Dear sir, through the esteemd collum o[censored]r complain boz i waould like tostate some thing and bring down ur eyes on a notice.
I am stating a complain on chennai police,
Being an outsider to this city i always lived in proper rules and regulation. Until today, i was driving back home from mount road and there was a police baricat stating that it was not having any light.
Seeing a police baricate my friend slowed the vehicle and suddenly a police contable didnt come to stop us but hitted us with his stick and i got hurt. Seeing that thing i was very scared and told my friend to not to stop and drive.
I might be wrong in this part but for me for that situation i felt to save my life.

Chennai police is one of the gunda i felt who dont give respet to work or citizen they. Believe in beating teilling it to my friends they said its common here my queation is why is it so.. Baricat means stop a vehicle and check with documents and then take action..
I feel pitty and scared to be in this city

I would like to know what do you want to convey through this article. It appears you are a sympathizer of the grand old party whose ideas have run out.

I took toi subscription on 28/05/2018.. My receipt no-dea03021 payment was withdrawn from my bank vide cheque no 535157, corporation bank, but till date i have not received coupons despite several reminders46whenever i dialed several times subscription phone no [protected], it immediately takes to record message and i receive no reply back

My suggestion: change times of india name to chor of india, coi

For the past couple of months, the times of india newspaper wasn't delivered at the right time. Sometimes, i am forced to visit the shop to get the newspaper. I am residing at ambattur and my subscription id is [protected]. The ambattur toi agent, gopinath is ineffectual and reckless. I would like to get back my money, if the concerned individuals cannot deliver the newspaper between 06:30 a. M to 7:00 a. M.

I had subscribed (Yearly subscription) for times of india news paper on jan 05 2019 in chennai book fair, they had entered my subscription start date as jan 17 2019 (Since 15 is a local holiday in tn no issue on jan 16 initially it was communicated as 16th jan) after humpty follow ups with the crm department, i had received the area manager contact number and he assured me that subscription will be starting from jan 21 (Monday) without fail but no response after that.
After repeating followups with the area manager i got the agent number from him, he never bothers to pick up the call till now jan 25 evening.

Please look into this issue and take stringent action against this negligence.

I am regular subscriber of ToI + MM. In Jan 2018 your agent took Rs.1, 699/- for Subscription from Apr 2018 to Mar 2019 & bill for that attached.
In 2018 end your agent again came & took Rs.1, 800/- stating that as per scheme for[protected], I need to pay now & that I paid. However despite reminders he did not give bill.
Yesterday 23/1/19 he gave attached bill for Rs.1, 800 which instead of showing period Apr 2019 to Mar 2020 is showing Feb 18 To Jan 19??
This is clear cheating by ToI & you need to take action against the culprit.

You are requested to ask explanation from senior official from dsw about their statement in the times of india, times city, pune. Dt 22.1.2019
Senior official mislead media by commenting on the policy of government of maharahtra. Mainly

1. Giving key positions to ssc officers though they were not qualified. Officials in the department of sainik welfare forgot that ssc officers are commissioned officers and joined military service through cds exam conducted by upsc. They are not "lower rank" as written in the newspaper.

2. Retd officers will not get other allowances of the union government.

I provided all the details of purchase to participate in contest.. And then i got information from toi by mail that i had won 2 gms gold in the contest. Again i was advised to send aadhar and pan details to claim the gift, i sent all details...

But only after numerous mails, i received a mail from toi win-easy team in beginning of dec18 that they are collecting details pan india basis... But now last 45 days there is no response to the mails and there is complete silence from toi

Please inform readers know the actual fact... What is wrong, i am very much annoyed.

This starts from 16th jan 2019. Till today, i havent received the paper and all the efforts calling customer care has gone in vain. People dont pick up the call on [protected]. Even when they pick up, they response is so lethargic.

I had faced this issue last year as well. Also i dont get paper on few days in a month (But thats ok).

Request you to check and take action.

Being at senior management position in etv, ramoji film city-hyderabad and being regular reader of toi since last 20 years, now because of the callous attitude of distributor and the non commital behaviour of area manager mr. Surendra, iam devoid of newspaper supply for the last ten days. Neither distributor nor your manager has basic courtesy to meet and resolve. Useless reasons of dog being on staircase, when actually no tamed dog is there, being furnished and it led to stalemate. Absolute tarnishing of brand called toi. Area is old malhar block 16. Sahara states, mansoorabad, lb nagar municipality hyderabad 500068. Draws your immediate attention.

