Illegal construction
Illegal construction at lad bazar, charminar, hyderbad.

I, Sajida Begum W/o Late Syed Haneef would like to bring to your a case WP No.28398 of 2015 about the illegal construction going on at lad bazar, charminar, hyderabad. The construction is being carried out by Mr.Maqdoom Mohiuddin, H.No[protected] to 1203. They have received an order from the high court to stop the construction and break down the construction. Later on the GHMC have sealed the property inorder to stop the construction. But yesterday they have broken down the seal and began the construction again. I would like to bring into your notice the illegal action being carried on in spite of continously receiving the notices and orders from the court. Looking forward to your action.

Hello, this is Aarti Damania from mumbai malad (w), i have given cheque of 1262 rs for the subscription for 1 year to my vendor of malad(w), jankalyan nagar, near bhoomi complex of dated 23/11/2015, and yet i didn't received any coupons nor the cheque is cleared, this is the second time happened so and therefore really loosing faith over this subscription annually. Please give a respond even the vendor is unaware of it.

This is regarding my TOI newspaper. subscription.

Let me first tell you I am an ardent reader and customer of TOI since its launch in Chennai and I am writing this email with sheer frustration.

Sequence of events below

- I have changed my address. I notified TOI CRM chennai on 31-Jan and they did inform me that I will start receiving my newspaper from 16-Feb.

- The reason provided was that they take requests only on 1st and 15th of every month.

- I did sent a follow up email whether the I will start receiving my newspaper from 16- Feb for which there was no response. There was no response for 2 reminder mails as well (Mail trails below)

- On 16-Feb - I called the customer care number and I was put through one of your customer care executives and he appraised me that the order number mentioned by me in incorrect, hence the delay

- I informed him that the order number mentioned in my email is indeed right and I also have a customer copy which has my name written on it.

- On 17-Feb - HE INFORMED ME THAT THE COLLECTION AGENT HAS GOOFED UP AND GAVE ME A NEW ORDER NUMBER WHICH IS NBB 056768

- He also informed me that I will start receiving the newspaper from 18-Feb and also gave me a second number to call

- From 18-Feb I am calling both the numbers with the same response that I will get the newspaper from tomorrow.


I cannot express the frustration I going through this whole episode which may even prompt me to tap the doors of consumer forum.

This is pathetic customer service and I see many articles in TOI about the way govt and other organisation do not have a grievance mechanism. I sincerely advise you to have your house in order first before writing such articles.

Can you atmost respond to this and see where the issue is as I have become tired calling the TOI almost 15 times a day.

Without credential checking you allowed the above company to place an advertisement for a fully loaded but cheap phone...please check the following:

1. the website has been taken off from server tonight.
2. contact numbers - two cell numbers and one Noida landline number not available
3. email sent to party - bounced

Strict action should be taken against the company for wasting time of gullible readers...

With humble request i beg to inform you that my name is MD SAQIB, Address- 85/17, Narkel Danga North Road, Kolkata-700011, Mobile-[protected] and i had activated a 3 month times of india newspaper package from last month.
i had submitted the subscription letter to a daily newspaper vendor who has a stall in Rajabazar crossing, Kolkata and from Jan 16, 2016 i got paper.but in this approx 20 days service they havent delivered me paper twice or thrice in every week so its very harrasment for me though i m a daily reader and they havent provided me the letter too by which i can assure that i am a TOI READER.I dont have any proof.Just got paper sometimes yes and sometimes not.A call came from yours side but i didnt get yet.
I, therefore, request you to please please and please kindly take some necessary steps as soon as possible so i dnt get annoyance from next.

News Paper distributor not issue me the said subscription copy of The Economic Times from 01.02.2016.

I have paid the renewal of annual subsciption on 28.11.15 for renewal of annual subsciption to continue from 16.12.15 to 15.12.16.At that time requested for change of vendor since present vendor delivery is late and for more than 10 days he has not delivered in the last few months. I have given the alternate vendor details but they neither replying my mail acting on my request.In case they fail to comply the customer complaint they have to refund the annual subscription

My newspaper vendor has stopped newspaper supply...today is 29th Jan 16 and this renewal has already started from 1st Jan 16...he is yet to receive the coupon...

Can i get the Phone no. of your Area Manager Mr. ZINGADE D and nothing is happening on this front except mails.

Sudesh has stopped picking up my phone calls also now...earlier he just says every time yes i will arrange for the coupons.

I want to escalate the matters as i cannot spend my time in just writing emails...


Can we urgently do something...

But suddenly in December 2015 my paper is stopped by my news paper agency without any reason. on asking they said they dont have any intimation from your side and refused to supply paper to me. I have already given a telephone complain to your office. But still no result. please do the needful. you can reply me in [protected]@rediffmail.com

I paid for TOI and my Order Form : NCA 025172 & ID[protected]. The commencement start date on 01-Sep'15 and till date I not even received one copy. I was contacted TOI and Vendor multiple times and still no response. I'm tired of contacting you people. I don't want your service anymore. Just return my money back. I will go and sign up with different company. Thanks

Description -
On 25th of August, 2014, I subscribed to the Femina Magazine(Publisher : Times Group) in which i was assured a Haier Kettle.
As the subscription ended, no kettle was received.
After sometime, the company called regarding re-subscription to the magazine, which I totally didn't want as I was not please with their services, as the proposed kettle still wasn't received.
After repeated reminders on call, they sent a kettle which was the not one which was proposed earlier.

Resolution of Complaint
After many reminders and calls, the company still hasn't sent the proposed item.

I would like them to send the proposed Haier Kettle as soon as possible.

Further I am attaching the Email in which it is clearly stated that Haier Kettle is included with the subscription.

Sir, I am a subscriber of Times of India News paper and I used to get the News paper Regularly and after the rains in op coming to my house and from November 2015 the fellows stopped supplying the news paper to our residence at the Logambal street, Vandalur, Chennai - 60048 while they are distributing the paper to the nearby houses . Last several years, we have been getting paper ( TOI, ET and Mirror combination) by 6- 7 AM. Last 4 days, it was getting delivered at 7.30 - 8.30 bcz of which we hv to go and get without news paper from market since there is no use of getting paper after 7.30. It appears the agency has changed ...the earlier people r willing to deliver in time but looks like they r not allowed. Pl look into
