Dear Sir,

We have unfortunately taken an AMC from IFB for our washing machine, we made our first complaint on 24th July, 2018 (Ticket no. [protected]) for non functioning of our machine. The technician came and informed that there is some problem with the belt and he needs to order the same from the company, after several follow up again 3 person came and said it is the fault of Motor and it will take 2 days for the motor to come. Then after several follow up 1 technician came and informed that the timer has a problem and it will take 3 days, in the mean time we were getting assurance from IFB customer care that the problem would be resolved first on 30th July, 2018 and then on 3th August. when we called on 4th Aug to the technician he very arrogantly said when the parts will come we will repair, upon asking when the parts would arrive he said he don't know. We again called up IFB customer care and we were surprised to note that the complaint is cancel with a silly reason that "customer is not contactable" . Then a new complaint was again made by Customer care (Ticket No [protected]) on 4th August assuring that on Monday 6th August the problem would be resolved, . Today that is 7th August we received a message stating that customer is not contactable though we did not receive any call as both the number registered with them are fully operational. Again why they are contacting, the technicians should come and resolve the issue. They technicians are arrogant and abusive.

Pls help how to proceed they have taken money for AMC and now we are running pillar to post.

There is a news published on times of india and their other respective news paper about ravinder singh rawal crime case (Honey trap) now request to you please delete it from your page, whenever somebody search for the name it appears first and leave negative impress, i think after a time being all news from search to be remove if anybody wants to go in archives it will show that times. Hi - we have subscribed for yearly subscription to times of india news paper in bangalore. We have called the times of india office at bangalore and got the dealers number and paid the whole amount for the year. We got the receipt too and after long follow up we started getting the paper since last month 10-jul-18, but it lasted only for 15 days. After that he stopped supplying the papers and he is not reachable at all. We called the agent who got the payment for us, even he is not taking the ownership, he gave up saying that he is not responsible. We called toi office at bangalore, but no response from them at all. We are running from pillar to post to get this done. We need our money back.

I am requesting that the times of india remove me from their mailing. I did not solicit or subscribe to this newsletter and am offended that i must continue to receive their publication. Why is it so difficult to have an unwanted publication removed from your email? Then, you folks say that even notifying you of this nonsense, a person must write out that they do not want this publication.

In gandhinagar city (Gujarat) news agency. M/s modi sunil kumar dasarathlal (Pethapur) had charge rs 150 for the month of july18 for the distribution of papers. As per price printed on paper and multiply by 31 days ie. Rs 111. He charge me rs.150. And argued me it is fixed by times of india. Is it correct.?

Sir, i am ranjeet kumar my mobile no is [protected] & address house no 825 sector 7 pushp vihar new delhi 17 i have payment for delivery of newspaper on 27 jan 18 i have received message on 20 feb 18 your coupon is ready for shipment & received within 15 days but till today i have not received any coupon, so request you sir please track my coupon what is the reason not send me coupon because hawker deny to give me newspaper reason only that i don't have any coupon

I had subscribed for knowledge magazine and received only 2=3 copies as the same was discontinued. iam yet to receive my refund, this is pathetic its been almost 5 months I am following up but there is no update.
No one picks up the tollfree number. it gets disconnected. Pathetic service. you guyz are fooling around with the customers and not refunding the money.

How long u expect customers to wait for the refund. please call me immediately and refund the money.

My customer id 27633451. Sir i had made a payment of subscription through cheque and it also got clear. But not receiving my news paper i talk to office. But no one is replying. They are telling me you talk to that person. Again telling you talk with your paper vendor. What is this i don't understand a big publishing company doing these kind of things with customers. Pls ask them to refund my amount. There are other news paper also. I will change it

I subscribed for et wealth, my membership no being 36299562. Last monday there was no delivery. Similar incident in another monday. Local vendor does not respond to call. The complaint registering number given with the coupons are permanently busy and no call back. The service is rank bad. I feel i have been cheated. I want a redressal and adequate compensation.

