I renewed my subscription for TOI newspaper from Feb 2022. The order was placed on 25 Jan 2022 with Order ID WMT14261364. My Customer ID is MU[protected]. In the scheme that I choose for renewing my subscription, it was promised that I'll get an Amazon e-voucher worth Rs250 within 1 month of subscribing the newspaper. The company persuaded us into buying a yearly subscription but they fail to deliver the paper to my house in Chennai.

We have not received the Sunday Times edition for 3 weeks in a row, and any attempts at contacting the company have been futile....

This is my second attempt to get a relief. I am Seema Sakhare Form No.WMC24307809, address 1605-Rosewood, Mulund Goregaon Link Road, Bhandup 400078, paid subscription Rs.1699 to agent, Pooja thakkar for Times of India+Maharashtra Times but I am receiving Times of India+ economic times since 1.7.2022. I informed the matter to my vendor Kamlesh and Pooja but yet not receiving TOI+MT....

We have paid for 6-month subscription, but we have not been recieving the paper for four days now. When we called the distributor, he said that the delievery boy is not in town and the paper delivery will resume in a few days.

The distributor has not looked for any alternatives, for the delivery....

I have Paid online subscription but not getting paper as per subscription. As per subscription ET and TOI should be delivered everyday but I'm getting only Times of India. Kindly look into it.

Agent not supplying paper.
Highly irregular.
When we are out ofv station last month for about twenty days, not a single paper put near the door.
Again irregular in supplying your newspaper TOI.
Can you fix any other agent who are prompt. This agent is irregular....

On 14th July I paid Rs 599 towards subscription of times+ through phone pay but my subscription didn't activated. A message delivered from your side regarding non receiving of payment and the deducted amount will be refunded with to 5 days but till now money hasn't received. Please do needful.

My news paper vendor is not good sometimes he deliver the paper sometimes he doesn't deliver the paper sometimes he deliver wrong paper. And he is not responding phone calls and messages. Please change my vendor or give strict Instructions to him. Otherwise please cancel my subscription and return my balance money.

I have got my subscription renewed in March 2021 and gave cheque to BCCL (TOI office in Hazratganj, Lucknow). Money has been debited from my account in March or April 2021. And still I m not getting newspaper while my vouchers are being used by any hawker. I have visited to your office in Hazratganj, Lucknow many times but they are helpless.

Recently I change my res. address and renew the subscription.

In the month of June, I purchased a 6-month subscription plan costing INR 806 for 'The Economic Times' and the print edition newspaper must start from June 25, 2022. Today i.e 7th July 2022 also I have not got the copy of TOI and also did not get the copies for 1 and half month instead of subscribing for 1 year. Also I did not get the copies for last year for 15 days. I have already complained about the same through email several times. But did not get any proper response. Please do let me know about it as soon as possible.

As per new subscription TOI commited that I would be receiving newspaper from 23.06. It has been two weeks since I haven't received the newspaper. Daily I am sending mail and complaining to customer court. Next only option I have is to complaint in consumer court. This is mere cheating from TOI after taking subscription amount.
