We had dispatched a courier containg customer chque on 16/08/2017 having consignment no - gau690350 to axis bank ltd, guwahati service branch (Assam), m. G road, akshay plaza, fancy bazar, ghy-784001 from axis bank ltd, lumding branch, dist-hojai, pin-782447. But yet not received the packet by the destination branch. Kindly look the matter. As per tracking system the packet was received on 18/08/2017 in guwahati in professional courier office but the same is not yet dispatched to the proper destination.

    I have been tracking my courier which is sent on last wednesday (30-aug-17) from trichy to urapakkam (Chengalpattu) with the tracking number trz56481770.

    Until yesterday the tracking status showed it is sent to urapakkam office on 2nd sep.
    Today when i tracked i could see that it is marked as "not delivered - door locked". Not even a single call came from the courier delivery person. (I heared that the concerned person never inform the customer anything this is so rediculous) also there is no record entered in my apartments log entry that the courier person came for delivery.

    This is really irritating and intolerable to spend 1 hour daily and giving continuous calls to 10+ mobile/ landline numbers.

    P. S : yes i was not in my home on 2nd sep (Saturday). But there should be a communication to me atleast that they had came for delivery.

      My consignment number was gpm0600758. The delivery team said while person not present at thetime of delivery. But nobody came to deliver the parcel that delivery person had my number he didn't call me. Simply he said person not available. While i'm call back to the customer care they give a one number which was that courier office manager number so i called to that person he speak irrespectively and said come collect the courier at office and simply said we are not call while person not present but professional courier terms and condition not says that type of condition. Please help me i'm really hurt bcoz of this issue.

        The courier was sent on 24/08/2017 from chennai. For 6 days, i had no clue as to where the shipping was. Later i got the tracking number and i called and it was delivered on 30/8/2017. It was an important courier containing medicines and should have been delivered within 2 days. Taking 6 days and delivering it only after calling them is really bad.

          Hey i sent parcel on 24th of aug through professional courier and the tracking no is blr37756391, till today that is 29th aug 2017 its lying in the belaundur branch. The great manager over there doesn't know how to response to customer he says it cant deliver today and it can be deliver only tomorrow. And the reasons he give is company is not paying the phone bills them to call the customer, security is not connecting call in the apartment.

            This is worst ever experience i had with any courier service, i was expecting an important document though professional courier service which was sent to me by a pune base company. The document came to bhubaneswar and then it returned again this happened, but this time i called these guys and told how important is the document. These unprofessional guys always make a reason address is not found whereas it was very clearly mentioned with all details like pin code and phone number. They didn't even called me and on top of that they are not picking my phone anymore. Even i mailed their corporate and bhubaneswar office, still no response.

              I am dr. V. Jawahar, i usually send patient cases (Courier parcel) to the concerned lab in chennai and they in turn send me the same way through your courier service for the past 2 years. Poor services provided by your courier delivery boys in srinivasanagar, trichy, tamilnadu. Many times they delayed in delivering and sometimes without any attempt to deliver, they simply say door locked even though i am present. I used to travel to your collection point and collect in person. This is pathetic... Kindly take necessary action. Otherwise i will be morally forced to move towards other courier.

                Sir,
                I booked a parcel at falcon agencies an agent of the professional couriers on 17th august 2017 to be delivered to solar rajasthan. But the parcel is still undelivered. Despite my repeated complaints they are not paying any heed to my problem.
                I request you to teach them a lesson and take necessary steps against such cheats so that they may not try to cheat others in future.

                  Hi,
                  This is to bring to your notice that i have been trying to identify, where my courier is but unfortunately i am not able to do so.

                  The courier no. Kmr2911460 has been dispatched on 14th august 2017 by e. Vittal from r. K colony thimmapur to ghaziabad (U. P) and it was last updated on 16th august 2017 where it was dispatched to new delhi. Since then there was no update on your online portal about this courier.

                  Its been almost 10 days and i am still waiting for my courier. I tried to call on number mentioned on courier receipt ([protected]) there was a lady on call who was neither helping me nor trying to listen me again and again i am only getting time to give her a call back.

                  I also tried to call your delhi office on number[protected] and came to that even they don't have any idea about the courier.

                  I seriously got frustrated and feeling helpless. Kindly take this on priority and provide information about my courier as early as possible. Show some professionalism against work and try to treat your customers kindly.

                  Also you should get back to me as early as possible else i will take it to legal.

Company name:phoenix interactives no.177/26, 4th main rajajinagr industrial town bangalore-560044, got a call from professional courier magadi road branch they asked for exact lamdmark i directed them and they say it is always closed i told them my working hours is from 9 am to 5.30pm but they say they can only deliver after 6pm, i said no problem make the delivery tomorrow between the working hours but they insist that they will only come after 6pm and we had an argument after all this when i said i am gonna complain they said go do what ever you want and they will send back the courier reason door lock.                       My waybill no : pro5774355 from salem to ahmedabad. The courier was send on 16.08.2017, but till date i didn't get my consignment. While tying to track my consignment through their website it still show booking completed by no further updates are there. While trying to contact their customer care i didn't get proper response over there. I think i will get proper response from here.

