I saw a huge full page add in toi and looking at discounts tried to order required groceries. Site is extremely slow and not done by proffssional. It took 2 hours to order just seven commonly used and branded materials. All items were listed and even discount was adjusted. Shipping/billing details were also given and payment option of credit card was selected. Before i could enter details my shopping cart showed zero items. And then nothing worked and i was asked to go through the ordial again.
I wish toi checks about the company's credentials before giving such big and tempting adds.

As per the ad placed on toi on 3rd page on 12th september, 2017 for hyper market kart, place order for minimium amount for rs 5000 get 50% and that too last day to avail discount, i checked previous issues of toi, there are no ads.

I also placed order on 12th sept for rs 5156 with 50% discount, rs 2578 were debited from my account, there was no cod options, when i call there customer care number, phone does not go through. I googled the site, there many complaints against the said site from other states also. I have been cheated.

I don't understand, how such reputed newspaper could place their ad. When they have not placed any previous ads and claiming last day for purchase that on 3rd page.

I was added items for rs.5005 and applied coupon mentioned in the newspaper ad for hypermarket kart-an app-grocery store. The final amount was 2503 and tried to checkout. There is options for google and facebook account along with normal registration process. While firstly i tried with facebook account, another page opened where again the credentials needs to be entered. This is when i became suspicious and stopped checking through facebook and registered through signing up the site. It did not happen very easily. App is very slow and after several times of effort registration was comepleted and one message came to my registered phone number with a single line of welcome note.
Though i have given mail id also, no mail received.
As the site activity is not normal, i prefered to choose for cod but there is not cod option.
Full amount needs to be paid and this is when i searched in google and flooded with lots of complaints already registered against the site.
I have checked the app in playstore once more and lots of grievances already posted there, too.
No doubt, this is a fraud site and already they have cheated many people.
Before posting an ad to a very popular newspaper, which is having customer in many thousands, times of india must have scrutinized the authorization of the ad-giver.

In today's toi bengaluru edition, theres an ad about hypermarket kart offering 50% discount, i ordered using the app, and when i wanted to make some changes in my order i got to know it's a fake app and fake company please give me their contact details and help me get my money back, some other friends also ordered because it was published by toi, as is in 12 sep bangalore edition 3 page bottom corner

I am subscriber to toi + et (5) days, after several months my vendor asked for payment of some supplements like wealth and speaking tree.

When the payment of rs. 993/= was accepted such variation of terms were not told to subscriber and its subsequent variation of contract on a consideration which amounts to unlawful loss to subscriber and unlawful gain to publisher / vendor
You are hereby requested to withdraw the bill of supplements immediately failing which i shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action in civil and criminal law as per law of the land

My subscription no is [protected]. I still have not received my first subscription coupon. The subscription newspaper started on 14.08.2017. My newspaper vendor is following me. The said subscription should have reached by now. Also please ask the courier person to contact me before coming to the desired destination, so that i may guide him properly the address.

Earlier i was subscribing hindustan newspapers for the last so many years and availed their coupons also provided to me very professionally. Upon toi's request & solicitation, i paid for yearly subscription of times of india and economic times, but both, news papers in feb march this year around. Till date i did not receive any coupons, and have been paying to my news paper's vendor in cash out of my pocket, though i already had paid in advance as discussed above. Upon multiple followup to one mr. Ishwar (Mob no [protected]) from toi who came to known to me since i had booked the aforesaid coupons and made the advance payment thereof, today one person came to my door to deliver me duplicate coupons as he told me, and earlier confirmed by mr. Ishwar. First he rang my door bell impatiently many a times without even waiting for us for 30 seconds. When i saw that guy at my door, from his appearance he looked like a sweeper or labourer. As, he was brushing his teeths at my door with a 'datun' (A tooth stick may be of neem tree) but, he told me that he had my economic times and toi's coupons. He handed over me opened envelop containing those coupons. As the envelop was not sealed so i could have not acknowledge and sign it without looking the inside documents and check that. But that guy was badly arguing me, persisted to give him signed acknowledgement receipt from my end without allowing me an opportunity to check those documents which would have taken only 2 minutes. He said that he can't wait for any moment as i am not the only one to whom he has to deliver those coupons. He was spitting at my door side many times while arguing as he was brushing his teeths as well, as mentioned above, with a tooth stick. Finally he remain adamant not to allow me even few seconds to check me those documents (I. E. Coupons) in open envelop and started misbehaving even though i had asked him not to shout and misbehave in the presence of my neighbours.
The situation was going to take ugly spat that's why i returned him. I advised him many a times that if he wants me to give acknowledgement receipt of those open documents then he will have to stop misbehaving and allow me to check this documents and call you also, as i had lodged my complaint before you.
Please confirm me that as to how such a vendor can be associated with brand like toi? Does toi hire such crude, illiterate, uneducated, rude, i'll-mannered and street like boys as vendors, who prefer to brush and spit at customer's door like an animal and misbehave and look like a sweeper from their appearance or a hooligan while the open their mouth? Have you conducted police verification before hiring such vendors? Have you imparted required training to them before you send at customers doors and ring the door bell? How he was he authorised to carry a unsealed envelop as it was breach of confidential & personal information of the customer? By shouting and misbehaving early in the morning at my door before my neighbours, he tarnished my image. Toi has made me suffer by not delivering the coupons and sending such an unscrupulous people and disclosing my personal and confidential information to third party vendor putting me into any impending threats. So far i have no solution of my grievances.

