The order with consignment hyd65204085 which was booked 06 oct. 2017 from hyderabad, it is not yet delivered and am not even getting the status of this. Customer care is also not responding. No one is receiving at all. Its really irritating. I need my product to be delivered to destination by tomorrow. I am very very disappointed with the services. It's pathetic. Even i registered complaint in online (Crmid no. Crm190608). But no response.

We had sent a consignment through professional coureir to the follwoing governement customer on awb no del[protected] on 21.09.2017 but its more than 18 days the consignment has not get deliver to the customer

I called them about the order and they are telling they can't deliver to my address. My address is only 7 km from kundapur professional courier office. I have recorded his conversation.. Sent on[protected] still customer said will not received the document.. But when i call this customer care for status they said delivered on 3rd october.. I m asking who receives the courier they said wait until 3.30 pm. The scanning department person went for lunch.

What should i do on this. Thats an very important courier for the customer.

I sent few dryfruits as gift for my friend on the occasion of dusshera and when he received the package he noticed that package original packing was tampered and items missing from package. One packet of dryfruits was missing when the consignee received the package.

Need urgent action on the same and do the needful for reimbursing for the loss and for the shipping charges as the professional courier have defaulted in shipping.

I tried to register complaint multiple times from tpc website, but there seems to be some error all the time.

Sir, my name is sonia majumder from tripura agartala. Sir from last 1 year i m doing online shopping through various vendors but tpc never ever delivered a single parcel towards my address and whenever i asked why they said it's not their resposibility as it's far away from them. Sir today also u can see tracking number hrd[protected]&type reached 27th but still today they dnt delivered. It's not 1st time from 1 year they are doing this. I hope u will take necessary action against this agency particularly.

Called professional courier, delhi branch so many times to track the parcel. Nobody responds to calls. Very unprofessional behaviour from the company.
I got the parcel delivered today but in broken condition. The product is into pieces. The packaging was also tampered by someone. It has taken 7 days to receive the parcel from mumbai to delhi.
I was told that the parcel will be delivered in 3 days.
The parcel was misplaced by your company and resulted in breakage. The parcel was of rs 10, 000 valuation.
Attached are the images of the broken parcel.

I need reimbursement of the broken product immediately.
If you cannot deliver the parcel even after bubble wrap and thermocol packing, then stop the business of sending parcels.
I need a reply and reimbursement of the product.

I have booked a cover containing car noc papers on 26.09.2017 from vizianagaram to gajuwaka, vizag... The consignment number is vzm625235... Still it was not delivered to the consignee... I have lodged an online complaint also on 30.08.2017 vide no.. Crm189461... Still no response from the professional couriers... I felt mental tension and contacted tpc gajuwaka and visakhapatnam head office also... They told me that the consignment number has no status in online enquiry... I called many times vizianagaram tpc centre.. They are neither lifting the phone call nor replying to my messages... This is really awkward to the professional couriers...

A very rude & impolite courier boy from professional courier called me to deliver my document which was of pro-premuim nature. (Docket no. Pro5864383) ; from bengaluru to hyderabad.

It took 1 hour to constantly guide him to reach my house as he went to hp petrol when i said indian oil bunk. And, instead of jyothi theatre to sridevi theatre. He finally reached my house and started shouting in very high objectionable manner and advised me to come down & collect the document and said it was raining.

I am suffering with sciatic pain and none at home during that time managed to reach my 1st floor balcony and requested him to come up. He denied to walk the stairs till 1st. Floor and took back the document and said he would give it only after a week. I also took a pic & tried to make him understand the seriousness but, was of a vain. Can someone take action and help my situation.

Later i called[protected] and spoke to hyderabad zonal office, mr. Hari (Customer care incharge), but he too did not assure as he felt 3 continuous holidays arrived on account of dusshehra.

The document is very important and having some statutory obligations behind its submission.

I ravi goel given a courier awb no del[protected] to the professional couriers for rajpura (Punjab) distt. Patiala on 14/09/2017 but it is very surprised me that the said courier not delivered till the date. When i asked in this regard, they told me that your courier has missed, we are trying to search, if find then we will returned back.

