This is in followup to the above stated complaint. Not even a week has passed since the previous complaint - the paper was delivered regularly only for five days but again, no newspaper delivery on 27th and 28the december.

What are the steps that have been taken to rectify the complaint? If you are unable to deliver the newspaper regularly, at least, refund the subscription amount.

I have seen many a times in toi article's people generally post hatred comments and uses slang languages which can lead to communal violence in our society. Either toi should keep a control on this or they need to fix the flag reporting system which doesn't work. These kinds of comments are posted by insane people and toi is unsuccessful in controlling it further it can create riots like situation in various parts of our country. I have already send you the screenshot of the comments posted on toi article further a copy of it also provided to our city sp office and district magistrate office in case of any arise of communal violence toi will be wholy responsible for letting others misuse it's platforms. Hope action will be taken.

As per the news published in the front page on december 27, 2018. Please clarify whether the brent crude price actually fallen by 71%. The crude is actually fell by 41% only. How you have calculate it as 71%. Please don't publish the wrong information and create the anger amongst the public against oil companies and central government.in future don't publish the news like this.

On dec 1, 2018, i paid for annual subscription for time of india news paper. I received a coupon from your office stating that subscription would start on dec 16, 2018.
But, so far absolutely no trace of subscription. Whenever i call your 45457979, immediately i get one sms apologising along with a complaing number. Like this, i received about 10 sms but still i am not getting the paper.
I am a senior citizen and everyday because of your lacking, i need to go to a nearby shop to buy the paper.
In the event you are not interested in starting the subscription, better you refund the money so that i can go for any other english daily newspaper.

My subscription id is 26355162.

I have made payment towards one year subscription of times of india 3 months ago but have not received the coupons yet. Message of subscription received on my registered mobile number. Subscription no [protected]. The paper vendor says he can start paper delivery only after coupons are received.
Calling on helpline, no calls attended, only transferring the calls, but no solution for last 3 months.

I have been having very irregular supply of times of india newspaper.in spite of repeated complaints to toi representative and also the vendor, no resolution has been sought. This month alone, i have not received the newspaper for six days so far, (December 5, 14, 19, 20, 21, and 22).

Either make it regular or refund my subscription.

Content removal section

I have been noticing a false news linked to your site by some one. This news was published falsely in times of india in 2007.

In fact later it was proved by the committee that this was a handy work and conspiracy by some of my colleagues and matter was solved.

But as this news link is still appearing on google search in my name, i feel insulted and humiliated by your site.

Please let me know who is this news publisher. I will file a case against him/her or convey this message to him/her. I’m giving the link on which your press reader is displaying it on google.

Since more than 6 years i have waiting for my passing result and certificate from mumbai university and k. C. College.

I had paid all fees on time to k. C. College of engineering.

My name is suryakant chanderadeo gautam batch 2011 be in electronics and telecommunication. I had paid all examination fees in every year and paid every fee in every year.

I had passed sem 7 (Seat no.7947) & sem 8 (Seat no.856 rle) in dec 2012 which is result declared in feb 2013 & sem 8 passed in rechecking examination april 28th 2013.

Please help to provide my passing certificate, result for sem-7 and sem-8, convocation certificate and leaving certificate.

My account has been debited with an amount of rs.895/- for yearly subscription coupon on 29.09.2018 and i have been issued subscription no.[protected] on 28/09/2018 via sms.

Till today, i have not received any coupon.

This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Almost 3 months have gone, no redressal, no feedback.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

Totally flabbergasted with Indian main newspaper giving front page headlines.
This newspaper goes to millions in India and billions read news on their website across the world.
It’s unfortunate that India’s main newspaper is allowed to publish news based on incorrect choice of words.
May be that’s what they call democracy. But then media’s job is to provide facts and give a true story esp where army is involved.

Our country is the only country where media quotes that army and militants are killed instead of quoting army nawab was ‘martyred’ and militant ‘killed’

In the last 1 year have registered periodically complaint with toi customer care for irregular supply and misbehaving by vendor. You people never understand the consumer pain & feeling since you are getting consequent subscriber. But sure will tell you the dissatisfy consumer count also get increased every quarter in all region. I am from chennai, porur (Region).

Your customer care executives simply sit & registered the complaint and counting the days, due to this nothing will happened to the consumer, if someone make call from your end consumer will ready listen your side problem also and do support.

The services of news paper supplier (Name - mohit jain) at ireo uptown condominium, sector 66, golf course extension road, gurugram (Hr) is very irregular (At-least misses 4/5 paper monthly) and on top of that his attitude is very offensive and undesired. He charges money against missed papers also. He says that no one can supply paper in this condominium other then me. So what i say, you have to comply. He does not respond our calls when we try to inform non-delivery of paper. If by chance he picked call then his reply is very casual and says "what happened then if not received today".

His misbehavior and charging extra money relates to all ireo uptown residents. He has in his mind that whatever i have decided we all have to comply. So he dictates his terms.

Request to change this supplier from our condominium at the earliest.

I bought new refrigerator from reliance digital on 4th nov 2018. It was installed on 22nd nov-2018. It is not working from first day and immediately asked to replace the same. I informed to both samsung india and reliance digital. Sent @ 5-6 emails and made @ 8-10 calls to both. I sent mail to samsung's ceo office also-3 times. But no response so far

I am rajanikant soni from ahmedabad, have booked annual subscription through authorized person of times of india (Rajubhai - [protected]). And paid money for the same.

As per him copy was to be started on 1st december but yet not started, i called customer care ahmedabad as well 5 times and they says that copy will be started within two days. Even though yet my copy is not started.

You can consider this as a final deadline/warning if my paper will not be started on 8th december then i will file case on consumer court.

Sir, i have subscribed for news paper cheque no. 20336 dt 24 dec 2017 amount rs. 795.00 (Rs. Seven hundered ninety five only) given to sh. Sunil who was doing job of delivery of news paper. My subscription number is [protected]. News paper started from 01 feb 2018. Now i am not getting copy of news paper from 01 nov 2018. You are requseted to continue delevery of paper at the earliest.

But i got to know that my new address does not come under old distributor called arul.

Every new person asks for coupan, which we already provided to old person.

So for their satifaction infact we even subscribed for next year so that we can provide coupan... But the point is for current year 2018 it's already subscribed and we are getting daily newspaper.

I have not received the toi subscription which was to start on nov 1 2018 and till now and each time i write a mail i get a call assuring resumption of the subscription. Each time a new complaint number is raised and i have numerous complaint numbers, but still my problem is not resolved. Please return my subscription amount as i have lost all hope.
