Hi.. I would like to get an yearly subscription scheme for time of india and bangalore mirror as per the scheme available. I am located at
Huskur road, off tumkurr road, bangalore. My present vendor is not very cooperative for getting the subscription.

Kindly let me know the discounted amount payable under the scheme and how do i go about it.

My account has been debited with an amount of rs.895/- for yearly subscription coupon on 08.11.2018and i have subscription id no.35000906
Till today i. E. On 23.11.2018, i have not received any coupon.
This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Almost 3 months have gone, no redressal, no feedback.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

I paid the annual subscription to vide bp nuo.[protected]. However, i am not receiving the toi regularly. The phone of the agent is either switched off or he does not pick up.

The delivery of the paper is erratic in spite of sms complaint to the agent.
Can you suggest the complaint escalation process?
Is there any way to reach the agent or other authorized people to bring the grievance to his notice?...
