This is to inform you that i am not getting toi news paper since 7th october even after renewing subscription.

I raised complaint for this so many times on crm helpline no.[protected].

But still my complaint not resolved. If your team is not able to resolve my complaint then cancel my subscription and proceed for my refund.

I don't want to avail this service anymore if not able to resolve this issue.

I have applied for newspaper yearly subscription, subscription amount debited from my account, got sms with subscription no on 16th august 2018 but it is 26 th october 2018 still i did not get the coupon. My newspaper customer care is use less, i have tried thousands times to reach them but no one is receiving the call, they are taking call back request but still did not get any response from them.

Hi my name is mohit from bangalore, i have paid subscription on 05/oct/2018 for one year toi to their sales person mr. Gunesh but still today no paper is received and sales person just gives me a date everytime. I spoke to several people like lakshman and vinod however everytime i am getting is a date.

I have tried to contact the subscription help of toi but still they are not providing any solution and after paying the money still today unable to get the service.

Do not expect this kind of service from group like toi.
Seems like i have been cheated by such a big group

I subscribed for toi newspaper coupons on 26.06.2018... Mr. Sunil dubey from times of india came to collect the cheque and said that we will recieve the coupons within 1 month..
Now its 4 months and i have not recieved the coupons yet.. Even the customer care people are not ready to help... I even mailed my complaint to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com but they also have not provided any answer..
I am attaching the reciept for reference.

Kindly look into the issue and send the coupons

I had availed the subscription from times of india but now not getting the newspaper as mentioned in the offer letter.. I have called their office in chandigarh and they are saying that nothing can be done since i have erroneously handed over all the coupons which were suppose to be handed over monthly. I have asked them to cancel the coupons and issue me a fresh ones... But no help from them either refund my money or provide the newspaper.. Regards

I have subscribed the times of india news paper by order no. Btmj1197 on 07/06/2018 id 36606893 lead no. [protected] vendor 21648804 rajesh kokash. Hows it please do needful for getting me for full yearly subscription rs. 1249 back or get papers for full year from the date of physical delivery which yet not started.

I have subscribed for the toi newspaper in sep2018 and my cheque was realised on 17-09-18... Till date i have not received the newspaper. I have complained to the grievance cell many times and they have assured me that i will receive the newspaper from december - 18.

Why its been so late amount has already debited from my account why it will takes 2 more months to start the subscription.

I have been noticing a news published by times of india to the pressreader site. This news was published falsely in times of india some years ago. It was a conspiracy against me by some faculty members and students when i joined as a senior faculty in jnu newly at that time. But later the committee has proved that this was a handy work and conspiracy by some of my colleagues and matter was solved. I think this news was also published by times of india.

But as this news link is still appearing on google search on my name, i feel insulted and humiliated by this act. Why times of india is satisfying culprits and trying to blame my name?

I have contacted the pressreader today and received a reply that times of india is the publisher. If toi will not remove the matter immediately i will have to file a case. I’m giving the link of pressreader on which you published and press reader is displaying it on google.

Therefore i request you to please remove the matter with immediate effect on press reader.

I have taken two years subscription of times of india in the month of september. I have contacted customer care and they told me the subscription will start from 16th october, after that i have started calling my vendor he promised me to deliver the copy from next day, but it's more than 4 days i am still not receiving the copy of newspaper. He has done these types of the things in the past also. I would be grateful if you please send me the copy of vouchers or assign some other vendor to deliver the news paper.

I subscribed for a scheme of times of india newspaper scheme few months back
Finally when i received the coupons it made me disappointing the envelope that contains the coupons was already opened from seal it made me to reconsider the reliability of coupons
To place myself on the safer side i returned the coupons
Now want assistance for the above mentioned issue

I had renewed the subscription from September 2018 to September 2019. Due to personal reasons, I had requested to cancel the subscription starting September 2018 and refund the money back to my account.

I had spoken several times to the Subscription Deptt in Chennai and registered number of complaints. I was promised to get the money immediately. Nothing happened. Its more than two months now. I was asked to speak to Mr Sivaraj ([protected]/[protected]) who is the Manager in Chennai. But no response.

For your information, I am not getting the paper.

Look forward to your support in getting the refund asap.

Uran road even after being meant for light vehicles as it is a residential area, ryan international school and apollo hospital and nmmc in the same road is used by heavy vehicles such as containers, dumpers and construction material trucks. They are supposed to use the road from kamothe via sion panvel highway. It has become dangerous for children and elderly people to cross the road. There are lots of accidents also due to this. Containers are parked on this road at night and it becomes unsafe for ladies. Your attention and kind action by rto navimumbai is solicited in this regard.

I have made number of telephone calls but issue not handled upto my satisfaction. Please look into the matter for regular supply of famina hindi at my hubsiguda address.

You made a serious mistake putting the picture of south korean boyband nct instead of bts in your mysore times paper. It shows the amount of research that you put into your newspaper. There are many k-pop fans in india who know both nct and bts and many felt highly disappointed with the verification that you do with your sources.😡😡😤ðŸ˜

Indian armys are dissatisfied with your mistake and we hope that you will never do this again. There are. Many other complaints like this. See to them and respond quickly.

I randhir prabhakar, had called to you customer care and logged a complaint 1635818 on 26th sept about not receiving news paper for last 30 days but no action has been taken on this. My subscription is valid up to feb 2019.

Have called twice to your custome care but so far haven't recd any concrete answer.
Could you look into and revert with solutions.

Hi,

We have opted for one year subscription of the times of india. The payment mode was done through bank cheque and it was debited from ubi bank on 03.08.2018. The subscription no was generated [protected] and it was on behalf of my father's name (Jhantu bhusan sen gupta). It's almost more than 2 months we have still not received the coupons from toi office and we are supposed to receive it through post. Tried many times to reach the toi customer care and it remains always busy. There is also one option for call back no and that we also opted for. They sent one reference no for call back but it's been 2 days no one even is calling. This is very pathetic services from toi group. They are taking money but not even showing a minimal customer satisfactory services. Pfa the subscription sms from toi group.

Today on 13 oct 2018 a news published on online portal of toi shows picture of hh shree nirmala devi and below it they have published an article of mku sex scandal of tamil nadu. It is highly objectionable and derogatory to publish some article with such sensitive issue under headline with picture and name of such a holy and respectful personality who is followed world wide. The toi must face legal action for hurting sentiments of people who follow and respect hh shree nirmala devi. Pls follow it up on emergency basis.

Publishing the photo of any kpop boyband in place of the world's biggest boyband, the bts in your newspaper times of india - lucknow times on 11 october 2018!!! Whats this?!!! You think no one here knows them?! How can it just happen?!! Such a big error in publishing is not at all accepted you get that! 👿👿👿
Bts has got thousands of fans in lucknow alone! Let alone total no.in india! This thing is not at all accepted! It happens again and... 👿
