I had been reading times of india newspaper for past eight months.Now we changed the house. so i want to give the details of my new address . old address, 26, kannaki st, DSrinivasa appt, korrattur, chennai 80. new address is no.880, 36th street, korrattur cheenai 80.

I have paid Rs.909/- vide cheque No. 7027 dated[protected] for annual subscription of TOI and received a SMS intimating subscription no. [protected]. I lodged a complaint no. 1195510 dated[protected] regarding non-receipt of coupns. I have still not received the coupons so far. Kindly expedite Ashok Kumar Gulati [protected]@gmail.com mobile no. I am interested in subscribing for Annual subscription of Times Of India Delhi Paper. I am a resident of New Delhi. This is reagarding Non Delivery of TOI Newspaper. I bought a subscription from Jay Mata raani paper Service ([protected]), Indore Madhya Pradesh. The owner Murlidhar Pathak ([protected]) approached me and insisted me to take yearly subscription of TOI for around 700/- Rs and promised me a bag as a gift on yearly subscription which started from Aug- Sep 2015. The owner never gave a bag, moreover delivers Times newspaper only thrice a week. I called up your indore office as well, they said they will talk to the distributor. But nothing has happened. I Mr Manoranjan Rath have paid annual subscrition coupon ID 34273386 started from 01-08-15 to 30-07-16. Last twenty days onwards I have not got NEWS PAPER . I complained three times telephonically on nearest office phone no [protected] but no use . Kindly solve the problem the vendor name is Mr Yuvraj.

Hi.. I had a regular subscription of Times of India which was stopped from them, post their stopping I called why they didnt deliver, they said my subscription had expired.. when I told them why didnt they call for renewal I got different unsatisfactory misleading answers from the women of mumbai subscription department. Very useless customer service..extremely bad and unconcerned.

I have recently subscribed annually to Times of India Chennai Edition daily from 1.12.2015 and my suscription number is [protected]. However the newspaper has not been delivered from 1.12.2015 so far. Please arrange to deliver the same promptly every morning.

Recently on 16.11.15, I renewed annual subscription for The Times of India News Paper. Representative of TOI (Mr. Lakhan mobile no. [protected]) came to my house, briefed me about the offer, gave the order no MTOI 56603302 against which I had made the payment by cheque. The terms and conditions are all mentioned on the rear side of the Order memo. The order also mentions the Vendor Name : Hemant and Vendor Code : 21486021 and sub dealer code : 21501981. and Lead No : [protected]. Now the vendor tells me that - FOR DELIVERY OF THE NEWS PAPER I HAVE TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE. (a)The representative of TOI when collected the order and cheque Never mentioned that I had to pay a Delivery charge. (b) The terms and conditions mentioned on the order DOES NOT mention to pay the Delivery Charge. (c) All these years I was not paying any delivery charge for the subscriptions. When contacted TOI, I was informed this is recently introduced. My complain is then - 1. The representative of TOI when collected the order and cheque Never mentioned that I had to pay a Delivery charge. 2. The terms and conditions mentioned on the order DOES NOT mention to pay the Delivery Charge. WHY SHOULD I PAY DELIVERY CHARGE WHEN IT IS NOT MENTIONED OR TOLD TO ME AT THE TIME OF RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION. MRS. DINAZ P. VANDREVALA

This is Priti, I requested TOI of for change of address in there records on Sep 4, 2015 of which no action is taken till date on the same. There is complete irresponsible behavior that they were not interested to find out new vendor applicable for my new address. I did check with neighbors and got vendor number of new address. Even after providing new address, new vendor number to TOI person over call, there is absolutely no responsibility to update the same in their records. Further TOI officer informs that coordinating and talking to area in-charge of TOI for mira bhyandar is also responsibility of customer and and TOI cant do anything about it. Area in-charge of Mira Bhayandar says he has thousands of customer to deal with, he cant entertain call from customer. Pathetic service provider TOI is, there is no responsible behavior of people working with them.