My subscription no [protected] at chennai. I am not getting the paper 2 days in a month and the distributor is not responding positively. Yesterday i complained to your chennai office and they said it will be rectified but even today i did not get my paper. Both your tel no and distributors tel no are always busy. Every month at least 2 days paper are not supplied for past 8 months and i was giving time to distributor to rectify but in vain. Please advise further course of action.

I have been declared winner of smart phone in wineasy contest conducted by times of india in oct /nov 2018 vide attached letter sent through "[protected]@timesgroup.com" but there is no communication for sending my prize after lapse of one and half month.
Kindly take up the matter with times of india for an early solution.

Respected sir,
Our customer id is [protected]. This is regarding no receipt of our subscribed newspaper, times of india.
Our subscription starts from december. And from then we have made innumerable requests and compliants to the office of times of india as well as to our locality vendor vishal ([protected])
Last we were informed that it would start from 16th of january. And we did not receive the newspaper on the said date. So, we wish to pull back our subscription and want refund for the same.

On 11th december i subscribed for timesofindia for one year with subscription fee of rs 569+30. First i tried to pay the money with central bank of india debit card. It deducted from my account but the times of india agent told it is credited to their account and in case i do not get refund they will take care. I have still not got the money refunded. Its really unfortunate and shame a renowned company like toi is giving this type of services to the customers.
Please take necessary steps to refund my money as soon as possible or else i need to move court filing consumer complaint.

She need 95000/-INR for Airline Payment So she ask me for help. So I have sent 95000/- INR via Apeksha Tamang account beacause by fried don't have India account So I have Trans that amount by apeksha account. all accounts details mentioned below and payment receipt attached also.

She neeed money there in Kathmandu but she dont have indian account so I have use Apeksha Tamang account to send this money to my friend she charge us 1000 Indian rupees for that.

After a week my friend give her money back to send me she received that money from my friend in her account but now she don't want to give me back althat money even she blocked me in WhatsApp and call so I am not able to call her or contract her.

I have sent 95000 INR bank receipt which I have sent to Apeksha Tamang her account details and now she is not giving me that money back

I participated in the wineasy contest of times group. I won 40 inches tv. I got email regarding the same asking about completing the formalities. I submitted the required documentation and got the confirmatory email that i will receive the tv in december' 2018 as they are completing the formalities for purchase. The same was confirmed on phone also by mr. Rahul gadi.
The last email received on 13th december that "we are in process of collating the database from across pan india."

After this there is no response of emails and telephone no [protected] from mr. Rahul gadi.
Please arrange to resolve at the earliest.

Dear sir/madam,

I took online annual subscription for filmfare s magazine in the month of august for which the payment was made too but till date i have received just one month issue after many complaints.
I have raised many online as well as telephonic complaints but no positive response from the team just an assurance that i will definitely get the copy soon with continuation in future but all false commitments. Also i have spoken to an executive (Diksha chaugule) from crm team thrice who had always been rigid on speaking for the solution and spoke as if she is doing favours attending customer’s call. I am fed up following up with the times group now and had stopped doing so since a month as feel it to be total waste of time.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Many of the times i have complained to toi customer care, but not receiving newspaper since renewal from 1st november 2018 for 2 years
2 years subscription fee paid upfront online
This is renewal which means i was getting earlier
Only i have changed the vendor distributor
I had to change because i want to receive the copy at home instead of office
Even the address change has updated in their system
They have acknowledged for all above and they say revert back

Last week i tried to reach to you through this platform to convey that your concerned group/team maintained complete silence even after i made correspondences regarding handing over of gift which i won in wineasy contest. It's a shame. It will be good from your part to address the complaint lodged by a reader. I got information from you about my winning 2 gm gold in the contest. I got mail from you wherein i was advised to send contact details with id proof. I sent all details. I regret that thereafter you maintained complete silence

The distributor with the name of shree sai (News paper & magazine agency thane 400601), is charging extra money for economic times even when it is written on times of india that it is free with a price of 7rs.
The distributor in the screenshot says that it needs extra money for including economic times with times of india even when it is written clearly on the paper that it is included with a price of 7rs per day
Can you tell me why it is the case?
