My insurance amount was abruptly charged and refunded after one month after a great persuasion.
Mam these all actions has caused me great pain and stress to me.
Now I ask you to please compensate me by cash or kind for all the misery caused by your all shortcomings of the tour.
Failing in it may force me to take up the issues in social media and to the higher authorities.

Firstly when we booked the tour it was specified that we will get a tempo traveller. But when we recieved vouchers it was written that we will get 2 innovas.

    I purchased forex from thomas cook by ordering through their website. There was an offer. If you buy more than 700 USD, you will get a 3D2N stay in one of sterling resorts for free. I bought 750 dollars. I was told that I will be contacted by sterling holidays shortly. But nobody contacted. When I asked, I was told I will be contacted 15 days later. Now it was more than 45 days. Nobody has contacted. I was shocked to learn even thomas cook is a scam company. I don't want to beg them again and again for an obligation they failed to obey. Thomas cook has just taught me a lesson.

      We had contacted Thomas Cook fr our tickets and Mr. Shubam Gupta was interacting with us. As soon as our last payment was over he would not and our queries and we r in Trouble. He didn't explain any procedure and yr requirement in detail at the time of booking in spite of I asking him repeatedly. We told him family is located at different places but he said no issues in that. Now u trouble is at eleventh hour to bring original passport, forms signature etc. Very unprofessional and none o[censored]r staff has any knowledge of yr norms. Iam extremely disappointed with yr service.

      Iam having a bad and unprofessional experience with Thomas Cook agency. None of the employees have any knowledge of the procedure of the industry.
      I hv booked a package for srilanka and after several follow ups no one followed up. I have made the initial
      Payments and now even after asking thoas cook to cancel the package they are not ready to get back and talk to me .

        My name is shilpa sawant. I booked 5n-6d trip to best of kumaon with thomas cook. Trip is from delhi on 3rd may till 8 may. I booked flight ticket to delhi on 3rd may and return flight ticket on 8th may. In spite of making entire payment of rs. 58, 530/- i did not receive payment confirmation or any other details from thomas cook
        we have been speaking with parvez, rishikesh, fatima, shabnam, tahir, vineet, jigar. The team promises to call back and share details but to no avail. It had been terrible experience with thomas cook, that too before starting the trip. Hope i get all the details tomorrow which is the last day as i have a 6 o clock flight to delhi. My trip is suppose to start at 8.30 from delhi airport. Keeping my fingers crossed for now.

          I booked a north east package tour with Thomas Cook called "Mesmerizing Meghalaya 4N/5D". The package specifically had one night stay at Cherrapunji on the 3rd night. One day before we left for our vacation, Thomas Cook calls and informs me that no hotel in Cherrapunji is available and we would need to travel all the way back to Shillong that night. I did not agree to this as the only reason I signed up for the package was on the itinerary which was promised. I checked online for hotels on my own and was surprised to find a hotel available in Cherrapunji for that night. I made the booking on my own and now Thomas Cook is refusing to refund me the money which I have spent on my own for the booking. I had already made the payment for the stay at Cherrapunji with Thomas Cook as part of the package. They have basically taken the money for one night stay without providing me with any stay and are also refusing to refund the amount which I spent on my own. Absolutely horrible experience. Thomas Cook are a bunch of cheats and have not responded to my numerous emails for the refund. The names of the officials involved in this are Mr. Amit Singh, Mr. Suraj Bari and Mr. Arshad Shaikh.
          I did booking for Europe tour for 2 via your Noida office through Marketing executive Name Ms. Shalu Popli. Since, I did initial booking service levels were not up to mark but Average but since I made complete payment service levels have been deteriorated. There is word limitation. People involved are .. 1. Shalu Popli 2. Vidya 3. Ashish 4. Naseeb

