I have paid for annual subscription of times of india delhi and the amount also got deducted but now the vendor is denying for the delivery of news paper.
He is asking coupan in advance and 30 rs for each month i. E 360 rs for 1 year in once so plz #toi request to you take some action asap and deliver my news papers asap. It is already late i have coupan from 15 may 2018

I have been suffering from inconsistent delivery of the daily news paper for the last 2 years.
I had complained about this last year during the annual renewal and the distribution executive confirmed that the delivery agent would be changed. He infact got the voucher with the name of the new agent but the issue continued. The paper delivery continued to be inconsistent with no action. To top it the vendor was very rude when i complained to him about this.

The next year when i renewed is when i got to know that the agent was never changed on the ground. I refused to renew so again the circle head called personally and came and took the cheque. But the old vendor kept coming for the voucher. When i complained i was told that the boss of the circle head was refusing to change the agent and that i have to live with whom they allot.
Its again 3rd day in a row with no paper (3rd time since the renewal in may'18) and all mails are only reverted false promises and no action.

I want an apology from times with financial compensation for waste of time and agony over the 2 years.

With reference to the above complaint id, it is further to tell that every time when i post my comment, it comes that a verification mail has been sent, but i never receive any verification mail or any message. I am not able to understand the problem, and also not clear what is happening in my comments, are these being published or not?

I have paid for renewal fee for times of india annual subscription. My customer id is #32919907. I have not received news paper for past 20 days. I am following up with customer care for past two weeks. They have raised a new complaint each time without followup of existing complaints.

Dear sir,
I am a very old customer for times of india and for the last so many years regularly giving my comments on various issues and getting the bonus points for the same, but for the last two months i am not able to login the same and every time i have to fill up my name, email, location etc for submission of my comment. I am not able to understand what is the real root cause for the same. I am also not getting any points for the same. My details are given below:

I am not getting newspapers from 1st june to till date.
I have registered complaint from my mail to "crm-times of india"

Now this is third reminder
Also tried to contact telephonically but fail to contact concern person
I lost one month subscription +cash purchase of newpaper,
In addition to above headache for follow up of the problem
Pl. Look into the matter,
Pl. Solve the problem as early as possible and stop my financial loss

I had taken yearly subscription for toi news paper. I had paid the required amount. My subscription no is [protected]. I had booked the complaint earlier also. Some body called me & ensured that i will get the coupan in a day or two. I am still waiting. Iam realy frustrated with toi. How come a company like times of india group can cheat simple civilians like this.

There are several comments that are aimed against our prime minister. There are abusive messages against 'bhakts' and several are dividing the nation. I have looked up these individuals and on other articles they make anti-india comments and pro-pakistani comments. Most of these individuals do not have a location displayed.

Toi is a great newspaper however your image is getting tarnished and unknowingly you're playing a role in spreading hate within the nation (I'm not confusing this with freedom of speech).

What actions could you take in this regard? A permanent solution would be required rather than just deleting certain comments.

There has been a misleading act by toi newspaper, where times group has given an add of 2 free movie tickets with no conditions mentioned on the advertisement. Upon calling the designated people on the add, once they say no tickets and next they say shop at our place for inr 40, 000 then only tickets will be given.

This is a complete misleading and general public harassment act by times of india. I need the movie tickets that has been offered to myself being a toi reader and also an apology for this kind of act.

Else being a lawyer and youngster of this nation, i will post this complaint + article of your newspaper and the call conversation where i was shared no support to social media as well as will go to consumer court to seek justice.

Advertisement says grab your free 2 tickets at 2pm from the place and the people on the place as well as toi call center people are harassing me since this morning.

Dear sir / madam,

I have sent mail to toi support a year ago requesting for combo subscription of times of india and et. However after multiple followup over mail and phone, no response from them and was forced to take toi+mumbai mirror. Now subscription is due for renewal and once again approaced support, as usual no response.

The local newspaper distributor keep stating that toi has stopped the combo - toi+et whcih is not the case as other distributor are providing to their customers.

Appreciate quick response and action against such distributorto safe guard the interest of consumer.

Can you verify and confirm if this is indeed true and revert asap

Economic times annual subscription was taken by me which got delayed by toi.

Times acknowledged the error and started the paper 3 months late.

They even marked the mail stating they will compensate accordingly.

However they did not honour the extension and stopped the paper supply.

After highlighting they are just saying sorry.

I am solicitous of reading news paper. I usually prefer toi for quenching my daily news hunger. But i have felt that there's an area of your bombay times which needs some amelioration.
With the responsibility of making your readers aware of their arena, i feel your papers are also playing a vital role in the fiels of mental, emotional and spiritual development. I am unhappy with the images of the actresses that is displayed in the industry section of bombay times.
With decent images and good articles, toi will still be better. I haven't seen any inappropriate content in any other news papers except that of yours.
I initially thought of ignoring it, but seeing the no. Of people who prefer toi, i am putting this complaint. I am a student and i expect toi to help increase my gk like any other student.
Therefore i besiege you to stop displaying useless physical stunts done by the actresses, and ask you to make your bt contents more decent.

On[protected] i placed the complaint to change the location of delivery of the news paper along with the new location address proof.
As of now i am getting the news paper delivered on my new location.

I am keep on dropping mails, you people just replying same template message.

Really irritated and feedup by your very bad customer care. Please don't use Chennai's No.1 daily, your customer service and subscription team really waste not sure whether it's functioning or not.

Will it take 2 month for you people to figure out the newspaper delivery issue?

When I am calling your subscription department no one is picking the call.

I have the receipt of my subscription, if I am not getting call from your team with the actions taken we will moving to consumer court.

Please don't reply with same previous template message it irritates.

I have paid 112500 to timespro institute that they have promised to give 100% placement in private bank in operations. During the course of 4 months they said after completing they said we will be placed immediately. I have joined in the month of november 2017 and completed the coures in march. But still i am unemployed. Due to that i am feeling depressed of no job. I am not answerable to my parents because i have waste my time and money. Some of the other students are also their with me facing same problem. I request to please help us in solving the problem and fight against them. We are unable to talk with them as a students if any support you can give to us..

I have paid my renewal subscription on 26/06/2018 through chq. But till today i have not received my renewal coupon. My subscription was expiring 15/05/2018. The supply of new paper will be cut off if don't give the renewal coupon to the news paper agent.

I have subscribed to times of india newspaper for quite some time now. However, it's really disheartening to inform you that despite paying for the full subscription the newspaper vendor is demanding for some service charges of rs 100 per month. The vendor mr. Hazare has stopped delivering the newspaper, for now, more than a week. I requested times of india via email however they have still not replied to my email. Very poor service from

I have placed 3 orders, on 11th, 14th and 15th of june at firstcry.com to be delivered at varanasi (My home). The payments have been made thru online transaction. The items were suppose to be delivered on 18th june and thereafter. On app the items are showed as delivered by we have not received any. Escalated at customer care but no action. Please help.
