I'm a resident of ratlam. I assume that there are no distributors of toi that's why we have least options to buy toi. Our vendor is charging rs.10 instead of rs.5 (Inclusive of all supplementaries).

Kindly guide his can we have toi at mrp.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am an avid reader of Times of India and so as my family. Recently I came across an article on summer events organised by Times of India in Kolkata for kids. Since I have a 6 year old daughter, I was very excited to enroll my daughter in some of the activities. however the age limit for these workshops was not mentioned in the article. When I registered in the website I selected 8 years from the drop down as there was no option for 6 years however had entered the right class i.e, is class 1 expecting a call back. Yesterday to my surprise I received a call for the Cake baking event in Paris Cafe from Times of India. I had clearly revealed my daughter's age to the the Lady who had called to confirm her nomination. She told me her age is not a problem and participation is confirmed. I also asked her to take the nomination for my cousin's daughter who is 7 years old, her nomination was also confirmed by her.
To my surprise, with much excitement when my child reached the venue she was asked to leave as her name was not registered. After waiting there for 10-15 mins crying & sobbing, my daughter was allowed. This happened because I had called back the no. from which I received a call yesterday. Arjo Ghosh who took the call blamed me for registering and though allowed her at that moment but called me back stating I was rude to him. I was taken aback as TOI is very special to me and the brand image I had created was destroyed in a moment. Though I was informed and confirmed by someone from Arjo Ghosh's team yesterday about the participation and that too after revealing the age and confirming several times, I was blamed by your employee for registering her.
Inspite of harassing a kid at the venue, the call back from Arjo Ghosh or rather TOI was completely unexpected. This was definitely a good learning for me and a worthwhile experience to share with other parents who inspite of several other activities in Kolkata die to send their kids in TOI events.

I am a resident of malibu towne, gurgaon. I had given two cheques of rs 993/- so far to my newspaper vendor (Svm newspaper) for availing yearly subscription of toi. One in december 2015 and one in feb 2016. Each time he returned my cheque after few months citing vague excuses and i am not being able to avail the offer. Kindly look into this matter in a most urgent manner as i am a reader of toi since many years and this is causing me mental agony and might force me to change the vendor and stop subscription to toi. I had already lodged a complaint telephonicaly (Complaint no:1255344) but till now nobody has contacted me from your side for the solution.

I am Mr sudhir Salvi, residing at kalbadevi zhaveri bazar, my yearly subscrition is for TIMES OF INDIA and MAHARASHTRA TIMES. I am not receiving both the papers since 12th May, 2016 so pls provide pending papers urgently.

We are having automobile company in Chakan chimbi phata, at kurli Muhre Vasti about every week there is power failure problem and all industries in same area are facing huge production loss due to which all are not able to complete their monthly schedule of production. And MSEB people in such area are not taking any responsibility to clear the issues. We need to call 100 times then only this people's are coming to solve the problems nobody takes the action.

So we request you to please highlights this issue in news paper to take action against this people, because when we doesn't pay the bill one day late before due dates they comes to cut down the power.

So in such cases they should help such while this type of break down..

Please take this matter in news paper so that some top people of MSEB will come in action..

There is column for job seekers and you people have sold the page for money and not for people's interest. My friend has lost his life because of you fools who don't verify the ads saying they would offer jobs.

You are an freaks who have sold the newspapers for frauds and cheats i checked and have identified a job which says sonam jobs from work my friend has paid 10, 000 taking loan for that job and they have cheated and you fools or are giving that ad again that is you are into the bad business selling portions of paper for this work.

Till date i have not received coupons of above said subscription no. Even after telephonic complain on dtd. 28.03.2016 under complain no 1236519.
Amount is debit from my account before march 15 and subscription is started from 15 march but times of india neither send me coupons nor replied my any mail and telephonic complains from last 45 days.

Hi team,

The subject complaint was made on 16th april 2016 for suspension of newspaper delivery by the local vendor citing my subscription had expired.

However there is no response from your crm team and the related complaint was closed without necessary action on it. I was told that the complaint was closed and we will check with vendor upon calling and my call was addressed by saranya from crm team. There were no email/call/sms confirmation of the complaint closure. I am seriously depressed over the treatment on the issue. I insisted saranya to check and revert with proper response and promised that i would get a confirmation by this afternoon. But no response yet.. Kindly look into subscribers concerns seriously to retain and survive in the market.

Hope i will get a positive response soon.

I am a news paper vendor at rajouri garden dda center. My name is nitin wadhwa. On march 1, 2016 i had submitted 12 coupons to krishna ( toi executive ) for the payment. However, i have received payment for 9 coupons only. Arun claimed that i had submitted 9 coupons only. This issue had already been discussed with r p sharma, however, no action has been taken yet.

12 coupons were submitted for the payment, however, i had submitted details of 13 coupons to arun.

Would request you to please look into this matter seriously else i have to raise this issue to the higher authorities.

Today's front page toi, kolkata was a sheer example how badly toi has fallen in these years. Just for mere advertisement and profit making, toi published a political advertisement, it should have consisted of truth then. Many from now on in our neighbourhood would boycott toi just because of the baised, untruthful advertisement of a political party by toi. "let truth prevail" toi just made a joke out of their tagline

At home when you buy newspaper et plus toi, you should get special price and the newspaper person is charging more than the price mentioned on it. When asked he is saying if i want i should take else don't buy. This is denying an indian citizen to have an indian newspaper at the price decided by the newspaper company. More over there is no complaint or feedback working for times of india website.

THE TIMES OF INDIA is today's leading newspaper in India. I am daily reader of your newspaper but it’s sorry to say that I am very- very disappointed with one of the staff of your newspaper. Your lady staff living in my neighbor and she is troubling me every day. Since two three days, every night she come in the front of my house and start abusing me and she has hired some “HOOLIGAN” and they throw stones in my balcony. This has threatened me and the local people. I am very disappointed with this that today educated people are also behaving like this they form a gang to threaten the "GOVERNMENT OFFICERS OF DELHI" this is really "EMBARRASSING" for "THE TIMES OF INDIA". For the proof of this incident we have video. I hope you will look into this matter because she is also threating to us to kill and beat our children.
