I have checked with the Vendor and he suggest me to mail to TOI. My Old Address was, #101, Sanjana Arcade, P&T Colony Rd no. 2, Medipally, Hyderabad. My New Address is:- D2-406, SINGAPORE TOWNSHIP, NEAR INFOSYS, POCHARAM, GHATKESWAR, HYDERABAD, 500088. Salesmen wheeler & co., at cst mumbai rly stn both main line and mail - express line, never never given me combo of times of india and maharashtra times, charging one rupees extra, saying that, copies at stall not meant for sales as combo copies for rs. 6 / - , you either take action, or stop writing on paper as - times and matta for rs. 6 / - immdtly. Pl.

The vendor does not gives a combo offer on TOI and Navbharat Times and he submitts the bill seperately and also charges Rs 20 as delivery charge per new paper. We donot get the advantage of the combo offer and are overcharged every month. The vendor is Chahat News Agency Gurgaon. Thanks Manuj [protected]

Hi this is bhanupavan. I had opted for yearly subscription for Times of India news paper. Recently I got relocated within the city and my address got changed; I had informed the same to new paper agency guy. It has been 1 month until now there is no response in any way, despite of multiple requests. I had tried to raise a complaint through direct weblink @ http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/feedback.cms But I wonder its also not working @ taking my request. I', m attaching the documents as a proof. Please kindly take necessary action. I really wonder these type of incidents were commencing for a largest circulated news paper :)

I took my first ever Ola cab ride. I took the car from press club of india raisina road new delhi on 6th sept'2015 at about 3.45pm to my house Surya nagar dist ghaziabad. I paid a bill of rs- 283/- . But later when i got the bill on my mail it included toll and tax . The driver never paid any toll as he was a resident of ghaziabad only and was returning home only. In Gurgaon, TOI & HT newspaper vendor charges Rs 170 pm each against max cost of Rs 140, payable in advance, and service is poor. Vendor will charge flat Rs 170 pm, even when there is strike, no publication & non delivery. Newspapers are unconcerned of their attitude. If you raise any question, the supply is STOPPED with immediate effect. Is it not ridiculous?

I subscribe times of india on 31/07/2015 by giving cheque no. 633509. One year passed i am not getting coupon.The vendor demanding the total cost of one year news paper delsult ivery.Complaint in all level but the result is nil.I have also order cum receipt form of subscription in my hand.

I have paid my annual subscription for Times of India News paper in Chennai with subscriber ID 32997964 commencing 01 Jun 2015. The agent who is to supply the paper, Mr Sekar, is highly irregular and undisciplined in behavior. Verbal complaint was lodged a number of times with the Chennai office on telephone number 45457924. Assurance was given to change the agent and regulate the supply but that has not happened till date. It is requested that suitable action may be initiated against the individual and an another vendor may be assigned the task of delivering newspaper daily. Thanks. R Venkataraman.

Sir, This is to bring to your knowledge that i am a resident of Dehradun in area Jollygrant next to airport of Dehradun. The TOI subscription received here states clearly that No ROAD SURCHASE is applicable at Dehradun, Mussorie, Haridwar and Rishikesh, However we are been charged Rs2/- perday for same. Repeated questioning with hawker states that it is sanctioned by TOI office . My complaint is that Jollygrant which is apart of Dehradun and on route to rishikesh from dehradun(single road) is being charged Rs 2/- perday (Rs 60/-per month) extra while in rishikesh the same paper costs Rs 2/day less. I hope that you will look into the matter and do the needful so that extra money is not charged from us . Thanking you Sanjay