            This is to inform that Thomas Cook did not submit our Taiwan Visa application form in spite of advance payment that was made. They held our application till the last minute and then came back to us stating that you have to pay additional money to get the visa processed in one day. in fact they collected our documents on Apr 12, 2017 but didnt submit it to the embassy in Chennai and stopped responding to our phone calls and emails. We had to cancel 5 tickets because of their negligence and deliberate attempt to extort more money. The people who are responsible for this are namely Pratiksha Muthappa and her manager Avinash Naik. Both working out of their MG Rd office in Bangalore. I request you to get this addressed and we are ready to provide any additional documents that may be necessary

            We actually lost Rs 40, 000 as we had to cancel 5 tickets. All because of the intentional plot to cheat us by not submitting the documents to the Taiwan Embassy in Chennai. When I approached the TW embassy in Chennai they said they have never received any of our documents. While Thomas Cook claims that they submitted the documents on Apr 17th, 2017 though we had submitted the documents on Apr 12th, 2017.

              I flew to east europe through thomas cook on 9.4.2017.When we reached frankfurt on lufthansa flight we were denied entry to prague flight saying the doors were closed. We had to rebook after standing in the long queue at the service center. The flight was 4hrs later and when we reached prague there was no pick up vehicle. We lost 1 day of our vacation right there. We were never informed of different currencies in czech republic and hungary and lost money in euro to local currency conversion, in budapest we were put up in small hotel in bad background area near the railway station. Our whole holiday was spoiled due to poor performance of thomas cook agent
              I had booked a flight ticket hyderabad to jaipur . that the status was failed but amount was deducted from my account. I had to call customer care, nobody was not answered right information . there was everybody wants escape from problem. is it true website?

                I booked a honeymoon package for Singapore+Bali+Cruise from Thomas cook Chandigarh on 20Jan 2017 for dates 3rd Mar 2017. We booked everything well in advance so that there would be no hustle bustle at the end. Service did not worked out smoothly as was expected. We had to constantly call to your agent for passports and visas. We had to collect passports a day before our trip and that too from Panipat because Chandigarh team was so reluctant to do all things in advance.
                It was not a customer friendly service I believe. Service was not well in advance, We constantly had to hit our brains to see what should be done next.

                Problem faced in Bali- After reaching Bali, as per our itinerary, driver didn't show up for Day 2 and on calling the number we came to know that our time has been postponed 2 hours from the scheduled time. As we were already short of time in Bali, we wasted the crucial time. Spa issued was not as per standard. And then when we had to leave for airport, the driver didn't show up, neither he received calls and so eventually we had to book our private cab. It really harassed us.
                SPA was not as per THE STANDARD. No food coupons in restaurants of OUR WISH.

                Problem faced in Singapore- In Singapore, LUXURY tours and travels showed pathetic service. Firstly, the lady of this tour company said his guide has taken a day off and so there will be no guide.
                Driver of this company was well informed that this the time and we will be at the pick up location by that time.But we waited for the driver and on calling the lady said that the driver waited for 15 mins and then gone. We were 3 couples how all of them misunderstood the thing. After booking and also after paying we had to do on ourselves then what is the need of this service.
                It is not about the money but harassment.
                The dinner coupon was not at all of a restaurant. It was a cheap dhabha only Indian main course. The people there treated us as if we are eating for free and was given a side table saying that they had reservation of some 15-20 people.
                Was so mood depressing.
                We would have enjoyed if it would be some local cuisine RESTAURANT so that we would have some cherished memories of that place later on. Not at all a happy service. Bookings not recommended in future.

                It was not at all a pleasant experience with Thomas Cook. Not customer friendly services, no freebies at the location for honeymoon couples. Was hectic and time wasting experience.
                It would have been better if I had planned all by myself. Would have enjoyed more without any unnecessary headaches. I would have planned much better way and would have utilized our money in a more innovative way.

                POOR PLANNING and POOR SERVICE by THOMAS COOK.Not recommended in future.

                Need refund of the money we paid for the services we had already paid in package.

