Sir/Madam,
I paid Rs.988/- on 28.03.22. as new subscription for subscribing to the Times of India newspaper in Times of India website portal. . But till now I have not received the newspaper. Though I contacted many times through email and telephone, I have not received any response. My contact no.[protected]. I am enclosing the proof of payment.
I am sending this email hoping that you would help me to get refund of the money I paid.

This is in reference to the F02020 slogan writing contest results.

I'm one of the Top 10 winners & my name was featured in Times of India - Chennai edition on 05.01.21.I never got any response or update from TOI post that about my gift voucher.

I tried reaching your Chennai board number several times, no response then finally I managed to get the number of Mr. Rizwan (Chennai TOI office) and complained, have been following up with him for more than 20 days, no proper response yet.

I'm extremely annoyed, if this is the treatment for a loyal subscriber, winner.

My relative has also won in FO2020 contest in top 200 list & she has got the gift voucher redemption link (Croma one).

When it has happened for other winners, how was my name missed despite of being in Top 10, where is the communication gap?

How can a big Corporate group act like this in customer service?

I hope, I will receive a revert & solution for this, pl fix it up.

I have paid for the subscription in advance (20-Jun-22) for TOI. I am not getting news paper since last few days. In order to check for the issue, I called "Mr. Praful" who came to collect advance amount at my home in the month of June and I took a vendor on a con-call so that everyone can be on a same page. Instead of resolving my issue, Mr. Praful started the chat with "why I have taken a vendor on a call" and started giving mouthful answers and asked me again to "shut up" on a call. This is not the kind of service I am expecting from a prestigious news paper agency like Times of India. If someone is collecting advance money, the service should not be stopped/paused, it should be in continuation. I would request to start my subscription at the earliest and I would also request to take strict actions against Mr. Praful so that in future, prospective customers should not face what I have faced today. My form ID is "ATOID42187".

I renewed my subscription for TOI newspaper from Feb 2022. The order was placed on 25 Jan 2022 with Order ID WMT14261364. My Customer ID is MU[protected]. In the scheme that I choose for renewing my subscription, it was promised that I'll get an Amazon e-voucher worth Rs250 within 1 month of subscribing the newspaper. Its been 5 months but I've not received the voucher yet! Repeated complaint with TOI resulted in no resolution. Its really very annoying. Never seen such a poor service from reputed company like TOI. I've attached the screenshot of the schemes that were offered to me by TOI customer care during renewal. I choose Option 3. The difference between option 2 & 3 is Rs 250 Amazon voucher extra in option 3 and for that I paid Rs 50 more! They have made false commitment which is not acceptable to me. I need my Amazon Voucher ASAP.

The company persuaded us into buying a yearly subscription but they fail to deliver the paper to my house in Chennai.

We have not received the Sunday Times edition for 3 weeks in a row, and any attempts at contacting the company have been futile.

This is my second attempt to get a relief. My son S Devanathan (subscription id CH[protected] residing at CM/1, Vinoth Versa, 3 Jagannathapuram 1st Main rd, Velachery, Chennai 600042 has to leave to UK on official assignment on 12th July, 2022. Due to paucity of time he asked me to contact TOI to change the delivery address to my address. (ie. T S Sarangarajan, Alonkar Aradhana, No 5 Brahmin Street, Velachery, Chennai 600042. Mobile No. [protected]) I personally handed over a letter to your Nadhamuni Street Office on 15th July. requesting for the change of delivery. I also reminded by mail. on 19th July I recs a mail informing me that the change will be implimented fron 23rd July. As no delivery is made even on 25th, I approached your above office again. After morethan half an hour waiting I was assured that the delivery will start on 27yh. But till now no delivery the news paper. My efforts to contact them proved futile. I am 87 year old and I cannot go to your T Nagar office often to get this done. Will you pl look into this and do the needful?
My earlier complaint four days back on this portal remain unsolved. Atleast I must get an acknowledgement from you which is missing.

I informed the matter to my vendor Kamlesh and Pooja but yet not receiving TOI+MT.

We have paid for 6-month subscription, but we have not been recieving the paper for four days now. When we called the distributor, he said that the delievery boy is not in town and the paper delivery will resume in a few days.

The distributor has not looked for any alternatives, for the delivery.

Highly irregular.
When we are out ofv station last month for about twenty days, not a single paper put near the door.
Again irregular in supplying your newspaper TOI.
Can you fix any other agent who are prompt. This agent is irregular.

My news paper vendor is not good sometimes he deliver the paper sometimes he doesn't deliver the paper sometimes he deliver wrong paper. And he is not responding phone calls and messages. Please change my vendor or give strict Instructions to him. Otherwise please cancel my subscription and return my balance money.
