Hi, Subscription # 33500552 I have complained about not receiving copy of 'The Times Of India' for almost 12 days since the renewal of subscription. Several calls have been made to the newspaper vendor Eshwaran, Jayam Newspaper Mart.And the response have been absolutely irresponsible & rude. I have made several complaints on phone to Times Office @ Chennai. I have personally spoken to Dharani, Shyam & Ganesh; it is highly regretting to know that there has been no response. I strongly condemn the pathetic state of affairs in addressing Customer Complaints @ Times Office, Chennai. If anyone, responsible is reading this mail, I urge you to take some stern action against the above Newspaper Vendor. And since I have not received newspaper for almost 12 days, the subscription expiry date need to be extended till many days. Hope to see some quick response on the above complaints. I am an ardent reader of TOI and ET, as I need to track the markets on a daily basis. However, I am utterly disappointed at highly irregular supply of newspaper by vendor Rajeshwari News Paper Agency, Somasundra Palya, Haraluru, Kudlu, Bangalore. (Prop - Prasad A). Apart from that, he refused to accept TOI + ET combo offer, telling me that they have to charged separately. Off-late he has refused to take my calls, displaying complete insensitivity. I wonder, if there is any system to discipline these kinds of highly unprofessional newspaper vendors. Would appreciate the competent authority to take note and help resolve the matter. My newspaper vendor is charging normal rates and not agreeing to charge combo rates for The Times of India & Nav Bharat Times. I have paid rupees 795 for times of India newspaper subscription vide cheque no 102410 dt. 17.05.15. Amount is debited in my account on 30.05.2015 but coupons haven't reached at my mailing address. I have submitted subscription form alongwith cheque no. 871538 for rs. 1262 / - drawn on indian bank, matunga bazar, matunga (East) , mumbai - 400 019 as annual subscription towards 'times of india with mumbai mirror'.

In this regard, kindly apprise me the position of my subscription no. [protected]. Though two months has passed, the vendor is not supplying newspaper. Also, till date, i have not received coupon. My residential address is as below

I have taken the Times of India annual subscription starting from 16th-July-2014. On 20th-April-2015, I called the Customer care and requested for a transfer of address since we have shifted our house from Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB), to Netaji Nagar (near ECIL). From that day, I have given my address to them for five times, I even took the contact number of the manager and even contacted him. But, I didn't get a response from them, nor did i get my newspaper. Whenever I called them, and gave them my registered mobile number ([protected]), and after giving my new address, they would tell that I would get the paper from next week, in the next 10 days or so. After a few days when i call them again, the whole process would be repeated again. So till now, about 2 months have passed by and I still didn't get my paper. I have wasted about Rs.50 by calling the customer care these many times. Now, 2 months of my subscription has been wasted, and I could not find the solution to my problem. Dear Sir, My subscription number 29574947 issued on 14.04.2015, the same was signed by me on 24.04.2015 and waiting for vendor visit till date. Several times I met vendor in roadside and asked him to collect the subscription coupon but he never came to my residence and now stopped paper issue since 24.6.2015 now forcing me to handover the coupon in my neighborhood. Why can't he take it from my residence? Next day I complained to TOI[protected] from 25th to 30th June (all working days) regarding that vendor challenged that paper issue will be stopped and it stopped. After daily complaint to above number finally yesterday a big conversations today morning I received call from TOI local officer (0-[protected]) and he also favoring to vendors that I should give coupon to neighbor and vendors will collect. My simple question is my cheque was received by TOI for subscription from my residence address and paper too issuing to same address then why I have to handover coupon to neighbor. My neighbor is not TOI agent not vendor. Finally TOI local officer said to me, “you should handover the coupon to your neighbor or I am ready to refund money”. After this rude reply of local officer, in turn I said to him, “If you collect the coupon my residence collet it or refund money to my residence address from where TOI agent collected the cheque. Now I request you TOI higher authority to take necessary action for the TOI local officer and vendor who misbehave with customers to force to do as per their convenience not customers. I eagerly await your early reply in this regards and expecting to start issuing the TOI paper. Note: The vendors is not happy with me since after a year of my first subscription end as I subscribe (make payment) directly with TOI. I think for this reason he burst his anger in this way. my subscriber id is 33990512 i have subscribed for news paper times of india which should have to be commenced from 01.06.2015 but till date it is not started regarding this i have complained on 03.06.15 around 12.25 pm to ur executive renuka she told within 48 hours it will get started again i raised a complaint on 09.06.15 around 14.00 hrs to one of the executive shyam again he promised that within 24 hours ur problem will be solved but till now not solved i hereby request u pls refund my amt alongwith the intrest hereafter i am not at all intrested in time of india last year also hardly i have received only six months newspapers the vendor sell the paper and make money look into the matter and refund my amt alongwith intrest within 24 hours. i have also sent mail but no reponse from ur side again i have raised a complaint with ur executive shyam