                  My parents have booked a trip for Asian Extravaganza which is supposed to depart on 20-April.Till date they do not have visa for Singapore Malaysia or Thailand.With only 6 days left nobody is aware what is the status of Visa or travel.However they had promptly taken the full payment of 2.6L .Cheating company never to be recommended to anyone.Worst experience ever

                    I had applied for schengen visa through thomas cook Bangalore( I made them full payment online Incuding visa fee and thomas cook service charges). They issued the Visa fees through DD that was rejected at VFS and i again had to pay the visa fees to VFS in cash. I deposited the DD back to thomas cook office and they assured me that i ll be getting the money back in 7 days which i havent even after 2 months and my mails are going unreplied. Please help

                      I have a booking through thomas cook for Kashmir on 14th. It went smooth at first till i paid the money. Mr Amit Singh from Thomas Cook Mumbai is rude and does not know how to talk to a customer. He lied to me on my face. They keep changing executives whom we are in touch with which makes communication difficult. i have my trip in 3 days and i am afraid to go nowconsidering such a behaviour. get back to me. i need to speak toa senior asap.

                        I had, on guidance from TCI, logged in to online site of TCI on 17 march 17 for purchase US dollar currency for 1500 for tourist visitor. I paid rupees 99975 . The terms mentioned was confirmed air ticket. When i went to claim the USD, i was told that they will currrncy only if i have return journey ticket also this was not clarified when i first talked to TCI. The service was deficient. Since my return journey was not planned (max 180 dsys), i requested for refund so that i can buy when my return ticket is booked. But TCI advised that refund will take 7 working days. So TCI is misusing my money for almost ten days! If this is not stealing, what is it (Ref FC[protected]. Ravikumar

                          It's been 15 days I have been waiting for flight confirmation and didn't get any positive response from the organization.

                          I think it's enough to take a legal action against Thomos cook and people involved in this activity. I have opted for a renowned name for my trip but never expected such an unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

                          Now I belive Thomos cook should atleast answer few of my questions below. Hope one of you will take the responsibility and ownership of the matter and answer these.

                          1. Why did Thomos Cook India mentioned 28th as travel date if there were no flights available?

                          2. Why didn't anyone provided flight details at very first day with the package? Was that intentional? as flights already have their schedule they don't run like private taxies.

                          3. Why did Thomas Cook wasted my time and holed-ed my money for so long if people were already aware flights are not available on 28th April?

                          4. Now, I have to look for other vendor. Will Thomos Cook bear the extra cost of my flight as flight rates goes higher everyday?

                          Thank you so much for such wonderful and memorable trip! Hope other people won't experience that.

                            I reached out to Thomas Cook for visa assistance on 13th March and i am travelling to UK on 4th April. I was made to pay a sum of 20000 immediately with the assurance that TC can help. I was asked to submit all details the next day at Pune branch for quick processing. I did.
                            My first visit at Pune office of TC told me they are understaffed, unprepared and careless, don't know what they are doing. There is only one person who takes care of Visa and she was on leave!! Someone who was filling in for her had more than a dozen people waiting to meet her. No sense o[censored]rgency at all. I was told that they were understaffed and had a lot of volume and hence possibly my Visa will be delayed. This is after I was made to pay the fees... I was told that TC only files application on behalf rest is all luck. This was worse than an attempt by a layman to file his own application.
                            I requested them to file the application the same day so that we VFS gets it. They didn't verify if my application was complete and all documents were available even if insisted. Next day we spent a lot of time correcting TC errors in online application which was a simple copy paste of what I filled in the paper form.
                            Today is day 3 my application is not filed. They called me asking they need my relatives Visa who lives in the UK. They didn't know they needed this on day 1?? They don't know what documents one needs to give for visa at the beginning. They are sitting on my Visa application for 3 days deciding whether they should file it online or not... They still figuring out what documents they need from customer.
                            Looks like I have paid fee to some their world country organisation.
                            Then they blamed their own call center for accepting payments when they are not sure if visa could be processed in tight timelines. They said higher authorities don't understand problems in Pune office o[censored]nderstaffing !!! That's now my problem
                            These 3 days delay will cost me heavy. Will TC compensate my loss? Now I am definitely not getting my Visa before 4th april, I atleast had a chance if TC had filed it on time!!!

