I am calling the helpline nos 66354021/ 22731111 since 4 months but false commitments are being made that you will start receving in next week. Even i visited 2 times at DN Road, mumbai office, first time they promised to take action within 15 days. I waitied for a month and on my second visit the lady who attended me previously was on leave so some other person approached ans said there is no complaint registered. Even after so many follow ups customers receive such a rubbish answer from renowned Times od India office. Order no 5299533, Ren no 4240303.

I am staying in Taloja Phase 1, Sector 2 Navi Mumbai. The Times of India daily news paper has supplied by vendor Ashwin News Paper Agency. We are supposed to get Times of India + Mumbai Mirror + Sunday Times + Other added subscription which are generally attached with the news paper. But we are always getting news paper with some missing sections like sometime Mumbai Mirror/Sunday times and others. They are charging for Rs. 7.00 per day whether the news paper sections are complete are missing. I thought they are selling it to outside. We have complaint it to the agency but they told that this is missing from TOI thats why they are unable to provide us. But my question is still here why we should pay for the missing ones (Mumbai Mirror + Sunday Times + Others). They are charging for full subscription. This is a serious offence. I first bring it to your observation. It really frustrating for us to getting the news paper with missing sections and pay for entire one. Could you please look into the issue seriously. Dear Sir/Madam, I have subscribed the daily news paper, id: [protected]. Despite my n number of followups with customer care, i have not received not even single copy of the paper as on today. The accountability shown by the customer care and further contacts given is absolutely nil. I am sure you have responsibility of following up on it and update the subscribers. I live in NOIDA UP. The newspaper home delivery vendor is charging me Rs 230 each for ToI and ET ie totalling Rs 460 per month. He tells me the price includes Speaking tree and ET magazine and other supplements if any and Sunday Express on Sunday for the entire week. I ask ToI to clarify: 1. price for ToI and ET as combo for Monday to Friday including above supplements 2. price for ToI and ET as combo for Monday to Sunday including above supplements. 3. how do I communicate combo option for delivery and how does ToI ensure delivery. I SUBSCRIBED TOI DAILY NEWS PAPER ON 8.5.15 THROUGH AGENT B.NAVEEN KUMAR (MOBILE [protected])WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE AND HE PROMISED THAT DELIVARY STARTS FROM 16.5.2015, I PAID RS 600 /ANNUM.HAVING NOT RECEIVED PAPER ON 16.5.15, 17.5.15 I REMAINDED HIM AND TO THE OFFICE NUM[protected]LATHA)BUT ON 19.5.15 MR.KUMAR GAVE IRRESPOSSIBLE ANSWER AND SUGGESTED ME TO TAKE REFUND, KEEPING FAULT WITH HIM. I have made annual subscription to Times of India's Chennai edition with effect from November 01, 2014.My subscription No. is [protected].The vender's boys deliver the paper regularly, but sometimes they deliver Hindu paper instead of Times of India.I have pointed this deficiency in service to the authorised vender on his mobile. He had assured me to make amends and deliver the missed copies of Times of India on two occassions, but all in vain.Even today he did not fulfill his promise!

Hi, I am Mohd Tarif live in Madangir Delhi, Every Wednesday I buy the newspaper, but I do not get the full paper. Today the paper have 50 pages but I got only 35 pages. What about other? I am an esteemed reader of your daily.My id is 30946717. I'm not getting my paper since a month.. i.e., from april 2nd. I contacted TOI vizag regarding this and they are making fake promises that the paper will be delivered from the next day and i haven't seen that next day till now. I have contacted more than 3 times. IT IS A SHAME TO TOI VIZAG AS THEY ARE NOT RENDERING THEIR SERVICES PROPERLY.

Dear Sirs, We have been subscribing to Times of India for the past 40 years. As per the suggestion of the representative Mr. Sanket S. C ( RRE Code[protected] from Times of India, I issued a cheque for INR 1, 262 favouring Bennet & Coleman Ltd. This was for one year subscription of Times and Economic Times. Mr. Sanket, the representative from Times of India promised prompt action. He assured that he would call me the next day, resolve the vendor issues, and promised to change to the vendor etc etc. He assured me that the subscription will start from 1-May-2015 onwards. He did not call me up, nor did he bother to ensure that the Newspapers are delivered. But till today, newspaper is not being delivered to me. When I called up the Times RRE Mr Sanket, he was shirking his responsibility, saying that he has already informed the vendor, and the vendor has already confirmed that the newspapers are being delivered. Mr Sanket was behaving in an irresponsible and careless manner . He was not in a mood to resolve the issue. It is really surprising that staff from reputed newspaper like "Times of India" is behaving like this. Times of India should refund me the money, in case they are interested in sorting out this issue. In the last 8mths I submitted for subcription of Times Of India twice.Both the times I submitted all required documents.Times of India misplaced it.For the third time I submitted all documents on 4/3/15.All i got is a message saying that my subscription No.is [protected].Nobody bothered to follow up.This is redicules????????

I have subscribed Times of India Mumbai edition from 16.06.2014 and my ID is 29805047, Lead Number [protected] and Vendor 21573933. I have now shifted from Nerul (W) to Kharghar Sector 10 and would like to change my address and also renew my subscription for next one year. Kindly advise me as to how to proceed in this matter.

My Subscriber ID is 33600372. I would like to register my complaint that whenever there is any offer or supplementary pages are provided during festival or on a particular occasion, the vendor is not providing the paper in full. Today there should be 58 pages in the paper including times of chandigarh and notification of Gazette of India but Gazette of India not delivered to me. When the complaint was registered with the CRM at Chandigarh TOI office there was no assurance from them and even they are not picking the phone now. The TOI employees at Chandigarh Office are extremely rude and not serious about consumer services.

From last three weeks, we are not getting the newspaper and five times we have called Times of India office in Chennai. Every times it was assured that within 48 hrs our complaint will be resolved.But till date nothing happened. Really irritating.

I "Wilson Philip" residing in Kalyan(W) had applied for issuing "Times Of India" for Yearly Scheme since June 2014.The Agency in Kalyan asked me to issue Cheque and other documents .I handed over all required documents .After three months Times Of India tells me that the cheque is misplaced .I was asked to issue another cheque.I issued another cheque to the representative of Kalyan and the cheque was not presented for clearance for another four months.For the last seven months I have been calling the Agent in Kalyan and also called Seema working for Times Of India Head Office and she also made all kind of false promises. For the last seven to eight months my patience was tested.Finaly I was again promised by your agent that he will deal with it and I issued another cheque dated 4/3/2015.There is no response at all.Kindly look into it and do the needful