I'm a customer of toi since 10 years, i am at a time full 1 year subscriber, but my local vendor mr. S chakraborty, agarpara rly stn. Is very irregular in delivery service, 5 days till date we have not received news paper, today (29/07/2018) also he has not delivered paper. If this type of practice is going on i will never take any subscription of toi

Subscribed magazines through tmies of india. We were promised that the delivery of the magazines would be prompt and that there would not be any hassle in the delivery. But from the last two months, there was no delivery of the magazines subscribed.

Moreover when the customer complaint and the delivery management were called, they started to give vague excuses and improper responses which led to no actions what so ever. If this wasn't enough they started to ignore the calls and started blaming other departments for the problem we were facing. Since toi wasnt responding, we went ahead and filed a complaint in the consumer complaints hoping that they can resolve the issue and give us the justice we deserve.

The service from toi at this point is below par. Please do look into the matter and help us out. We are not afraid to take actions legally.

I have given my check no. 710263 for rs. 859 on 25 april 2018 to your vendor for times of india - 15 month subscription.. I am yet to get the coupons.in the meanwhile the vendor is asking me to pay the normal monthly charges...

I have talked to the vendor mr deepak anand ([protected]), but no use.

I purchased items from snapdeal.
Which has divulged my credentials to third party. I am receiving sms and calling on my mobile about a lucky draw in my favour (Tata car valuing rs680000) who are demanding money to be send to a snapdeal official to receive the prize..
Snapdeal officials have provided my account details to others.
Snapdeal is not taking the matter seriously.

I bought a rado watch, seeing the luxury watches advertisement on your site. On checking, the watch delivered to me was not functioning/defective.
I contacted their executive, they gave me different reasons and promised to replace the same in 2-3 days. When i asked them about the address of their office, they gave me address which do not exist.
Kindly let me know if this firm is genuine and reliable. It appears like a fraud one as they have not honoured their comitment.
Kindly verify and let me know if this is a genuine firm and not there to cheat people.
I bought this watch for rs 11900, seeing the ad in your site.

We reside in sai baba nagar, mira road. My complain is that the vender who distributes the newspaper in our area is highly irregular, indeciplined batameez and drunker. He is also a number one gunda over here. I wonder how such a big publishing house has appointed such a vender here.

He doesn't deliver paper in time and most of the day's paper is not delivered at all. If we change and call another vender to distribute paper to us he becomes violent and doesn't allow them to come and says only we south india s have the right to distribute the paper and we have our union here.

I also work with a publication and know that all publishing houses pay an x amount to the vendor to distribute their paper or magazines, but to my surprise here in mumbai all publishing houses just waste money on these kind of vendors who through their attitude. Also apart from charging us the actual amount of paper he charges extra for delivering.

May i request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that we get our paper in time and regular.

I am not receiving my times of india daily news paper for the last one month.
Kindly look into the matter and direct the vendor mr. Raju ([protected]) to deliver my toi news paper at my residence below. I had paid my one year subscription of rs. 599/- in the month of may itself.

Hi i have already made my payment for[protected], but my supscription is stopped since 15june for the reason that toi excutive did not pick the receipt from the given address. He once came without informing and we were travelling and after complaining no. Of times, they are not sending any exective. I am not receiving any response on complaint filed on toi helpline, they told me he will come in the same week but no one came. And though payment is made i am not receiving the newspaper from more then a month now. I want me my money back pathetic customer service by toi.

Want to share a small experience.

I booked Uber share taxi from JEEVAN BHIMANAGAR TO BASAVA BHAVAN today morning at about 8:45 am.The amount shown was 132 and I went ahead with confirmation. On getting down at Drop point, to my surprise, the final amount shown was 287 (more than double). The driver simply asked me to pay and take up the matter with UBER.

I am corresponding with UBER and no favorable reply so far.

Please Give wide publicity about the tactics adopted by Uber
