Description :
On 21/08/17 i sent a courier to venkatesh gore, mala, mullur, karkala, udupi dist. No smg3852477 (From shimoga office durgigudi) the courier consisted invitation to my housewarming ceremony. The courier service did not deliver my letter stating that the phone number that i have mentioned in the address was not correct. When i went to the courier office to enquire about the delivery status, they harshly replied me that the phone number on the envelope was not reachable hence the letter could not be delivered, however, they did not return my courier either.
I have been using professional couriers from the last ten years and was very happy with the committed service provided but after this incident, i have lost hope on the company and i have started to doubt the credibility of the nature of their working style.
My first complaint is that the delivery system (According to my observation) completely depends on the phone number on the cover and if the number is not reachable or incorrect they never care to check the address or to deliver it on the basis of the address written on the envelope. Let me remind you that professional couriers should not work on the basis of phone number but on the basis of the address written, its cargo and courier service, not sms or mobile service.
My second complaint is that they never cared to return my letter.

After the incident, some of my relatives did not attend the housewarming ceremony stating that they did not receive invitation.
Desirable resolution of my complaint:
I want my letter back, an apology letter for not doing the work properly and a full refund of 60 rupees (Alas! India post would have delivered my letter for 4 rupee stamp, what a fool i am to rely on professional couriers!!!)

I couriered the product on[protected]. Today date is[protected].

As they promissed the product will delier within 3 Days.But it is 5 working days.Still they ahave not delivered the product and behaving bad with customers.

Kindly resolve my issue and deliver the product

Please confirm that why parcel booked on 31/08/2017 at dindigul office from central bank of india, main branch dindigul for new delhi but till the date not delivered. We contact with your dindigul office, consignement no. 1644976. But this no. Not show in tacking. Confirm on my mobile no. [protected]. We so many time contact with your local office but not satisfactory reply obtained.

One envelope containing dependents cards of my family and 2 sons and one card issued by goi. Courier on 8/9/2017from balehonnur karnataka blh232850 to afs bhuttabari bagdogra siliguri 734014 wb. When i gone to take my courier to siliguri it was empty shown to office boy chantu and kalpana also kindly do the needfull and search the contents of envelope. He inform to his area manager we inform to booking office in balehonnur chikmagalur karnataka.

My name is anish from kottayam kerala. I purchased some materiel from yepme and they send it through professional courier on september 1. This material received in my home town which is nearly 25 km. But its not delivered till now i contacted them and they says that it will delivery only on friday, if i have any complaint please contact the booked courier office.

A package dispatched from kolkata on 4th sept'17 has still not arrived in hyderabad. They said within 6 days it would reach but still its no where to be found.

Customer care numbers do not respond 80% of the time and even when they do, hyderabad office tells to call kolkata office and kolkata asks to mail to register complaint. Very unprofessional behaviour and they have no clue where the parcel even is. Complaint logged on their website also has no value.

This is regarding my consignment no:-DEL[protected].This courier was booked from Delhi to Pune on 3/09/2017 .I have been calling since morning to that person he told that the courier is not received as it was showing at their location since 2 days.
When I have asked him to check the courier he told that courier is received but we don't have anybody to deliver it at your address .If you want then take it from our place .After that when I went at their place and asked that why you have not delivered it .He told that we don't have any person to deliver it and after all we are getting very less charge so we will not deliver it if you have any problem then do not send from professional courier in the future .He started fight and abusing me and told that now I will not give the courier you do what you wanted to do and we will send it back.He called 2, 3 people and started abusing .

I have done a professional courier on 1st september 2017 from khammam to noida consignment no. Kmm582368.
The courier is found that it is in transit period at noida. I want to complain through the official website http://www.tpcindia.com/ but the website is not registering my compliant. I repeatedly done lot of calls, all are saying different versions that the courier is received/ the courier is not delivered/ did not lift the phone/ redirecting to other numbers and i am waxed with this. I request through your platform to help me out as soon as possible.

I had sent a courier on 04/08/17 through professional courier from bangalore to vijayapur. It was supposed to reach next day morning. Till now it has not reached..
I have been enquiring them from 05/08/2017. But they are not answer me properly or not telling me where the courier is. The lady who receives the calls is not at all taking responsibility and not giving proper reply

We had dispatched a courier containg customer chque on 16/08/2017 having consignment no - gau690350 to axis bank ltd, guwahati service branch (Assam), m. G road, akshay plaza, fancy bazar, ghy-784001 from axis bank ltd, lumding branch, dist-hojai, pin-782447. But yet not received the packet by the destination branch. Kindly look the matter. As per tracking system the packet was received on 18/08/2017 in guwahati in professional courier office but the same is not yet dispatched to the proper destination.