                        I've sent my courier to pudukotti on aug 11. The courier is not received for 1 week and i asked customer they said, it's delivered to pudukotti but there they say, it's not reached here.
                        Last friday aug18, one of the representative saying the carrier is lost somehow.
                        They, not even apologise for this and not given a correct reason.

                        I've sent some important document in this courier and i can't reapply it,

                          not received my parcel till now

                          My sister sent a courier from giddalur to hyderabad on 3rd august and as per their website tracking system it reached hyderabad on 4th august. Till now (19th august) i have not received any parcel. I am calling them daily, everyday they are saying today they will provide that parcel.                             I have booked a parcel on 8/8/2017, with an amount of 1050. Rs to the baddi in himachal pradesh. But still the parcel is not yet reached the destination. I have called to the customer care also but it was an worst response from your side.
                            This is not a professional way of business.

                            If you are not able to deliver the parcel intime means then why you are taking an order from us & y are u wasting our time also.

                            Even I spoke with the Peenya Branch People by the name Rangaswamy he was the one who took the parcel from our company he was irresponsible in his job. I met worst response from his side also. His number is [protected].

                            Really this is an irresponsible way of treating the customer. Even i booked the complaint in online their also i didn't get any reply from your side.
                            I sent 3 couriers through The Professional couriers to Delhi and none of the receivers received the package. It includes highly important documents and products. When asked about it in the office I got rude answers and told me that the courier has been delivered. They are highly unprofessional scam company. I need my issue to be resolved asap.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We have sent a courier from Dombivali to Bangalore on 08th AUG 2017 and today it's 15th AUG 2017 and still the courier has not been received at the delivery spot. On asking to the local professional courier branch of Dombivali, they have informed us that the courier boy have reached our address three times and returned back leaving a note out of the house to pick up the material from the bangalore local branch. However, in the last seven days, no professional courier boy has come to delivery spot, as confirmed by watchmen of the locality and also considering the fact that some one was always there in the house and was never locked. Thus the courier boy lied to their office stating he came three times to bangalore house and returned back. We had also given the contact number of source and destination to which he could have contacted, but courier boy didn't bother to contact any one o[censored]s. Even the letter note that courier boy has said to be left by him was not received by us.

                              This is a clear hypocrisy and lie, which has resulted in delay of more than 2-3 days which is not at all acceptable.

                              You can go through the below details of the receipt for tracking purpose . Even we tried tracking the courier through tracking number given to us, however we are unable to track through this number .

                              It had been 10days my friend has sent me a parcel from delhi but from past 5days it is showing like despatched to bangalore, but still i havent recved and not even got any update about the parcel, its an emergencely required but due to this poor service of professional courier i am feeling so bad, i hope atleast now they resolve my issue

                                Hi this is lalita i have booked a saree for my customer who live in geetham university vizag. It was dispatched on 19thjuly nd in tracking it mentioned that 22nd it was delivered but door was closed. Its a university how door wil b closed #######. From 1st onwards i m go on following up the people in the office they are playing games with us. Today it today it wil deliver daily i the same thing happening. Today i am called her 55times sometomes the call is waitiing and when it rings she is diaconecting the call. [protected] this is her number i dont knw her name. How rudely she was answering the call. Doing a proffesional job being in a service sector; is this the way they behave with the people who came for a query.

                                  I sent the 7/8/17 from chennai. Till now it has not got delivered in hyderabad.
                                  Its very important parcel and has to be reached soon. I want my parcel to be delivered atleast by today. Just because it will reach soon, I sent it through Professional Courier, but still I am facing this issue. Its more than a week which means 6 business days. Please try to send it by today.

                                    My courier number: bcm753652. On july31st the cover was submitted in professional courier services at bhadrachalam branch (Ts) for to dispatch at rajahmundry... But till date the cover is not received... I am following everyday but the rajahmundry (Andhrapradesh) branch people are not responding properly and they are not even lifting our phone too... Its almost 10days and dispatch is not happen... That cover is very important for as company documents are in the parcel and i have to submit those documents asap in our office... Please do respond and resolve my issue...

                                      I want to register my complaint against delay in my courier.

                                      Last month July 27th my courier has been dispatched from Titan Surplus Nager coil, Tamilnadu through Nagercoil professional courier services to whitefield Bangalore.The same has been delivered to Whitefield office on 28th July.

                                      But I have not received my courier till now.I have been calling nagercoil main professional courier branch and Whitefield branch for past one week to enquire about courier status. I am fed up about your services.Your delivery service is totally unprofessional and don't know how to treat the customers.Everytime they are saying we will deliver today..It's been more than 10days since the courier dispatched. Can someone Atleast check the status and reply to the mail at least.Today I went to Whitefield branch and waited there for more than one hour.. Customer care manager said there is a server problem and can't track the status of the courier... Delivery boy has delivered the courier to my friend on 29th July.with out my knowledge how can they deliver the courier ? I asked the delivery boy details and they said he left his job. I asked for the delivery receipt. They couldn't find that also...Now they asked me to wait for 2 more days to find the receipt.Am totally frustrated about their customer service.whitefield branch has no proper communication medium..The phone is dead.. Computer with no internet connection.. Unfriendly receptionist..My courier has 3000 worth thing. can u someone help on this
