residing at C 505 Pandu Hari CHS Rai Residency Tisgaon Kalyan east. I am writing this email because I am not getting the TOI newspaper for last 6 months approximately. I am not able to contact newspaper vendor Mahendra regarding this. There seems to be a problem on vendor side. I have raised this with TOI customer care for last 4 months...

I purchased TOI coupons by making a payment of RS 699/- vide a cheque of above mentioned amount for a subscription of 15 months but till date I have not been issued coupon by the local TOI office.please send coupons at my registered address at the earliest so that I could redeem on Monthly basis.

I am a resident of noida & subscribe to toi. I keenly look forward to your magazine section everyday.

However, on friday, 17th nov'17, when i opened to read & solve the sudoku, word puzzle, crossword etc. I realized that it was a repeat of thursday's toi magazine section. I checked the solutions given on the said page, but that was showing something else.

I have subscribed for the times of india annual subscription w. E. F. 02.01.2017 to 02.01.2018. But from yesterday the vendor is not delivering the same. The vendor is now charging service charges. When i raised complain to the manager, the times of india, mr. Dominic, he now told me that some vendor is charging service tax and the toi has not control over the vendor. I am reading toi, mm, et.. This is happening on a regular basis now.. I can't start my day without all this 3 newspaper i am not receiving any one of them plz look into d matter as soon as possible hoping for a favorable reply... Last month only i have issued a chq of ₹ 2532/- in advance as i can't even stop payment as this is done to toi if it was postpaid services then i can duduct this at the time of payment but this is advance or prepaid...

Till date have not received money back or material against order.
