I have subscribed for the times of india newspaper (2 year scheme). My account has been debited for the same but i have still not received the coupons even after 45 days.

This is a serious issue with regards to service provided by such an esteemed company.

Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

Sir on 30/11/18 a new with the headline "three suspected bodo militants detained in kochi" published in your newspaper. I am very much shocked how can a great news paper like toi can use such term "bodo militants". Sir with this term your newspaper is clearly trying to mean that bodo is a militant. There are some section of people belongs to bodo community who joined in banned outfit ndfb but it doesn't mean that whole bodo community is militant. If it so you should consider that harishankar mushahary, former chief election commissioner, ranjit sekar mushahary, former governor of meghalaya, halicharan narzary, indian national footballer are also militant. Because they also belongs to bodo community. If the term "bodo militant" is correct to discribe ndfb that why don't you use "muslim terrorist" in case of laskare taiba, hizbul mujhahidin, "assamese militant" in case o[censored]lfa?

Sir, using the term "bodo militant" hurts every single person of community. We bodo community doesn't expect such irresponsible deeds from a great media house like toi. It is a act that toi is trying to teach indian that bodo is a militant. For such news we have to faced many harsh question when we travel to other state. When we were asked about our community we were asked that you people are militants.

Sir, i humbly request to to stop using such words in future and clearification from you on this matter. Thank you.

I am an old reader of toi/ et. I subscribed for annual subscription of both the papers in august 18. My subscription number is [protected]. I wrote for the matter about one month back also, but no response yet. Monthly coupons not yet received. The hawker is asking for the coupon every other day, putting me an embrassing situation.

I have subscribed delivery of TOI 3 months back, my account has been debited on time. However neither news paper nor a phone call received so far - what a poor customer service. My complaint number is : 1665603, Subscriber ID: 36858971. More than happy to provide any further details if required. Several email exchange happened with CRM team but no luck so far. Standard response : We have escalated your complaint non receipt of supply to the concern executive and asked vendor to supply promptly. Your issue will be resumed ASAP" - It took 3 months to break my trust.

Subscription No: [protected], paper is irregular I got only eight days paper for the month of October. I called the person multiple times who has taken my subscription, but I didn't see any improvement . Finally I called customer care and raised the complaint (No. 1653137) about it and asked to stop issuing paper and refund the amount .

The paper issuing was stopped, but I didn't get any response back on my complaint either on my refund amount or on paper irregularity from customer care.

I purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 27th nov at 10:57am via internet banking. Costing 779inr for uc credit of 600+60 uc

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went inb times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I paid the annual subscription to vide bp nuo.[protected]. However, i am not receiving the toi regularly. The phone of the agent is either switched off or he does not pick up.

The delivery of the paper is erratic in spite of sms complaint to the agent.
Can you suggest the complaint escalation process?
Is there any way to reach the agent or other authorized people to bring the grievance to his notice?

Have availed toi news paper subscription in the month of start of oct'18 and paid amount online with a commitment that, i would be receiving the travel bag which is an offer from times when we pay it online.

The news paper subscription has started on time, but i am yet to receive the travel bag till date even after making several calls to the toi office. The response from toi respresentative everytime on call says that, bag would be delivered in 2 weeks.

I am aregular subscriber to the times of india since more than 10 years. My subscription id is 29586305, my mobile no is +91 [protected] and vendor's name is rajkumar d, of old state bank colony, tambaram, chennai. I am a resident of tambaram. The delivery of my daily times newspaper is very erratic, and in the last week itself, i have not received my newspaper for 4 days. There is no response from the vendor nor the times of india customer care. The crm helpline at[protected] never responds to any calls. The following no's also keep ringing but there is no response :[protected] and[protected]. Why do you publish these numbers when you cannot respond to customer calls. This is something which i never imagined could be done by you. What customer care do you advertise so much about when you cannot respond to any phone calls. Why has the times gone to such a low level. Kindly take up with the staff responsible for this careless, responsibility less attitude. Also kindly take up with the vendor and arrange for proper delivery of my newspaper. Do not force me to cancel my subscription. Hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi, i live in chenani, tamil nadu. I have been an ardent reader of the times of india newspaper since 2013. I had renewed my yearly subscription of times of india newspaper well before the end date thro' online, which was subsequent to the message i had received. Pursuant to which i received only the perforated portion, indicating my renewed dates. Now its been more than a month that i have received my daily newspaper - times of india. Subsequently i call the chennai office at[protected] and communicated non-receipt of my daily newspaper - times of india since the revised renewal dates. Post this i have only been receiving messages that they (Times of india) apologise... But no action has been taken. My complaint no: compliant no: [protected]. The customer id: [protected].

I am an old customer of times of india and have booked an ad on 19-11-18 through release my ad. Payment went thro and received acknowledgement - your newspaper ad booking 1436413 at release myad - payment received, awaiting editorial confirmation.

They called on 19-11-18 and verified thro phone also. On 20-11-18 i got a call to inform that my ad will come on 22nd instead of 21st nov.
After some dialogue i said ok for 22nd. Following this the caller asked me to submit voter id or driving license etc.

I kept informing him that i am an existing customer and why they want id each time.
Instead of giving valid answer they chose to cancel the ad and informed by mail that refund will be processed in one week.

They are acting arbitrary, rude and not paying any respect to existing customer.

My name is jagdish advani, flat no. 501, kool breeze, 17th road, khar west. I have a 2 years subscription for toi along with bt and mirror. Through agent muthu & co. They are not delivering the newspaper in time by 7.00 am, and since 2 days they have stopped delivery at all. On calling them, they said they will not deliver the news paper and i should complain to the times. Please change my agent to someone else who can deliver the newspaper by 7.00 am as i leave for office at 7.30 am sharp.