I have been tracking my courier which is sent on last wednesday (30-aug-17) from trichy to urapakkam (Chengalpattu) with the tracking number trz56481770.

Until yesterday the tracking status showed it is sent to urapakkam office on 2nd sep.
Today when i tracked i could see that it is marked as "not delivered - door locked". Not even a single call came from the courier delivery person. (I heared that the concerned person never inform the customer anything this is so rediculous) also there is no record entered in my apartments log entry that the courier person came for delivery.

This is really irritating and intolerable to spend 1 hour daily and giving continuous calls to 10+ mobile/ landline numbers.

P. S : yes i was not in my home on 2nd sep (Saturday). But there should be a communication to me atleast that they had came for delivery.

My consignment number was gpm0600758. The delivery team said while person not present at thetime of delivery. But nobody came to deliver the parcel that delivery person had my number he didn't call me. Simply he said person not available. While i'm call back to the customer care they give a one number which was that courier office manager number so i called to that person he speak irrespectively and said come collect the courier at office and simply said we are not call while person not present but professional courier terms and condition not says that type of condition. Please help me i'm really hurt bcoz of this issue.

The courier was sent on 24/08/2017 from chennai. For 6 days, i had no clue as to where the shipping was. Later i got the tracking number and i called and it was delivered on 30/8/2017. It was an important courier containing medicines and should have been delivered within 2 days. Taking 6 days and delivering it only after calling them is really bad.

Hey i sent parcel on 24th of aug through professional courier and the tracking no is blr37756391, till today that is 29th aug 2017 its lying in the belaundur branch. The great manager over there doesn't know how to response to customer he says it cant deliver today and it can be deliver only tomorrow. And the reasons he give is company is not paying the phone bills them to call the customer, security is not connecting call in the apartment.

This is worst ever experience i had with any courier service, i was expecting an important document though professional courier service which was sent to me by a pune base company. The document came to bhubaneswar and then it returned again this happened, but this time i called these guys and told how important is the document. These unprofessional guys always make a reason address is not found whereas it was very clearly mentioned with all details like pin code and phone number. They didn't even called me and on top of that they are not picking my phone anymore. Even i mailed their corporate and bhubaneswar office, still no response.

I am dr. V. Jawahar, i usually send patient cases (Courier parcel) to the concerned lab in chennai and they in turn send me the same way through your courier service for the past 2 years. Poor services provided by your courier delivery boys in srinivasanagar, trichy, tamilnadu. Many times they delayed in delivering and sometimes without any attempt to deliver, they simply say door locked even though i am present. I used to travel to your collection point and collect in person. This is pathetic... Kindly take necessary action. Otherwise i will be morally forced to move towards other courier.

Sir,
I booked a parcel at falcon agencies an agent of the professional couriers on 17th august 2017 to be delivered to solar rajasthan. But the parcel is still undelivered. Despite my repeated complaints they are not paying any heed to my problem.
I request you to teach them a lesson and take necessary steps against such cheats so that they may not try to cheat others in future.

This is to bring to your notice that i have been trying to identify, where my courier is but unfortunately i am not able to do so.

The courier no. Kmr2911460 has been dispatched on 14th august 2017 by e. Vittal from r. K colony thimmapur to ghaziabad (U. P) and it was last updated on 16th august 2017 where it was dispatched to new delhi. Since then there was no update on your online portal about this courier.

Its been almost 10 days and i am still waiting for my courier. I tried to call on number mentioned on courier receipt ([protected]) there was a lady on call who was neither helping me nor trying to listen me again and again i am only getting time to give her a call back.

I also tried to call your delhi office on number[protected] and came to that even they don't have any idea about the courier.

I seriously got frustrated and feeling helpless. Kindly take this on priority and provide information about my courier as early as possible. Show some professionalism against work and try to treat your customers kindly.

Also you should get back to me as early as possible else i will take it to legal.

Company name:phoenix interactives no.177/26, 4th main rajajinagr industrial town bangalore-560044, got a call from professional courier magadi road branch they asked for exact lamdmark i directed them and they say it is always closed i told them my working hours is from 9 am to 5.30pm but they say they can only deliver after 6pm, i said no problem make the delivery tomorrow between the working hours but they insist that they will only come after 6pm and we had an argument after all this when i said i am gonna complain they said go do what ever you want and they will send back the courier reason door lock.
