Toi is sending the executives that if we pay 499 paper will be delivered for 1 year. Now i will explain how the scam works they don't deliver paper if we give complaint they will send paper for 2 days again they stop delivery of paper, again if you give complaint they will send paper for 2 days... How many times do you have time to complaint and follow up. This is happening all over the country i enquired many of my friends same case with everyone. Everyone should come front to show this big scam happening...

I want to complaint against your ads which you publish without any authentication of the online site sale/shop. Never expected that toi could be so irresponsible that they publish the ad and support fake sites. I am one of the victim of hyperkart market online site which looted thousands of people across india. This is one the worse experience ever. Strict and necessary actions should be taken against the site owner and even toi should be suspended from giving such ads. I would suggest no one to believe toi ads as they exploit the full rights of democracy to cheat common people of the country.

Today i happened to read your newspaper, bangalore edition. From first 10 pages its 8 pages ads!!! That too full page. Show some dedication and respect to your paper. Are you times of india or ads of india??? Give us real news instead of filling our heads with crappy ads everywhere. We are also paying money for your paper, not just ads. Stop being money grabbing #.

Stop whipping an gandu amitabh bachchan #. U dedicate whole paper to a useless guy on his birthday, why... Because he is a part timer of times of india and attend all media function and reality shows, or just because he knows where to go at which time indira gandhi, mulayam singh, now modi. Weren't there any other real superstar of bollywood who's birthday should be celebrated this fassion? Perhaps they don't say u. P me hai dum jurm yahan hai kum. Last october, ie 2016, i was visited by one of your executive, who gave me his visiting card as under:

He explained the "subscription offer", collected a cheque for rs 499/ and assured me that once the process is complete, i will receive a "travel bag" as gift.
Well my cheque got cleared, and i started to receive my news paper per schedule, but nowhere was the "travel bag".
I called the above number of mr s. Kesavaprasath, not once, not twice, but more than 3..4 times, and never received any confirmation on the status of the travel bag.
Then i found i was being kicked around like a football, from one team to another, but nothing seemed to be happening.
Sometime last month, i received a mail which informed me that my subscription ends on 31/10/17, and when contacted the person on the other end was willing to come and collect the cheque, but when i raised this issue, there was no answer, and nothing happened later.
After that, this afternoon i spoke with mr kesavaprasath about this issue,, who informed me that he will call me back in "one hour". I waited for 4 hours till around 5.45 pm and called him back, and he came up with the excuse that my area "mylapore" is under another person, and that he is in the washroom. He assured me that person will call in just about 10 minutes, i waited for almost 45 minutes, and then called mr kesavaprasath, who by then knew my cell number and didnt pick up the call. I kept calling atleast 2.. 3times, but no response.
In a major organization like toi, is this the way your executives, treat their customers???
I had opted for toi, since i am a mumbaikar, and have been reading toi, since my childhood.
Do i opt back to the hindu, which is a better option???

I am ankika barthwal resident o[censored]ttarakhand. I have been recieving calls regardimg anjali part time services an advertisement given in times of india. The callers are from southern part of india. It has been over an year that i have been recieving such calls. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest as it causes a lot of inconvenience.

I contacted verma agency (Delhi) for the matrimony adv. The contact person was komal sharma. She offered sangam package and told me that adv would be issued in toi plus nav bharat times in multiple cities. I paid 7400/- for the same. But the adv was not issued anywhere except in jaipur city. When i contacted her and asked for the bill and other details she didn't cooperate infact mishaved.
I request you to look into the matter asap as its highly disappointing that a leading newspaper's name is associated with such fraud people.

My i'd no is 36098784 & order no is ddb 0108508. I have already paid rs 795/ by cheque which has been deducted from my account. This is for 15 months under the times mega offer. I have received coupons from times of india office. My subscription was to start from 1st september, 2017 but even after a lapse of one month the delivery of newspaper has not yet been started in spite of sending smss two times. I tried to contact the readers cell at[protected] many times but failed to speak customer care exec due to engaged phone lines.

Kindly do the needful to start delivery of newspaper immediately.

I am an annual subscriber for toi, chennai edition for many years. I live in 2nd floor, annai illam, 82 appu street, mylapore, chennai - 600 004.
However, the news paper vendor (Contact [protected]) who use to deliver toi regularly at my residence in the aforesaid address is now refusing. He insist that the news paper will be kept at the ground floor near two wheeler parking.
I faced similar problem last year also since the delivery boy keeps changing and hence the time & place (Time varies from 6.15am to 8.30am & place varies from near the gate, two wheeler parking, 1st floor to very rarely in the 2nd floor)
I was reluctant to renew my subscription this year due to this and informed your dsa (Code:cr2915) accordingly who assured to change the vendor if such problem repeats.
The problem has resurfaced again for the past two months. I have to wait till 8.30am and then check at all the places including ground floor and main entrance from road. Many a days i buy the news paper despite the annual subscription.
I am left with the following options now:-
1. To continue with the present vendor and bear the trouble and keep buying from outside also, which i do not want to.
2. To change the vendor with your assistance.
3. To terminate my subscription and buy elsewhere.
I seek your reply to assist me and assure to continue my subscription in the coming years.

The headline "brush with racism made jagmeet aware of issues". This article depicts racist mindset of the writer (The times of india) who shamelessly quotes in his/her article "as a brown guy with a strange name and headgear...". I outrightly condemn this writing and would take up social media and all other means to create awareness about the stereotype mindset of times of india writers/columnist.

There was printing error on your front page of "times property" dated 30th september, 2017.

Error is date mentioned "december 31, 3017 to march 31, 2019.". Year mentioned 3017.
It should be 2017 as since its related to government information so it's very important and correct it.

We do not receive the magazine section (Doon times) on a number of days.in addition the main paper mentions a certain number of pages and we daily have a few sheets short. I contacted my supplier and he says this is the way it is sent to him. Why do you have no control over your delivery system? Do you understand what this is doing to your reputation as it is a fraud and theft? I saw an advertisement of a full page in the newspaper regarding a discount on the application(Hypermarket kart). The application is a fraud. Times never even checked the company, pathetic!

Times have also advertised about the same company many times in different states. Disgraceful!

I ordered the product from the application on google playstore; however, the product is not received nor the refund. There is no response from the company too. I was charged 2516 for the items.there was the advertisement for the same on the last page of TOI newspaper. I just received the confirmation on the same day when the order was placed and there was no communication from companys side after that. However when I applied for refund they informed me that i will get refund within 24hours but again after that no communication.
