I have given the cheque of rs 1399/- for 2 years subscription of toi + et on 29 aug 2018. I have the receipt for this, however, coupons not received till now. It appears that the address has been noted incorrectly or cheque has not been cleared till now.

A wrong complaint was printed in the times of india about our office that it produces pollution and releases chemicals while this is not at all true. My office is just a unit where photocopies and some of the plotters are there. Due to your wrong complaint we are facing a lot of problems. If you have any query you can even check it on google that what are unit is all about. (R-85 khirki ext malviya nagar). I need you to take strict action against the one who as complained wrong things about are office.

There may have been an ad published in your newspaper by isequalto company. I had applied for the job of content creator. I went to their andheri office thrice. Once for demo session and twice for creating content which was an interview. Indrani dey of isequalto group told me that she would let me know about the mobile app on which i could create content. But she turned hostile towards me and did not select me and will not give me work too. This means they are not genuine recruiters. They only want to trouble candidates and do not want to give job also. I will send you email communications between me and ms. I have subscribed to times of India newspaper for more than 5 years and my subscription ID is 29656458.

There seem to be a problem in their system or process or with their dealer that i am not receiving the daily newspaper since last 18 days, Because i raised complaint against them for not receiving newspaper on time, I have given a call to the contact number mentioned in the subscription paper and one RAM S picks and says team leader is out of office and cannot transfer my call to any other responsible person and gives lot of assurance without any outcome. This is the 10th time in the last 8 months that i had to reach TOI.

I Am a newspaper vendor of Nehru Place New Delhi Centre. As in present days these is few people are reading newspaper comparatively previous years.

The reason behind this news though different sources such as on internet / television etc..

I am facing problem due to getting pressure from salesman and Centre incharge that TOI and ET readers are reduced due to above mentioned reasons but they don't want to reduce supply to vendors.

please advice if nobody want to read newspaper than what is our fault.

I have subscribed to one year subscription for supply of time of india newspaper. I have received newspaper till july 2018 in-spite of my follow up for coupons with the person mr suraj he said that your coupons has been delivered in wrong address. We will provide you duplicate coupons with in week when i called him after one week he said give me one week more. After two weeks i called him again than he said i cant provide you coupons. I talked to complaint in charge mr. Shiva he said that i promise you i ll deliverer newspaper to your office till feb 2019. Again he was asking for time. I gave him both two weeks. But result was nothing. Even mr. Shiva was fighting with me that do whatever you want to do. Still i am facing this same problem. The problem is not solved. It is now more than a month since i paid advance subscription, but still not receiving newspaper. Please take immediate action to supply.

1. I purchased 2 nos kenstar jacussi kgs10wp-gde-10 litre 2000 watt storage water heaters through amazon on 08.11.2016
2. From day 1, these geysers were giving problems and the tanks were
Leaking.
3. I complained on 3 occasions and each time ther service engineer came and did some temporary, slipshod repair which lasted for a few weeks and the problem recurred again.
4. In april 2018, both the water heaters completely stopped working. I again raised complaint numbers che[protected] dated april 3, 2018 for both the water heaters.
5. The service engineer informed that the water tanks needed to be replaced and they will get them urgently to do the needful.
6. Since then i. E. Last 6 months no action has been taken and both the water heaters remain totally useless and non-functional.
7. The service engineer took both the heaters to the workshop, presumably repaired one of them but on installation, the same problem i. E. Leakage was observed. The heater was taken back by the engineer.
8. Since then, both the water heaters are with the service engineers and have not been repaired or returned.
9. Several complaints have been raised by me in this regard but all of no effect whatsoever. Some of the complaint references are :

11. I have made more than 50 calls and sent almost 50 sms messages to various executives at various levels responsible for providing service. The persons repeatedly contacted by me are

12. I have copies of all the smss sent by me to all the executives.

13. Another remarkable culture and practice of kenstar seems to be constantly avoiding calls by customers. I find this at all levels right from the service in-charge to the national head. They do not have the basic courtesy to take calls or call back or respond to messages. Totally disgusting.
14. In the last 6 months no action has been taken. This clearly shows the totally non-existent service support provided by kenstar. The customer is left totally high and dry. There is absolutely no sense of responsibility or commitment by you executives at all levels.
15. With such pathetic and shameful levels of support, i am now totally fed up and disgusted. I have absolutely no more patience to deal withkenstar's irresponsible service staff.
16. Since i have totally lost all confidence or faith in kenstar's product quality or support, i demand full refund for the products along with compensation for all the trauma and inconvenience caused to me. I am no longer interested in repair or replacement of the products.

I have subscribed to one year subscription for supply of time of india newspaper in the last week of august with a request to start supplies from 1.9.2018. I have paid subscription fee of rs 699 on 30th aug 2018, and renewal was to be done from 1st sep 2018, but till date i am not receiving the paper copy.

Gentle men who drops paper tells me that he has not received any confirmation from toi agency. Its almost a month now and i am unable to get in touch with the agency person since he is not answering his call.
I want my money back.

There is a single vendor for newspaper delivery in gurgaon vipul greens. He does not offer any discounts or schemes that are offered by the newspaper. On to of that there is no online way to subscribe to the print version of the newspaper.
I have searched the entire website of times group but can't find the way to subscribe to the print version of the newspaper.

I am old user of toi, i have renewed my news paper contract with toi due to some i changed my home and i have updated too in toi they asked me that it will take 1 month to update in system, i agreed on that also but now its more than 2 month i am not getting paper when i dropped the mail to crm. There is regular delay in distribution of the times of india. We are getting the news paper after 9am. There is no meaning in reading the news in the evening. I have not renewed the scheme because of this problem. If it continues i have to stop all news papers. Kindly do the needful to correct the issue.
