The distributor with the name of shree sai (News paper & magazine agency thane 400601), is charging extra money for economic times even when it is written on times of india that it is free with a price of 7rs.
The distributor in the screenshot says that it needs extra money for including economic times with times of india even when it is written clearly on the paper that it is included with a price of 7rs per day
Can you tell me why it is the case?

Sorry to say no response till date……
Already from last 20 days newspaper copy stopped…..

This incident was not happened first time, last year also 2 months i have not received my newspaper copies, informed to your area head…. No action has been taken, why???

Toll fee is deducted higher than the prescribed fee. When we pay in cash toll fee from shameerpet to taramatipet is rs50 but an amount of rs.65 is deducted from fastag account. From shameerpet to hyderabad uppal road the toll fee is rs50. But an amount of rs42/ is deducted from fastag account. We will receive message of amount deducted after leaving the toll gate. We request you to see that the toll company doesn't loot the public.

By cheque. He said on 16/12/2018 you will get the news paper. But i did not received the paper till now. I have already phoned to mr. I had paid for 2 years subscription in nov.2017. By oversight i did not see the receipt, which was for one year only. (The lady's name is ms. Smita tare who had collected the cheque and issued me the recipt). From november 2018 the there was communication going on.
I have sent all the copies of bank statements cheque deposited for amount of 2524 to bcci to mr surendra yadav on 27th nov 2018.
I was assured by mr. Surendra yadav that my problem will be solved in 5 working days.
I am still following up with smite and some one named mr santosh.
I have still not been able to get my news paper started.

Dear toi editors,
I found a mistake in the school edition paper of the date jan 4 in page 5 check your aptitude 3rd question option b published by thiruvananthapuram toi. The correct answer of that question is 4, 700 litres but it is printed as 40, 700. It is just a printing mistake but it is a newspaper which is being red by large number of people. So, a small mistake also matters. I kindly ask toi editors to avoid such silly mistakes again.

For the first time i have paid yearly subscription rs 599 dated 27dec 2018 debited to my account on[protected] eventhough it was promised to start delivery from ist jan 2019 i have not received times and when i contacted east tambaram agent who collected cheque he was not having curtosey and giving rough and tough reply and so i am left with option for return of money (Eventhough i have good opinion of brand value) _srinivaasan retired uco bank f7 ruby villa kulakkarai st selaiyur chennai 600073

Times of india dealer mr gunasekar. P came to our house for renewal of "times of india". The expiry date was till 15 th of this month. I told that i will pay before 15th. For that he was very rude and unprofessional with his language. He gave the order cum receipt and was very pushy. So i'm not planning to go for an yearly subscription this year. I'm gonna change thanks to your dealer.

I have toi 1 year newspaper subscription and my subscriber id is 35921060. I have not been getting the newspaper from dec 22, 2018 and i have made multiple complaints at their customer support number[protected] as well as their customer support mail (Crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com). They always say that the issue was escalated to the corresponding team and a resolution would be provided within 3 days and that's it. I have attached the mail responses of their customer support team.

Possible resolution:

Refund the entire amount of my remaining subscription from dec
22, 2018 onwards till the end of my subscription and this is my preferred one because of times of india customer care is non-existent and i don't want to call their customer care again.

I regret to mention that you maintained complete silence even after i many mails to know the status. I want to know when the prize will be delivered or it’s mere fooling the toi readers.

From chennai, sembakkam area. Times of india is not following up whether customers are getting daily newspapers or not. I have paid subscription for whole year 2019 and i am not getting newspaper. Local agents are unable to reach. And they are not responding properly. Even last year they did not put paper for 3 months. Times of india is acting very lethargic in this matter even after complain

There is a news given in today's front page kochi edition that a srilankan woman below 50 year have climbed 18 holy steps which is denied by the lady herself. How can you people such a sensitive wrong news without any clarification. You people are anti hindu. While giving such sensitive news please check if it is true or not. All the medias of kochi have denied the news. Shame on you times. And the worst thing is that there is no one to pick the call at complaint cell. Tooo bad journalism. We are stopping the subscription.

Also i tried to reach the vijayawada office at their number [protected], but they told me they don't have any registered data with them by mobile number or address.

Finally when i contacted the representative, he told me that he is no more working with the toi.

Please help me to get back my money or delivery of the paper.

I am a regular subscriber of times of india for the last 2 years. Due to some personal reasons i had to discontinue the paper from jul 2018 to december 2018. Then i paid rs 599 through online for the renewal from 1st january to december 2019. I have received the coupon also from the paper office.

I am sorry to say that so far the delivery of paper not commenced.in this connection i talked to customer service department of chennai division[protected]; [protected];[protected]). The staff noted all particulars bu8of no use. For the last 2 days they are not attending my calls.

Now i am totally helpless but to request the company to refund my money.

As per news published in toi page 04 as on 28' dec'2018. Regarding article related to, "10, 000 govt. Quarters to make way for towers".
In above said article my name is mentioned without taking any concern from my end nor any such statement was quoted by me.in fact i had no any issues with cpwd regarding maintenance of quarter repairing work.
Hence, please let me know who is this writter of this article, so that the legal action can be taken against him/her for publishing false news.

I paid for publishing matrimonial ad in toi for four dates, 25th nov to 20th jan 2019 on 10 nov 2018. The ad published only first date, rest of the days it did not published, even after complaining about to the concern person many times no action taken. Details attached.
We have called to madam several times in three weeks, but even after that ad did not posted.