I am Prasenjit Modak residing at 43, Sholok Pally Garfa, Kolkata-70078 and regular reader TOI news paper. 29th april 2015 I have subscribe my paper and newspaper agent was collected cheque, chk no -054414, from my company name Desire Mapping Technologies Pvt Ltd, Amount 529.00 and cash Inr. 20.00 .After that my newspaper vendor delivering paper without any newspaper coupon.Recently vendor stopped my paper not receiving any coupon.Trying to communicate many times paper and he always telling me cheque has no stress till date. Dear sir, It is to inform you that I had subscribed The Times if India for 15 months by paying a sum of ₹795 through SBI Cheque No-874904 in favour of B.C.C.L. My subscription ID is 33443590 and Order Ref No-DBSOO21818. My subscription started form[protected]. RASTOGI NEWS AGENCY used to deliver the newspaper. Recently I changed my flat but prior to changing I did inform him about my address. Both the addresses are close by. While subscribing I did inform him about this situation and he had agreed to condition of delivery the newspaper to my new address. But he is not doing so. From the day I changed my flat, he started avoiding my calls. In order to get uninterrupted service I gave him all the coupons. It seems that he is trying to cheat me.I have his contact no but no address . So please provide me with the address of News Agency or the vendor, he is the one who is taking the newspaper from you. My Subscription number is[protected]. Subscribed for Times of India, Chennai edition from April 2014 to April 2015. The news paper was not delivered regularly and I have complained 22 times till date and there is no reaction from the customer care or any circulation management folks. This is Janesh, residing at B3, Ground floor, Apollo twins Apartments, Periyar pathai, West Choolaimedu Ch 94, recently I endorse yearly subscription of daily news paper in 'TOI'. Regularly I get the news paper in the early morning at 6.30 am from 1st July'15 onwards. Last three weeks before newspaper issuing boy asked me one coupon that i have received from TOI, but I misplaced and lost the coupon in somewhere else. I tried to find out but couldn't. Same Intimated to the local person of TOI. But unfortunately for the last 10 days I didn't get the 'TOI' daily newspaper. There is no communication from your side and issuing paper has been stopped without any prior Intimation. Yesterday I called your Helpline number '[protected]' and registered my name and mobile number in IVR. Today morning one local person came and said he is coming from TOI and threaten me that 'If you are not submitting the coupon, we wont issue the paper to your address. Where ever you can lodge complaint we wont bother and mind' I never had this kind of bitter experience in my life time. Already I paid the cash for the year in advance, this is the service what you offered to customers. I paid the subscription fees through valid cheque, same has been drawn. Really I fed up with the local vendor and the service render by TOI. Here with I request you to return back my cheque (excluding for the issued days) and I don't want to continue with TOI from now. Dear Sir, I am in Hyderabad, I have taken 1 year subscription and paid the amount to Times Of India. 4 Months back I changed my address from Balaji Nagar to KPHB Colony. Though I registered the change of address paper is not getting delivered to my new address . I made numerous followups on below numbers and I am not geting any response. Please kindly initiate action [protected] : A lady picks the call and will promise paper will be delivered from next day, I called nearly 20 times every time I get the same response I have taken escalation contact and tried reaching him (Her Manager) :[protected], This great man never picks the call I followed up with local paper agent[protected] who will never respond properly

Sir/Madam, I have subscribed to Times of India News paper last month. That agent was so nicely explained about the news paper. I also know about this paper thats why subscribed. He has told me from 01 Aug 2015 onwards i will get the newspaper. Already four days are over. I have not been received yet. What those people are doing i dont know? I have given complaint through the phone no. provided on their subscription form. They have told me that i receive from 2nd Aug but where??. 3 rd Aug also I hv given complaint what is the use? Again they have taken my mobile no. but where is the News paper? What they are doing? They have taken all the personal details including phone numbers on their subscription form along with photo identity proof then also they are giving to somebody else or what? They have given coordinator number of vizag but what that person is doing i dont know. I have tried several times but hes not lifting at all!!! Then why these people should be appointed as coordinators? That agent has also told me that he gives pen stand for order confirmation that also i have not received yet. This clearly indicating that we should not believe the agents blindly. The much interest they are showing on no. of subscriptions but not on subscribers? I want an early action in this matter.

Hello, I am resident of Govindpuri, New Delhi. Near Gali No.10 Govindpuri, there is a vendor who sells various newspapers. In first week of July'2015, i went their to purchase TOI. He took Rs. 5/- instead of Rs. 4.50/-. Generally other vendors gives 50 paise or some toffee (if they don't have 50 paise). He refused to give me 50 paise or toffee. I argued alot but he ignored me. Now on 29 July 2015, i again went to his shop to buy TOI, again he starts arguing with me instead of returning money. He used abusive language. He said do whatever u want to do. There are lots of people like u comes daily to meet my father. But no one can harm us. He said either you give me 50 paise or 5/- and take this newspaper. but i did not have 50 paise. But he should be keep some 50 paise toffee for this purpose. My issue is that i think he is charging more than printed price in every item he is selling. Now, if he sells a TOI 20 people in day, then he is in a profit of extra Rs. 10/- which is quit wrong. So, my only request is to take some action against these types of mis behaved vendors and stop giving them charge to distribute TOI or other papers. I am telling you this as a consumer. So If, u can not do this, then at least tell me very clearly. I will solve this problem from my own. Because i am from Consumer Affairs and i know how to tackle these types of situation. I have subscribed the times of India newspaper under founder member offer by paying Rs. 250 for 10 months subscription in march 2015 by cheque no. 8 11 500 SBI. The cheque was honoured immediately in a week time. But I did received copy any sort of newspaper edition thought I have complained about the issue to concern vijayawada office.

I have not got the news paper for the past 20 days. I complained in in the help line number so many times but i did not a proper response.

as i want to subscribe toi newspaper daily the distributor of my city kakinada, he has been neglected and so saying it is a bad paper and not a good option to choose, this complaint is not only with me it is through out my city all the people are been faced and irritated by this distributor plz try to take action as fast as you can

Dear Sir, I want to know the news by TOI dt.10 June'15 for Tatkal Cancellation Refund (50%) as Heading:-Rail Tatkal ticket booking timings revised; 50% refund on cancellation.The news is this:- NEW DELHI: Indian Railways has changed the timing for the booking of Tatkal tickets, and said that customers can get a refund o[censored]pto 50% on cancellation for the same. Timing is OK but what is the Refund news? IRCTC Customer care did;t refund the Tatkal Refund to?????