I paid annual subscription. Vide order no. Ndf051843 id no.36112777and i had to cancel it due to i was assigned overseas job. Iimmedately cancelled and advised your office. The officials sent instructions for refund to the concerned people and told me that i would get back my money soonthis was a month back. But i am yet to get it.

Hi, i subscribed for one year toi newspaper in april through ref no cbl0001562 from chandigarh office. Payment has been debited from my account in may but still i am waiting for coupons. After numerous follow ups on[protected], no one bother to resolve for this. I am still waiting for coupons on my given address but has not delivered yet even assurances from the said number. Pls check and resolve.

I have given a cheque bearing no. 925601 amounting to rs.795/- in the month of june 2017 and same was cleared on 2nd august 2017 from my account. However, neither copy of times of india nor any coupon has been against said subscription amount. Hence, it is requested to give me details whom facilitate against my payment or start my subscription of times of india at as earliest as possible.

This in regards to my complaint against paris cargo, which is based in shariah (U. A. E).
On 6th june, 2017, i sent the cargo through paris cargo, person name shafiq - [protected], +[protected] who took 265 kgs, in total 7 cartons from my residence in sharjah.​ the cargo was booked under my mother name - mrs. Kiran lyall.​
It was informed that i will receive the cargo in 45 days, till date i am waiting for my cargo..
When my friend in dubai called him, after 15 days he gave her two numbers in india to trace the cargo.

Harinder called my mother ​on 28th of august, 2017 to reconfirm the pin code no.
He is now not answering my call at all, both of them.​ he did pick up the call after a day, where in he is just taking me for a ride, asking me unnecessary to send him watsup messages.​ ​even, i told him that i will pay your transportation cost which he told me is 4000 ruppess, but​ ​, still every time he pick my call, he is telling one or the other story.​

This man shafiq ran to india, is fraud and harinder sing is fraud. Full details are forwarded to bombay police, officer in charge - mr. Ramchander - did not reply, punjab police is not taking action, i already sent email complaint to them. Shafiq knows i have come back to india, is not giving me tracking details, not this man harinder is not giving any tracking number to me.
Please i need help to trace my cargo, more than that i need to catch these frauds who has no fear of the authority, no fear of law, no fear of god

I am really tired of toi service. I subscribed toi news papar 6 months back and cheque amount was dedicated 6 months back on 21/03/17 but till now i have not received any coupon for the same and now my news paper distributor is asking for payment, that means i have to pay twice for the same. Most disgusting is that they are calling repeatedly for subscribing more magazines and newspapers and not hearing my previous issues. I subscribed one of times magazine but my previous problem is not solved. Really unprofessional, now m going to stop reading and not going to toi to anybody.

It's already september and veterinary counseling of india doesn't update the students about the counseling notification for 2017. As a student the only thing i can do is wait and wait. No one is bothered about this. Seriously this is future for some students. I did a long term already and if they don't conduct what should i do. They are many students who are eagerly waiting for the counseling just like i am. The aipvt 2016 is still the same site in 2017. This is my future as well as few students out their if you don't take an action you are just going to destroy the veterinary doctors in the near future. I might take another year to become vet but i will always keep saying that no one is bothered about this the only thing they care is mbbs course. I hope you will take action asap please.

I am subscribed times of india news paper for 1 year w. E. F 01.07.2017 vide order no. 34186 to deliver at flat no. 402, gandhi towers, 48-19-7/d, vinayaka temple road, ayush hospital backside, sriramachandra nagar, vijayawada but the delivery is irregular. What is the use of subscription.

It is requested to cause necessary instructions to the concerned to regularly deliver the news paper to said address.

Very firstly my vendor has been incorrectly mentioned as anil sagre, whereas i dun knw who is he & my vendor is mr tushar (70032).

I had raised an complaint long back still its been a month i m not receiving my news paper.

I had given a request for matrimonial advertisement on 04.08.17 and i made the payment for it on the very same day. I was told by your executive mr. Asad phno. [protected] that add will be printed for next 4 sundays. It was duly printed for 3 sundays 6, 13 and 20. But add was not printed on last sunday 28 because of your team technical negligence. Reason being they printed my add twice in the paper of 20 aug.

Now my question is why should i suffer due to your team negligence and on the top of that mr asad is scolding me that why i didn't inform him after 20 aug?

How could i inform when i myself wasnt aware that ur team had printed my add twice on 20 aug.

I checked my add in first row on 20 and then why should i go through entire column to check how many times my add is printed?

Now ur team has denied to print one add which is left for last sunday?

Is this the customer service of reputed newspaper like yours? It was my first experience of matrimonial advertisement but i am highly disappointed by the service and behaviour of your employees and then you want customer to bear the loss by accepting that add was by mistakenly printed twice.

Can i expect some resolution for this???

I had given rs. 1262/- amount cheque for times with mumbai mirror subscription, and copy was supposed to start from[protected], but as of today i am only receiving times without mumbai mirror & even contacted ur executive sandeep who came to pickup cheque for subscription, but as of today no reply from his side.

I am sending you bank passbook xerox which shows amount rs. 1262/- has been deducted.
Sp pls resolve the issue.
