.
        This was too costly and we want is back in any how.
        This is literally poor service your courier provided.
        Take your action and return our material as early as possible. Otherwise we have to take any action against the same.

          Paid for home delivery but asked to come to office to collect else returned. I am unaware about the docket number as the sender has not informed me about the same. It may be vehicle insurance paper purchased online. I was concated for my address. Two days later sms was send to me that i should come to their office or my packet will be returned. And they did so.

            I have sent a consignment on 9th October from Bangalore to Bhopal. It was supposed to be delivered to the address before 15th Oct. Unfortunately, it is never delivered till yesterday and it was shown reached (but not delivered) in Bhopal on 14th October itself on website tracking. Today, the supposed recipient got a call from Bhopal professional courier office and was asked to come and collect the consignment. Where it was collected in a damaged state, with a hole in the consignment, looks like a rate vandalised into the consignment and nibbled a packet also. It was such a bad experience altogether. I am attaching pictures as proof. I would like to know why it was kept in the office inspite of it was reached on 14th without any information to the recipient. I urge and request consumer forum to help to get proper compensation of the losses. Also when trying to complain on website it fails on submitting the request. Tried all no.s available on internet. No one is picking up the call. Seriously very unprofessional courier services. please help.

              Greetings,

              Herewith i register complaint regarding the delay in delivery.

              The courier had reached from nipani (Karnataka) to kompally (Hyderabad) on 19th october 2017 at 1:50 pm.

              It was expected to reach at delivery address atleast on 20th oct 17.

              I have been calling to kompally branch (Mentioned below) since then to deliver it to me, but there is prompt action taken. I have been told that there is audit going on and no delivery person available.

              This is not customer's issue. We have paid 130/- service charge for the delivery.
              The courier (Urgent) is expected to reach me as soon as possible due to the contents in it.

              We are dissatisfied with the kompally branch (Hyd) customer service.

                Professional courier in my area mamallapuram pin-603104.
                They are not delivering to the address, simply they are calling me to the mobile phone and said "you had one courier you can come and collect the courier otherwise i will return back the courier". Then i have to reach the office and collect the courier. If my mobile phone not reachable directly they return back the courier to the origin,
                I hope that every courier company have to deliver the courier to the doorstep
                I find the professional courier (Professional only in name) doing very worst service in courier services in india

                  Third class unprofessional service. I am waiting for my par element (Nad244651) since last 2 days, and your office is not able to reply also. I called on [protected]/17 and they gave me the number of parcel department as [protected], then they gave me the number of customer care to follow up on [protected]-30. I also enquired with the sender office at nadiad on [protected], and they say that, they have already dispatched. This is how your courier company works. I think you are not fit to work in this courier industry.

                  Let me know, when i am going to get my parcel. There are other courier options already available in the market, which you please do not forget.

                  Third class UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I am waiting for my Parcel ( NAD244651) since last 2 days, and your office is not able to reply also. I called on [protected]/17 and they gave me the number of Parcel Department as [protected], then they gave me the Number of Customer Care to follow up on [protected]-30. I also enquired with the Sender Office at Nadiad on [protected], and they say that, they have already dispatched. This is how your Courier Company works. I think you are not fit to work in this Courier Industry.

                  Let me know, when I am going to get my parcel. There are other courier options already available in the Market, which you please do not forget.

                    I booked pro-premium service vide docet. No. Pro5308503 on 14.10.17 from noida, up to madhubani, bihar with the assurance that document will be delivered on 17.10.17 positively. But till today i. E. 18.10.17, 15:20 hrs document has not been delivered. This contains railways booking receipt. Non delivery of this document is going to have huge financial loss due to demurrage. If they are not able to do premium service why they book for this?? Only to get higher charges!. Now what is the remedy for this huge loss due to non delivery of documents. Their brach head at madhubani is so rude to customer that he is not even telling the actual location of document. He is busy in cleaning office stopping all delivery for today. Many customers are waiting.

                      Pls note my vendor has booked 3kg worth of garments courier to me on 12th of oct. Today is 17th still i didn't receive the courier my tracking no isvpl[protected]. I called koyambed branch they telling sir it's it's 3kg parcel conact package office i called no one pick the call no is 42801215 mob no [protected]. I called customer care person call somu att my call i asked him when will get he telling rudely now u enquired asking when wil get i asked him boss it's booked on 12th. He is telling u bokked regular only it's will take 5 days also and he's telling who ever u want give compliant i will talk to them. Wost way he handling is it right?. I am working in garments whr we have professional corporate account in a day we are giving 100 no min. I never ref any to book through professional.