My Subsription id is [protected] Last one month o i m not getting paper when i contact newspaper vendor he told that there is dispute between vendor and TOi so he is not delivering the news paper. I also complained via phone and complain id is 1132827/1133993/1136268 but still problem is not solved. I request you kindly make arrangement for delivery of newspaperto my home. I shifted to L-1403, Ajnara Homes 121, Sector 121, Noida-201301 last month. The newspaper vendor was notified to deliver Times of India w.e.f. 03.06.2015. Since 15.06.2015, he has been delivering Hindustan Times. Repeated reminders to him to deliver correct newspaper have fallen on deaf years. Kindly help us to resolve the issue at the earliest. But, I did annual subscription of TOI daily news paper for past 5+ years. This year alone, In Daily news paper number of pages missing in daily basis. In week days 4-8 pages is missing and in week ends 10-15 pages missing. This is happening consistently. I believe the problem is only with vendor. I have complained about it to TOI several times. However no respond is there till now. This is the very last complaint I am going to post, Hereafter I won't complaint anywhere and I won't buy and won't subscribe TOI henceforth.. I am planning to goback to "The Hindu" itself.

Jayaraman Newspaper agency through which I am presently receiving the annual subscription Times of India newspaper is very irregular. In June alone they did not give the newspaper for 6 days. Repeated complaints to the agency owner Palani went in vain. I request TOI chennai division to take appropriate action against the agency and correct their wrong doing. Subscribed for annual in Times of india. Was not receiving paper even after money was deducted and they collected the slip. After calling them more than 30 times and mailing them repeatedly got the paper delivered for a month. Again the paper stopped coming and now again we started calling them repeatedly for which they dont even care. Mailed them as well so many times which i think they are not even reading. Asked them to refund the money again for which they are not taking any action.

My SUB.NO.33278893 THIS THE 3 DAY I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT RECEIVING TIMNES DAILY SINCE 11-6-15. I would like an official reply from Times group since I never received a reply from them to my earlier complaints, do they not accept thier mistake or they are with the delivery man to claim some extra money.Times should make that known to us at the time of taking my subscription . I expect a reply from them also to make compensation for the loss of paper delivery to me

Sir, again today vendor given me the incomplete news paper of NBT. I am member of combo scheme.this thing is happening day by day. Sir, I am the member of your combo offer newspaper of NBT&TOI.For the last one month or so vender is not providing me the complete newspaper.when I enquired from vendor(Durga Puri Extn. Shahdra, Delhi center) he said that whatever we are getting from distributor we are doing the same. It is duty of distributor to give the vendor the complete newspaper.Today I.e.Saturday the whole Delhi Times of NBT was missing and add pages from TOI. VENDOR CHARGING EXTRA MONEY I regret to inform you that your VENDOR MR. VINOD supplying your newspaper TIMES OF INDIA AND ECONOMIC TIMES in DEEPALI, PITAMPURA, DELHI 110034 area is charging more from me and other residents of our colony and when I refused to pay him more than the due amount, he has stopped supplying both these newspapers to me from today. Please take suitable action against him and arrange for some other Vendor for our colony so that he will not be in a position to charge anybody more than the due amount.
