I stay in Miyapur, Hyderabad and near sai ranga theatre. The colony is called Madhav nagar. For whole colony, there is one guy who supplies paper. His agency name is "HEMA SRI BOOK STALL". He is charging Rs10 for every news paper he gives with all consumers for a month. I m reader of your newspaper (TOI) but sir news agency charged extra money from us. i.e. rate marked on the newspaper is Rs. 3/- or 4/- but News agency delivered it to us on an average Rs.6/- per day.

When we ask them to how you charged extra rate than he told it is due to freight.

But I m not satisfying with his reply bcoz if if it is reason than why not TIMES OF INDIA include such...
