My account has been debited with an amount of rs.795/- for yearly subscription coupon on 15-june-2018.

But still i have not received the coupons and i have call to times customer case but not get any response from them and my news paper person also complain to supervisor but still my coupons was not received.

I have paid subscription fee of rs 699 on 30th aug 2018, and renewal was to be done from 1st sep 2018, but till date i am not receiving the paper copy.

Gentle men who drops paper tells me that he has not received any confirmation from toi agency. Its almost a month now and i am unable to get in touch with the agency person since he is not answering his call.
I want my money back....

There is a single vendor for newspaper delivery in gurgaon vipul greens. He does not offer any discounts or schemes that are offered by the newspaper. On to of that there is no online way to subscribe to the print version of the newspaper.
I have searched the entire website of times group but can't find the way to subscribe to the print version of the newspaper....

I have paid the subscription fee of newspaper and sms notification of acceptance is received. But the supplier asks for the receipt of payment for delivery of newpaper. The customer care for subscription are also not responding. So kindly help me resolve this as soon as possible.

There is regular delay in distribution of the times of india. We are getting the news paper after 9am. There is no meaning in reading the news in the evening. I have not renewed the scheme because of this problem. If it continues i have to stop all news papers. Kindly do the needful to correct the issue. Many people in the society ate unhappy because of this issue....

It is the worst thing happened to me and I did not expect the from the biggest paper group of India.
For around 600/- - this kind of fraudulence is not tolerable.

On repeated mails and phone no one is taking action.

I am not getting the daily newspaper yet, its been more than a month.

Today september 18, 2018. Bangalore times page 6 there is a nude picture of kim kardashian which is not at all related to the article and more over the nude picture shouldn't be used in name of entertainment. Please remember times of india is a family news paper and now it is circulated to all major schools under nie program for the students to start cultivating a habit of news paper reading. It is very sad to see many times that bangalore...

The said agency has refused to give times of india and economic times at my residence and wants deposit of one month in advance which is unethical. Also charging one re. Extra on each edition.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have subscribed toi newspaper for one year & my subscription start date 16 th august 2018. Still i have not received any coupon which i supposed to be. I have called several times in the customer contact number. But every time it is saying "all executive are busy at the moment". Also they never called me back which they should have done as per the the instruction. This is so frustrating as such a reputed company is doing this type of customer...
