I'm a customer of toi since 10 years, i am at a time full 1 year subscriber, but my local vendor mr. S chakraborty, agarpara rly stn. Is very irregular in delivery service, 5 days till date we have not received news paper, today (29/07/2018) also he has not delivered paper. If this type of practice is going on i will never take any subscription of toi...

Subscribed magazines through tmies of india. We were promised that the delivery of the magazines would be prompt and that there would not be any hassle in the delivery. But from the last two months, there was no delivery of the magazines subscribed.

Moreover when the customer complaint and the delivery management were called, they started to give vague excuses and improper responses which led to no actions what so ever. If...

I have given my check no. 710263 for rs. 859 on 25 april 2018 to your vendor for times of india - 15 month subscription.. I am yet to get the coupons.in the meanwhile the vendor is asking me to pay the normal monthly charges...

I bought a rado watch, seeing the luxury watches advertisement on your site. On checking, the watch delivered to me was not functioning/defective.
I contacted their executive, they gave me different reasons and promised to replace the same in 2-3 days. When i asked them about the address of their office, they gave me address which do not exist.
Kindly let me know if this firm is genuine and reliable. It appears like a fraud...

We reside in sai baba nagar, mira road. My complain is that the vender who distributes the newspaper in our area is highly irregular, indeciplined batameez and drunker. He is also a number one gunda over here. I wonder how such a big publishing house has appointed such a vender here.

He doesn't deliver paper in time and most of the day's paper is not delivered at all. If we change and call another vender...

I am not receiving my times of india daily news paper for the last one month.
Kindly look into the matter and direct the vendor mr. Raju ([protected]) to deliver my toi news paper at my residence below. I had paid my one year subscription of rs. 599/- in the month of may itself.

Hi i have already made my payment for[protected], but my supscription is stopped since 15june for the reason that toi excutive did not pick the receipt from the given address. He once came without informing and we were travelling and after complaining no. Of times, they are not sending any exective. I am not receiving any response on complaint filed on toi helpline, they told me he will come in the same week but no one came....

Want to share a small experience.

I booked Uber share taxi from JEEVAN BHIMANAGAR TO BASAVA BHAVAN today morning at about 8:45 am.The amount shown was 132 and I went ahead with confirmation. On getting down at Drop point, to my surprise, the final amount shown was 287 (more than double). The driver simply asked me to pay and take up the matter with UBER.

I changed my address on the 1st of July and I have informed this to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com on the 3rd of July 2018 and received a reply on the 7th July informing that my subscription to my new address will be effectively start on the 16th if July 2018.
But since I didn't receive my newspaper, I mailed them again in 18th of July for which they have replied me that my area is under non serviceable area and can't start...

I've complaint about newspaper being not delivered after change of address ..it's been more than 3 weeks now but still no solution provided and even local vendor not picking up my calls ...whats the use of taking yearly subscription if you can't provide better services and daily deliveries ...even the customer services is a waste who gives wrong info and even after being delayed for 3 weeks they say to email again new address proof...

I made complaint for not receiving the Coupons and sent reminder on July 10, 2018 using this very forum.
One Mr. Amit Bhardwaj had talked to me a couple of times and exchanged massages. No action at all,

I found a solution - stopped reading TOI as well as E Times. I have subscribed another national news paper.

I regret for I wasted my time in calling Bhardwaj. He took it as a fun.

The TOI newspaper shows an article in their newspaper on Date . The article has a clear mention of Ved Pathashala involved in Human Trafficking in their headlines. The news report fails to mention any evidence to include the Ved pathashala name in headlines. TOI themselves understand this and therefore change the online article. Mr. Debabrata of Toi came to me on 28th nov. 2017 and took a cheque of Rs. 240/- from me and promised me to deliver 12 magazines from Dec 2017 to Nov 2018. But after six months there is no magazine. I got up to May 2018. From June onwards I contacted that fellow at least 1000 times. But he did nothing. So now what to do? R u returning my money? He is not receiveing my call from last few days.

I had issued cheque amounting Rs. 795 in favour of 'Times of India' for subscription of newspaper for a period of 18 months against that i was to issued respective coupons. The cheque got cleared on 29.09.2017 but till date i haven't yet received respective coupons. Now, my newspaper hawker says that my subscription is going to expire next month while it is supposed to expire in April, 2019.
