I subscribed for TOI Chennai edition from December 2021 based on their offer of free travel bag. Though more than 10 months have passed I am yet to get the gift. This is despite several reminders sent to their feedback portal and email to CRM Chennai. Cmmitments and assurances have been given in response no positive steps taken so far.

I have paid annual subscription of 699/- on 27th Sep 2022 and I should have received newspaper from 1st October. I haven't received any yet.

So called managers or coordinators are not responding and showing no eagerness to clear the issue. But for subscription payment they were following me like hell!!! Very bad experience!

Yesterday I made online payment of Rs 599.00 for TOI subscription plan of 1 year. This scheme incudes TOI epaper on mobile app, without obtaining hard copy of TOI, which I was not interested at all.
In fact i am a regular subscriber of TOI for last many years getting hard copy of TOI daily at my home address.
Now I wish to switch to my original scheme of subscription i.e. obtaining TOI hard copy at my home address in mumbai.
I am ready to pay the extra amount if needed for the scheme which I am interested to continue.
Please help me to solve the issue.

In continuation to my complain yesterday this is to inform that TOI has not been supplied today also.It is also to inform that I am not able to contact any of your office telephone numbers .It is very sorry state of affairs with respect to supply of papers for annual subscription payers. This has been brought to your notice number of times, but situation has not improved.The distributor is having upper hand. He decides whether to supply paper or not.You are not updating the renewals to the distributor ion time and may be one reason for discontinuity in supply.Hope you will take suitable action to resume supply of TOI immediately, C V NARAYANAN Mob.[protected]

Though we have paid for subscribution for 1 year Rs2600 and proof of payment bank statement sent to them but no results.neither paper nor refund of money paid.please do the needful

Our New News paper Agent Mr coundappan ( IOB Colony, Vadavalli, Coimbatore. Tamilnadu 641046 ) started colletimg Rs 150 per month for Times of India News paper for last several months and when I enquired about him he said that is the price for one month Times of India subscription and even company is aware about the same .

He is providing a bill written in a white paper with seal .

How can you allow Agent to over charger from the customer.

Please look in to it and let me know your version regarding the same.

I am sorry to say that I am not happy with the dealing of Karan.
Since long he has taken the subscription cheque for TOI news pape Rs 999/-
He had confirmed from 10th September delivery of news paper will start.
Then when we complained on 12 that paper hasn't come, I was given the new date of 16th.
Today also on 17th when I said paper hasn't come, I was told that Karan said he is in Gaon & will revert when he is back.
What nuisance is this ?
Does he has the right of spoiling the goodwill of TOI ?
I request you to solve it immediately & my paper should start without further delay.

I am highly unhappy & don't expect such type of stupidity.
Kindly solve it ASAP

India being a country where major population is Hindu, it is such a shame to see that Times of India Gujarat have not been concerned to have the news of shri shankracharya's passing away and also newly appointed dandi swamijis - news in its TOI newspaper - it seems this no more a trust worthy brand anymore - this is ridiculously shameful.

I have been subscriber of this newpaper since last 30 years but now I NO longer feel to be a reader of this newspaper selling news and not any authentic news.

I have requested to change vendor address from aminjikarai(what you have suggested) from to Puruswalkam. as puruswalkam vwndor supplies in this appartment. Change flat no223 to flat no221.

The biggest problem is I am daily mailng mail, but no response in mail.
Though i have hearing problem I called but it gets disconnected in middle.

I am aged 65, could not come to your office. Please respond to mail so it make me understand you have taken note of it. I am your customer for last 4-5 years.

I paid Rs 1999 to "Times of India" online on 13.08.2022 with order id SCB23912715. but after 1 month on 12.09.2022 i am writing this complains that i am not getting my newspaper.

N number of times i called customer care and wrote email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com and grievance.[protected]@timesinternet.in with repeated 6 reminders, but no response.

Even they are not returning the amount if they are unable to give newspaper to me.

Its picture of consumer harassment. Strong action should be taken on Times of India to Hold this amount for a month.

Since 13th August this order is in pending for approval . But who is the approval authority why he is not approving this and for what reason?

Today my subscription is over and paper delivery stopped because of this approval authority.

I had issued a cheque under the Scheme to TOI in January 2022 . The Agent has handed over the Cheque to Mr Vishal Gandhi of TOI. TOI has still not acknowledged the cheque and has now discontinued the delivery of the News Paper . I have contacted Mr Gandhi and have asked him to let me know the status of the Cheque . There is no response

I have paid the subscription amount last month.
My subscription starts from September 1st, 2022. After so many mails and follow ups over phone I'm not receiving the newspaper. And not even a single phine call from the agency.

Regret subscribing the newspaper

My annual subscription for TOI is to end only by middle of Oct.2022 where as the supply has been stopped from 1st September itself. Such a disruption has happened earlier also resulting in in non-supply for 13 days.A complaint was booked yesterday with TOI customer care.The supply has not been made today also.The sub agent who supplies the paper Radha news agency.Kalidasa Layout whose Mob No.is [protected] says he has not been given the issue by one Pradeep at Gandhi Bazar.It is requested to sort out the issue immediately.
