I have purchased combo offer from mr verma vendor for newspaper distribution in saraswati vihar c-block delhi110034, coupons not received till date, amt rs 993 cleared via cheque no 382662 in favor of bennet coleman coon 23/11/2017 from sbi pitampura, i got a call a month back from some executive that coupons will be handed over to my vendor in a day or 2 but still no sign. I am a retired senior citizen staying at 107, state bank colony, g. T. Karnal road delhi -110009 and regularly reading the times of india for the last more than forty years. I understand from other toi readers that toi gives combo offer discount coupons to their loyal readers through our newspaper hawkers. I requested my hawker mr. Inder kumar many times for the coupn but he has never given any coupon while others have received...

I had a yearly subscription for the times of india newspaper. But the newpaper man is not supplying regularly with my newspaper. He didnt provide me with many newspaper and he also took my all coupons by misleding us with wrong informations. I want your team to assist me. This is an serious issue please assist me with proper steps so that i can get my newspaper daily....

I have not received any kind of response for my below mail till date.

Chandru who started distributing the toi had stopped abruptly since two weeks. On phone he conformed that daily he is getting 6-7 papers less and hence he discontinued.

I have been reading toi since more than 30 years. But after changing my place of residence i have discontinued reading since two months even paying...

I kaveri rana bhardwaj will like to submit a complaint against reporter shafak from toi noida for publishing a defaming article about my ngo. He claims he has facts supporting and i have facts supporting his partial, selective and unethical reporting. This time despite all evidence, he is supporting an illegal breeder.

Payment made by through cheque on 5 may 2018, my plan should start from today (15 may 2018). Your executive mr. Priyank gupta noted the wrong address on my receipt trying to call him but his no is not finding valid, kindly help for same we not recived any news paper....

My subscription no. [protected]. Your representative raju chaudhary had 2 cheques from me and assured me for various gift vouchers. I m waiting from last 25 days, but no gift vouchers were received by me.

Your company is required to initiate legal action against this fraudster, cheater as i had paid amount on relying times of india, and in return what i get.

I’ve been checking for the past 2 weeks or so, toi has been putting too much emphasis on the movie raazi. I seriously don’t know why toi is endorsing a particular movie soo much. Two pages fully filled with the reviews on the movie. Its almost irritating to look at toi putting something about the movie every single day. It’s hightime you write about some other content....

In chennai avadi area on sundays, i am not getting some supplements on a regular basis. If this happens in the whole area it amounts to tons of paper pil₩ferage.14 pages are missing which i notice for the past few weeks. Speaking tree & times interact are not delivered.
Which point it happens is not known. Whether unintentional or systematic pilferage?...

Today morning i got tension after seeing time of india news paper chennai edition.in paper alignment is not as usual because of additional advertisement. It is very difficult to handle the news paper reading while travelling. Please don't do that additional information or advertisement.. (Paper size is different and is not equal size also alignment)

Sports page o[censored]r paper is not updated of today that is 11th may 2018 i am from bangalore and this is not the first time it happened... Many times i observed sport news is not updated or it is old for example the points table of vivo ipl 2018 is not updated after yesterday's match... I mean u r national news paper and these mistakes can't be afforded... Look into it seriously...

One of your distribution agent by name isha ([protected]) came for renewal of subscription and got swipe machine and we did the payment towards annual subscription under offer for 550/-, however, its been more than 25 days now we didnt receive our paper, i also sent an sms to toisubs and one of your team members called and said she will get the issue resolved but it is unresolved.

Sir i want to say i take a subscription of 9 months of toi but the newspaper of greater noida shivam news paper stop my subscription at 7 months... Not given my paper from 20 days.. As i say to him... He is not given any response he was the worst newspaper agency in greater noida plz take it seriously he cheated me... Take the full advance money... Now he doesn't give me newspaper as he was promised......

I have paid rs.795 for the yearly subscription of times of india, new delhi edition in january 2018.

The cheque was collected by the agent for this area.

But till date i have not received the vouchers / coupons for its delivery.

I have been paying my vendor monthly for toi and nbt being delivered by him.

There is no response from the toi customer care no. And also from the agent...

There are traffic signals at a very crucial junction at vidyanagar called "nccjunction" located near schools and osmania university. I have noticed many times that at any time of the day irrespective of the traffic, setwin buses do not stop at the signals and speed away dangerously without bothering for the red signal. This may lead to dangerous consequences. Hence it is requested that action be taken to check this violation by the bus drivers....

My subscriber id is 36420860 and order form no is ndh 013207. My subscription started from 16.03.2018 for one year. Iam yet to receive my free gift a trolley air bag. Constant follow up has evoked nil response. Once in a while their customer service person calls to ask are you getting paper regularly.. Are you having any compliants etc etc but not a word about the free gift... Surprising indeed... Anyway i am forced to stop the paper once...

I reads your new paper online daily basis. I noticed that your team is displaying very bulgar photo that make me very uncomfortable to reach the your news paper with my family special with our children i. E."steamy picture of sunny leone" on 03.05.2018. You are requested to stop to displaying these type of pictures.

Very funny experience. I have been a subscriber of times of india for 5 years. The delivery person unfortunately died and the chap who took is a very arrogant fellow. While renewing my subscription in feb2018, i had been to times of india office, gave my cheque and asked for a change of delivery person. I was promised. But it is may2018 and no newspaper.
I need the subscription validity to be changed for one year from say 01june2018...

Myself amita prasad called on the customer care number[protected] for the confirmation of our subscription of the newspaper. The cheque was bounced and i wanted to know about the exact amount and the bifurcation of it. But the executive disconnected the call when asked for her name and was very rude. And thereafter did not picked up the call. Kindly look into the matter and give me a reason for her behaviour and a required solution for...

This refers to the above said subject subsequent i have made complaint against the vendor for non – supply of news paper so far and demanding for extra delivery charges.

I made a call to customer acre and officer informed me there is no extra charges for delivery and so far the vendor – rajapati mishra has not deliver any newspaper against my subscription.
