I had asked Vikas to reschedule the flight, he asked us to pay Rs. 3000 through Invoice.
Which we paid and he send us the E Ticket.
When Mr. Gupta (Passenger) went to catch Flight from Kolkata to Ahmedabad, Travel partner (Indigo) stopped him from boarding the flight and said they have not received the payment from Thomas Cook. And ask him to pay rescheduling charges.
This matter has been referred to Vikas, He realized mistake on his part and assure me for refund on 1st Jul itself.
Till then no action has been taken. Every time I am calling Thomas cook a new person comes on phone and ask for details.
May be at least 10 executives of your dept might be knowing this by now.
You are requested to look in to it seriously. I am finding such kind of carelessness for the time from any service provider.