I, Ravinder Pal Singh, Bhayandar, Thane, is an old subscriber of 'The Times Of India' newspaper. I renewed my subscription by order number: MTOI: 5528594 dated 02 August 2015 for the period of 6 months, which means: From 1st September 2015 till 29 February 2016. I shifted my house and informed on your helpline number 66354021 about my address change. I started calling from 21st September 2015 for the change of my house address and i have given my new address and on 24th September 2015 i gave them newspaper vendor's namd and code number of my new address. Vendor's name: N. Sanathanaselvam and code number is: 77053 But even after giving all the details as required by your office, till date i am not getting your 'The Times Of India' newspaper and i have informed your office many times about this but they did not help me out. I have all the details with whom i spoke on the helpline number[protected]. I personally visited your good office at Fort, Opposite CST Station, twice for the same reason. First i went on 17th October 2015 and again on 26th October 2015. I even spoke RMD Department but they also did not help me and made excuses that they done their job. They assured me that i will get my newspaper from 28th October 2015 onwards. But no result till date. Now already my 1 month subscription is wasted and i am not getting the newspaper. Following are the details of my calls on your Helpline number[protected] with whom i spoke & my visits to the 'The Times Of India' Office: 1. 21st September, 2015 : They said to give them newspaper vendor's name and code at my new address. 2. 24th September, 2015 : Gave them the details of the vendor of my new address. 3. 02nd October, 2015 : Ms. Sarita at 11am 4. 06th October, 2015 : Ms. Pritam at 14:05pm 5. 07th October, 2015 : Ms. Seema at 12:36pm 6. 10th October, 2015 : Ms. Sabiya at 11:41am 7. 12th October, 2015 : Ms. Ishrat at 11:24am 8. 16th October, 2015 : Ms. Seema and Ms. Pritam at 10:49am 9. 17th October, 2015 : Personally visited and spoke with Ms. Pritam at your Fort office 10. 20th October, 2015 : Ms. Sabiya and Ms. Pritam 10:05am 11. 26th October, 2015 : Again visited to your Fort Office and met Ms. Seema around 14:30pm Ms. Seema assured me that i will get extended 1 month of subscription as since past 1 month i have not got the newspaper. 12. 02nd November, 2015 : Ms. Seema at 12:24pm 13. 03rd November, 2015 : Ms. Pritam at 10:15am All above are giving excuses and assurance that i will get the 'The Times Of India' newspaper but till date i have not got it and i am still waiting for it.

I have subscribe to TOI for one year TOI Mirror cmbo since 16.62015 Subscriber Id 25921141 Myn vendor name Sabhajit Ramdev Yadav Vendor no21487023 sub vendor no21501372 depot code M0007 since 18.10.2015 suddenly delivery of paper has stopped. Please renew my subscription ID No. 27752594, dated 16/9/2014, which ended on 15/9/2015. Please send ur executive at the earliest. MY calls tour helpline,[protected] have allgone waste. I adonnot know who else to contact or what alll ur officials are doing.

I am a resident of Sholinganallur for the past 4 years. Your agents here are the bosses and they can harass a customer as per their whims and fancies with no executive taking action or no superior warnijg them of their wrong doings. The customer is at the receiving end for questioning about the non-delivery of the newspaper as and when they wish. My subscription has not been renewed since the 15th of sept, inspite of repeated requests to the agent. Finally one fine day he tells me that he is at loggerheads with your management and I should ask somebody else to supply my paper. I then contacted your office 4-5 times since October 10th, 2015, inorder to get my subscription renewed and am being told that all your executives are very busy and they would be meeting me regarding the renewal of my subscription within a day or two. It is the 22nd of october today and then finally have decided to lodge a complaint. Are ur agents so much at liberty to choose their customers and refusing to renew and deliver my paper on being questioned. Is this the customer treatment we get for being a TOI Subscriber? This problem was not there in the city. your agents are reluctant to spend on petrol when the customer is slightly out of their way. My strong opinion about ur agents in Sholinganallur is that he doesnot even know the value of the work he is doing. To him what if I don't deliver the paper one day and fill my pocket by selling it outside. Who is there to question me. You people should also know the credientials of the person who is being made an agent. Is this the treatment meted out to ur customer? If it is right on ur side to overlook the wrong doings o[censored]r agent. I want my subscription renewed at the earliest and my delivery guaranteed with a good agent.

I have taken subscription of TOI for one year in chembur in april 15, mumbai. i have shifted from chembur to anushaktinager in june 15 and i inform about shifting to Times of india help line in same time in june 15. now it is four month passed and still i am not getting TOI news paper. i talk to paper vendor and manger of TOI of chembur and also anushaktinager, but they didnot reply properly.

I have subscribe Times of India and Economics times for 16/07/2014 to 15/07/2015 wide order nos MTOI 4898611 MSTOI 4913611 but I am not getting paper from 01/04/2015. I have sent 8/10 e mails and complain in customercare also but no response

Salesmen wheeler & co., at cst mumbai rly stn both main line and mail - express line, never never given me combo of times of india and maharashtra times, charging one rupees extra, saying that, copies at stall not meant for sales as combo copies for rs. 6 / - , you either take action, or stop writing on paper as - times and matta for rs. 6 / - immdtly. Pl.

The vendor does not gives a combo offer on TOI and Navbharat Times and he submitts the bill seperately and also charges Rs 20 as delivery charge per new paper. We donot get the advantage of the combo offer and are overcharged every month. The vendor is Chahat News Agency Gurgaon. Thanks Manuj [protected]