                        Hi professional team,

                        Not sure if i can give this salutation to you, as unlike your name suggests you are very unprofessional. Have been trying to reach your bangalore, palakkad and shornur office to get an update on one consignment, but all in vain either it is busy or no one picks the call. The numbers given in your mahadevapura branch (Mhp bangalore) is not working … so how can we salute you as professional team …

                        Now coming to my issue.

                        Courier was sent from ottapalam (Shornur) on 13th oct to bangalore which is still not delivered nor we have any idea where it is currently, this was an urgent medicine for my father who is a heart patient as this is not available in bangalore market had to send it from kerala.

                        Hope someone at least takes an effort to check and reply back as my father is without his regular medicine for the last 4 days.

                        Very disillusioned with the kind of service we had from you.

                          I have despatched 23 wedding cards on[protected] from surat. Only 10 have been delivered tili[protected]. The cards with the following track nos have been returned without mentioning reason although it reached at destination and not delivered to the addressee. The postal address were mentioned properly and occupants were always remained in the house.

                          There is severe problem with the courier service. After reaching the destination point and don't want to take the trouble of delivering the letter but return it although the addresses are with a km from their office.
                          If they cannot deliver the items why did they accept it? This is nothing less than cheating.
                          Please ask the courier service to pay me the cost and damages.

                            I have send courier from chennai to bangalore on wednesday. But still it is not delivered. Once i call and check they told courier is returning to chennai as no person available in the given address.

                            I have given the phone number of the receipt, they didnt call to that number but they told it is not reacheable. Fyi, if it is not reachable we will receive msg once we are reachable. So reason what they are saying is false. Please deliver the courier to mentioned address.

                            Why they took these many days to give the courier, if the person is not available they can deliver the courier to next day. Why they are returning it.
                            Then return the courier amount.

                                  I belongs to thuraiyur in trichy district. Today i sent couriers to perambalur and trichy from thuraiyur, for that i was charged rs50/-and rs40/- respectively but when i checked the rate card which was showing only rs40 to places within tamilnadu and rs20 to trichy. When i asked the person in charge, he was giving some unconvincing reasons. Moreover he was not using carbon sheet when he filled the rate on the original receipt in such a way they later he can modify the rate in the receipt copy. I felt i was cheated but due to emergency i couldn't spend time to get the proper reason.

                                    I have been told that the parcel will reach within 2 days in mp. It's 5th day even though parcel has not reached yet.
                                    From last 3 days status is shown as dispached from jabalpur.
                                    I tried to call mumbai, rewa, goa, bhopal office but no proper response from the customer care.
                                    Once rewa person received call, he told that the parcel will be returned back due to no service area
                                    Parcel priority was urgent, still professional courier shown their casual approach, now because of this i will lose around lakhs rupees.
                                    Such a casual and unprofessional approach i never saw.
                                    I have spend 300rs for their urgent service still nobody is responsible to handle the issue

                                      Hello professional couriers,

                                      Please refer to the trail mails and the attached copy of acknowledgement for a courier that was supposed to be delivered to my home address in ncc meadows, but has been delivered to an apartment that is located opposite to my apartment. Till i called the magazine company to find out what happened to my courier, i did not know that my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, otherwise there was no way of knowing this.

                                      Now, after i found out this, it has been 4 days since i raised this issue with your rajankunte personnel mr. Nagesh (Name and number mentioned in the attached copy) who has promised to have the copy picked up and given to me each day but has failed to do so.

                                      Today, when i called the same number a lady received the call and said nagesh has left his phone in the office for charge and has gone out. And when i explained the problem to her, she refused to help me and said 'don't you understand, i just said he has gone out' and hung up. This is the most unprofessional service i have ever received and ironically you have named your agency 'professional couriers' should be named unprofessional couriers. I could not bare this kind of customer service so i called back and asked the nagesh for her name. Her name is shwetha and i request you to please take necessary action so such instances do not repeat again.

                                      Now, for my problem nagesh has asked me to go to the apartment opposite to mine and find a solution myself. This is another level o[censored]nprofessional behavior. I don't think i will ever use professional courier service ever again.

                                        I have sent a courier via professional courier tracking no. Glb[protected] dated on 06/09/2017 from yadgir to raichur. Its more than 35 days now, but courier didn't reached at the destination place yet.

                                        So many times i have called at professional courier yadgir on this phone [protected] and also gulbarga branch, but didn't get any proper response till date.

                                        I have never seen a service like this before. Kindly requested to take the immediate action against this.
