Earlier the newspaper was delivered to flat no. 34, tirumala towers, street no. 1, m j colony, moula ali. We shifted on the 20th of last month. My receipt no. Is rta322292. I request you to kindly assist your staff to deliver the newspaper to the above address.

Its been almost 2 months since the new syllabus textbooks for std 10 ssc board have arrived... However the notes and digests (Target publication, master key, unique solution etc) are not yet available in the market...
On enquiry i came to know that there is a tussle between the government and publishers...
We still have no idea about when these books would be available...
How r the students going to prepare for their exams...
Year after year students and teachers have depended on these books for better performance and faster learning...
It is extremely unfair that this batch[protected] of students have to suffer without these books which was easily available to everyone in the past...
Why is the govt torturing us???

My vendor name is ambure. He not supply us newspaper everyday. On some days he stays absent. Even after complaining him repeatedly there is no change. So we would like to change our vendor.

I have subscribed in january 2018 for annual subscription of times of india by paying a cheque (Syndicate bank) of rs. 795/- which is cleared on 1st feb 2018. Myself bhupender parashar, resident of shipra krishna vista, indirapuarm, ghaziabad.
The agent's name is mr. Tarun (Mob. [protected]) whom i handed over the cheque at my home only. Now the phone is never picked up even after several try.
Please resolve.

Today's i. E. May 29, 2018 contains sample of vaseline spf 24 pa+ (9 ml). Which is missing from my edition. The sample may be already removed by vendor. This type of activity observed in past also. You are requested to look into the matter and try to resolve my complaint by taking some action on vendor so, in future he will not do the same activity again.

My subscriber id 35632477 and have paid for subsription. How ever i did not get the news paper for past one month. I wrote multiple mails to the customer care id and communicated the same over phone to[protected] please find the some of the complaints which has been raised by my end 1563674, 1562654, 1558096
Always customer care team informed the resolution to be done with in 48 hrs. And the auto generated reply stating that the issue has been sent to the respective team for solution. But till date nothing has been made from toi and their team members.

I am securing news paper through a local service provider in pune aundh area near sakalnagar
2. I take times of india and maharastra times (Marathi) - a combi.
3. I notice that price quoted on et that states that cost of the paper is rs 4 (Along with mata). This rate is superscribed on the paper i get (Which states that this price is applicable for home delivery in aundh pune along with times of india)
4. The paper distributor collect rs 170 monthly for both papers as against rs 120 per month that is supposed to be charged as per the economic times top portion states.
5. The distributor says he is paying at rs 170 to times of india.
6. I have been paying for this paper for last more than 10 years at this exhorbitant rate.
7. Infact i had paid seperatly yearly subscription charges for mata in their schem,

This is nothing but a cheating not befitting to the stature of any news paper more so for a prestigious publication office like times of india group.

This is to inform you that i am not receiving the times of india paper for more than 4 months. I have paid rs.499/- for the 1 year scheme in dec 2017, but now i am not receiving the newspaper for more than 4 months. We have also informed the person who have collected the cheque from us, he said that the paper will be delivered henceforth but still not received.

Kindly help us in this regard.

I booked your online for my director through colours holiday for paris and london. I was contacted by mr haaziq and he arranged the tour and got transferred 182613 in his axis bank account as advance and he took passport from me in my office on 26 the april. After that he called on 11 the for visa but on 10th may he cancelled giving some excuse and disappear from the scheme giving number of his boss who again took 17 the may date and he stopped receiving calls after that though he was receiving msgs and now since yesterday he picked call and again giving new stories. I have complained against him at tilak nagar police station. He returned the passport through courier and as all his addresses on email were fake. But his bank where i transferred money is of indirapuram. I have all the proof of this fake agency. When i went to that address there is another story told to me. This colours holiday has fake identity online. I am cheated by this agency they not only ruined our trip but got huge money transferred as advance. Mr khan is giving all fake promises to return money but hasn't returned the money

I am a customer of times of india and nbt at dhingra newspaper agency (Palwal-121102). I had yearly subscription of both newspapers. He is already giving newspaper only 10 months out of 12 months and reason which is explain by him you are not giving him any commision. After that he is delivered newspaper only 5 or 6 days in week. He is saying you are not providing saturday and sunday newspaper for yearly subscription. Kindly solve my problem and take strictly action against him.
I would furthet request kindly take appropriate action against him.

I have purchased combo offer from mr verma vendor for newspaper distribution in saraswati vihar c-block delhi110034, coupons not received till date, amt rs 993 cleared via cheque no 382662 in favor of bennet coleman coon 23/11/2017 from sbi pitampura, i got a call a month back from some executive that coupons will be handed over to my vendor in a day or 2 but still no sign. Please see

I am a retired senior citizen staying at 107, state bank colony, g. T. Karnal road delhi -110009 and regularly reading the times of india for the last more than forty years. I understand from other toi readers that toi gives combo offer discount coupons to their loyal readers through our newspaper hawkers. I requested my hawker mr. Inder kumar many times for the coupn but he has never given any coupon while others have received those coupons.
I shall be thankful if as a gesture of goodwill such coupons are also sent to your loyal and addicted reader like me.

I had a yearly subscription for the times of india newspaper. But the newpaper man is not supplying regularly with my newspaper. He didnt provide me with many newspaper and he also took my all coupons by misleding us with wrong informations. I want your team to assist me. Chandru who started distributing the toi had stopped abruptly since two weeks. On phone he conformed that daily he is getting 6-7 papers less and hence he discontinued.

I have been reading toi since more than 30 years. But after changing my place of residence i have discontinued reading since two months even paying annual subscription.

Being a national's leading news paper, this kind of nil-response to a complaint from a frustrated customer is highly regretted and expecting immediate reply and action to resume delivery of daily news paper from tomorrow or you may cancel my subscription and return my amount immediately without any further delay.

Priyank gupta noted the wrong address on my receipt trying to call him but his no is not finding valid, kindly help for same we not recived any news paper.

I’ve been checking for the past 2 weeks or so, toi has been putting too much emphasis on the movie raazi. I seriously don’t know why toi is endorsing a particular movie soo much. Two pages fully filled with the reviews on the movie. Its almost irritating to look at toi putting something about the movie every single day. It’s hightime you write about some other content.

In chennai avadi area on sundays, i am not getting some supplements on a regular basis. If this happens in the whole area it amounts to tons of paper pil₩ferage.14 pages are missing which i notice for the past few weeks. Speaking tree & times interact are not delivered.
Which point it happens is not known. Whether unintentional or systematic pilferage?

Today morning i got tension after seeing time of india news paper chennai edition.in paper alignment is not as usual because of additional advertisement. It is very difficult to handle the news paper reading while travelling. Please don't do that additional information or advertisement.. (Paper size is different and is not equal size also alignment)
