Dear Team, I, Anish Gupta, recently enrolled for Times of India Newspaper along with Economic Times combo in April22 for which cheque of Rs 1599/- got cleared on 25th April as well. The agency gave me assurance that I will be getting all the coupons for the year within 10 days, but to my surprise, I have not received any coupon till date even after reminding your agency for more than 3-4 times. You are hereby requested to kindly look into this matter on priority and deliver my coupons for every month on priority. Looking forward for your cooperation.

I took 2 year subscription for toi. After giving paper for 2 months vendor is asking extra money for giving paper. I complained to crm delhi he say's you deal with vendor yourself and give him extra money. While subscribing the website clearly writes doorstep delivery will be provided.if it is not so then it should be written at website that after paying money to toi for getting paper one is to pay extra money to vendor which is not included in subscription amount so that a person is not fooled. In my last year also I got navbharat times for 6 months only while my subscription was for full year. Kindly look into it and do the needful if you can Or correct your website

Dear Team,

I opted Subscription Amount Rs. 1638 for Order No #TS0076240 placed on 04 March 2022 for Times Of India + Nav Bharat News Paper and got confirmation to be start from seventh march. They could not stared even after 4 days. And I request to stop subscription and refund paid amount as per appended mails. I have connected numbers of times, however neither they responded over mail nor Customer care. As per last conversation they not only bluntly denied to refund amount but also stop paper. Even though I requested on both either is Mail or Care.

I have very disappointed of TOI care, Mail respond and their Sonipat manager. They have very rude conversation and not bother to respond even.

Request you Kindly refund my amount on priority basis.

I have 2 years Annual subscription for TOI, I am not getting my new paper from 01/05/2022. There is no outcome from your complaint redressal system. Every reply received from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com says we have forwarded your complaint to local area office but no reply from them.
Please help me to get refund.

I have been using the subscription of TOI PAPER, my subscription ID CH[protected] which is due for renewal for 15 AUGUST2022
Instead of renewing it by mistake.
I have subscribed it for new Subscription.
And my new subscription ID is:[protected] of the same address.
And I have opted 1 year subscription with the new ID.[protected] and I have no idea why it has been charged Rs.1664
And he subscriptions are registered under the same email address [protected]@gmail.com
I therefore request you to kindly issue me the Refund of Rs.1664 to the subscription ID is:[protected] to my HDFC BANK ACCOUNT.
I have attached the transaction screenshot for your perusal. There was no response from the group, Despite calling multiple times to the toll free number
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

calls to customer care. Every time I get a system generated reply but till now nothing changed & i didn't get refund.

I have subscribed your toi and navbharat times newspaper and paid advance payment for receiving newspaper but than also not receiving newspaper regularly from past 10 days. Earlier also this same problem happens and whe we get paper 10-15 pages in between of newspaper were missing. Your dealer here is not providing proper service not only to me but people from this area who stopped your service at last. To maintain your old consumers trust please help us out in this problem or give back our payments

I have paid for 2 years subscription directly to Times of india from[protected] to[protected]. now on 2nd May 2022 my vendor demanded me to pay delivery charges for past one year and he stopped giving me newspaper. While taking subscription i was told by times of india that delivery is free. I have made complaint on TOI toll free number where they told me that they shall refund my money for proportionate period but till date i have not received refund. Please help me.

The newspaper is publishing fake ads in the times of India about sms jobs and part time jobs. These ads fleece you by asking you deposit money and then blackmail you with the this money can not be deposited and will be refunded back. They tell you about the money and a sms sending job for RS 75 per sms. They will promise you a laptop etc . The name is anjali part time and they will say they are working in the same location as yours

The sunday 8th May2022, Crossword puzzle contest link is not working.
After finishing the crossword I tried to upload it on the link given www.toicrossword.com
But the link is giving an error.
How can a reputed org host a contest with a 3L prize, and have a non working link??

Payment made on April 18th and till date as of today (7th May 2022) newspaper delivery has not started.

Sent email to Times of India and got complaint number 00907727 but no action taken.

They need to check into this and revert.

I am sending this mail with really frustrated that today the Paper has not delivered as committed..
I have shifted to my new house 3 years back and I used to get the paper properly.
Suddenly April 05 onwards it has been stopped even though I have renewed for one year subscription and telling Address has not updated.
After that I have raised 6 complaints also and frequently sent mails.
As a customer it led to great dissatisfaction and till now, I didn’t receive the paper as committed.

Please refund the renewal amount further I am not interested to do any transaction..

I have taken 2years subscription of TOI eng newsppr in 2020. It is valid till July 01, 2022.

Since its a prepaid matter, the company and its associated workers make frauds with people. They anytime stop newsppr delivery. In January, they stopped our newsppr for 16days. In between the time, after so many complaints they restarted on 3february, 2022.

In those 16 days, they were denying that they dont take gurantee of vendor 'Rao Hansraj'. I requested them to change our vendor. They said its a union of newsppr vendors having monopoly of not allowing other vendors to come in their areas and they will do whatever they want.

Vendor Rao Hansraj was asking us to give two cheques again in favour of HT and TOI for 3200/-INR. We denied then he stopped our newsppr

Aftr 16days the company (TOI) assured me that i will get my copies till july 01, 2022 without any extra cost and hassle.

Now, i am again not receiving my copies since May 01, 2022.
I complaint at TOI cc, but their females executives dont register my complaints.
On 3rd may, cc executive Sachin registered my complaint. But its been 5 days we are not getting our copies and there's no one to help us out.

I am attaching my coupons pics till date.

Prepaid matter is just annoying. It made a customer helpless.

I requested company to take action against their vendor Rao Hansraj, but they denied.

Newsppr subscribers are helpless even after paying for 2 yrs in advance.