I sent most necessary and important documents and these documents missed by the professional couriers, i am loosing the benefits against these documents. Secondly i am facing the mentally harassment. So please take the necessary action in this regard.

There is a courier for me from jp nagar to hsr layout (Trk# hrd[protected] on 23/9/2017. When i asked on 25/09/2017, they told it was in transit to agara village. But nobody had called on 25/09/2017. Then again i had checked tracking on on 26/09/2017, at that time it was returned to origin. Reason was updated like door locked by 4.30 pm. It was actually office address and we were there upto 6.30 pm. When i had called customer care nobody responded properly, finally they gave number of agara village office contact number. When i called agara village office, they dont have proper reason for the return. Delivery boy is simply telling, it was returned to origin. They had not attempted the delivery and simply returning the courier. They are not even calling the given receiver number. When i tried to register complaint in the professional courier website, it showing error.

I ship a oder from you courier company with tracking number his[protected] but my consingmnet is damaged by your courier i told your courier company also it is gift item plz send it by carefully but your courier partner is very careless plz give me the solution of my problem and my amount of package of 20000 and my mobile number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and please give me response very fast otherwise i have to complain in consumer court with all proofs

Courier given to send to ahmedabad from jadcherla location, telangana on 18/09/2017 by speed delivery option with 180 rs charge and promised to deliver by 24 rs. But till courier details are not updated in the system to track.. Called hyd location care.. They are not even bothered about for what they paying for salary. Local courier is not responding and not even lifting the call. Docket number is jcl5278053. If you people are not capable to provide the service pls stop the business.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by professional courier. I handed over the packet with reference number agr[protected] on 18 september 2017 at your shop no 6 bhawna multiplex, agra. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within two days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but this pod no. (Agr[protected] not mentioned in the record. I think this is duplicate pod given by the agent and it also tax evasion (Loss of government revenue)

The received important document is torn in the signature part. We trust and use professional courier for more than 15 years. Why nowadays these kind of irresponsible things are happening. Kindly check.

The person called and spoke to me so surely about delivering the courier. He was shouting and using aggressive words. I have mentioned my pin code very clearly. Still the courier was delivered to the wrong office among them. So he was saying the courier cannot be delivered to me today and he was so cool and lethargic by saying you'll get the courier by tomorrow. I explained him clearly that it's a food item. Still the way he spoke was so disgusting. Is this the way to speak to the customer? Just because the company has got some good name, the people has got so much of bad attitude. They need to educate them how to speak and behave with the customers if they really wish to withstand the name of the company. Highly unacceptable and annoying attitude from those people. Generally Professional courier will delivery the items from sindhanur to bangalore on very next day . I have been booking with professional service from many years .

This time I am surprise to see that, even after 4th day, the courier is not received to Bangalore address .

When I tried talking to concerned persons, I got extremely unprofessional answers from them . I have never expected such hopeless service from professional couriers .

I can give list of concerns person's names and contact nos . Please teach some basic common-sense manners to them . They really dones't know how to behave with customer quires and concerns !

This will be my last courier with you folks if it's not delivered immediately today .

Looks like you folks started loosing all valuable customers bcz of your customer care executive 's harsh responses and unprofessional behavior .

Hi! Sir, i am requesting to you listen my words with my fast experience. I went to indian post office for courier (Mobile) to other state. They said electronics services not courier in indian post office. So after i went to professional courier service for send my courier (Mobile) to my friend through professional courier on 11th of july month, next day that courier (Mobile) reached to my friend destination. After got that courier he tried to opened courier pack in same professional courier office inside only. But in that courier the mobile got missed. Next day i called to bangalore courier office regarding that issue. They raised complaint and they said we will update to you like that but till now no one called to me and they didnt respond to me if i call them. Now they telling we will give maximum of 5000 amount for that mobile. Actually the mobile cost is 7000 its orginal. Sir i came from poor village in andhrapradesh. And i dont have a local influence in bangalore city. So please try to do favor to me
