I, Ravinder Pal Singh, Bhayandar, Thane, is an old subscriber of 'The Times Of India' newspaper.
I renewed my subscription by order number: MTOI: 5528594 dated 02 August 2015 for the period of 6 months, which means:
From 1st September 2015 till 29 February 2016.
I shifted my house and informed on your helpline number 66354021 about my address change.
I started calling from 21st September 2015 for the change of my house address and i have given my new address and
on 24th September 2015 i gave them newspaper vendor's namd and code number of my new address.
Vendor's name: N. Sanathanaselvam and code number is: 77053
But even after giving all the details as required by your office, till date i am not getting your 'The Times Of India' newspaper
and i have informed your office many times about this but they did not help me out.
I have all the details with whom i spoke on the helpline number[protected].
I personally visited your good office at Fort, Opposite CST Station, twice for the same reason.
First i went on 17th October 2015 and again on 26th October 2015.
I even spoke RMD Department but they also did not help me and made excuses that they done their job.
They assured me that i will get my newspaper from 28th October 2015 onwards.
But no result till date.
Now already my 1 month subscription is wasted and i am not getting the newspaper.
Following are the details of my calls on your Helpline number[protected] with whom i spoke & my visits to the
'The Times Of India' Office:
1. 21st September, 2015 : They said to give them newspaper vendor's name and code at my new address.
2. 24th September, 2015 : Gave them the details of the vendor of my new address.
3. 02nd October, 2015 : Ms. Sarita at 11am
4. 06th October, 2015 : Ms. Pritam at 14:05pm
5. 07th October, 2015 : Ms. Seema at 12:36pm
6. 10th October, 2015 : Ms. Sabiya at 11:41am
7. 12th October, 2015 : Ms. Ishrat at 11:24am
8. 16th October, 2015 : Ms. Seema and Ms. Pritam at 10:49am
9. 17th October, 2015 : Personally visited and spoke with Ms. Pritam at your Fort office
10. 20th October, 2015 : Ms. Sabiya and Ms. Pritam 10:05am
11. 26th October, 2015 : Again visited to your Fort Office and met Ms. Seema around 14:30pm
Ms. Seema assured me that i will get extended 1 month of subscription as since past 1 month i have not got the
newspaper.
12. 02nd November, 2015 : Ms. Seema at 12:24pm
13. 03rd November, 2015 : Ms. Pritam at 10:15am
All above are giving excuses and assurance that i will get the 'The Times Of India' newspaper but till date i have not got it
and i am still waiting for it.