                            Although I received a call from Thomas Cook following up with me on my issue however it was just a courtesy call and it only went so far to please me.
                            I want my money back. I just happened to visit and VFS and paid an extra fee of 2560×2 = 5120 - for unscheduled walk in.
                            If the application form would have been filed in time by Thomas Cook, I wouldn't have had to pay this. Moreover TC only took the fee just to fill the form on my behalf and the people at TC who filled the form world admit that they did a bad job because I had to follow up and make corrections umpteen number of times and bear with the incompetency o[censored]nskilled resources.
                            I think It is only fair that TC refunds me my fee

                              We tried booking a holiday package from Thomas Cook. Once we received the quote - we tried to get in touch with them (email and phone) multiple times to request for some changes (upgrades).

                              Despite multiple requests & filing complaint on Thomas Cook website - there was ZERO response. We even spoke to the agent who promised to revert (twice) - NO RESPONSE

                              Its appalling that such an organization has such a pathetic resolution process.

                                I have made my family holiday bookings to Dubai with Thomas Cook and my Customer Code is F[protected]. My departure is tonight (2nd March) and till now (2nd March @ 12.48) I have not received the package. I have made payment of Rs 99, 572/- Receipt Number - R[protected] dated 15/02/2017. When ever I call them they say that package will be mailed to me in the next 30 min. Since 2 days this game is going on from them!! I am frustrated, and I am not sure if they will send me the package at all!! And if I am going to Dubai today! I am lost, I don't know what to do?????

                                One thing for sure that I will never ever go to Thomas Cook again, neither will I recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.

                                What should I do now??? I am like kind of lost having paid the money #$**

                                  Our experience was horrible and we were made to run around from pillar to post for collecting the forex after making the payment online we purchased forex in two names

                                  Priyanka kedia we made online payment frome her SB ACCNT and for nikhil kedia we made from his current accnt where he is a proprietor and this was confirmed by one Mr Ameer of Thomas Cook and he said no problem and told us to collect it from one Shilpa from J P NAGAR Branch and she is the most hopeless female I have ever seen she made us run around like hell she has to be shunted out most irresponsible behaviour she said you delta with our call center and you tell them not me or my branch
                                  We are putting the whole issue on face book and other social media so that Thomas Cook does not repeat this mistake again with other customers

                                    I booked my travel with full advance payment on Nov 2016 for travel in Jan 25th 2017. At the time of booking they said i will get all booking details within a week. Once i make full payment i didnt get any communication next one month. In Jan first week they just shared hotel Names that was cheapest hotel while in itinerary had far different hotel. While asking for the change of hotel they said they dont have any other option. Till date Jan 23rd, 2017 i didnt get any kind details about my travel.

                                    I tried so many time to connect over calls and emails they simple deny to share any information before few hours only on travel date. I really dont understand when i made full payment 3 months advance why they didnt made are require bookings in well advance. How i will manage all the plan now when i dont have anything in my hand.

                                    Pathetic service, Its very unprofessional.

                                      I have been cheated after making the advance payment for my tour. I received an email confirmation on my Thailand tour including additional activities They are not accepting things which are mentioned in the email after making payment. I have already escalated this to the senior management of Thomas cook but they are rejecting it. I am seriously worried cz we have planned to leave on 8th February 2017.                                         I wanted to buy THB and the rate on your website was INR 203 for 100 THB. I called the call center on 02dec'16 and spoke to George, he told me that they will check the availability and call back but he did not call back.

                                        I called your Sec-17, Vashi branch today and the lady on the phone tells me that the rate is INR 208 for 100THB. I told her the rate on website is INR203 but she said she will not give the currency at the website rate.

                                        This is very misleading and needs to be reported to the higher authority and consumer complaints department. Your branches are trying to loot people.
