Vendor: sanjoy das lalu misbehaved​ with me today (03.12.2017) while collecting coupon for previous month and threatened that he will not deliver paper (Toi) from tomorrow. He is extremely rude & arrogant. He has shown audacity to declare that he is gifting papers of 15 days free of cost to me.
Please ensure appropriate action to ensure regular supply of paper from tomorrow, otherwise i 'll be compelled to lodge written complaint against the vendor to your higher authorities.

I'm deeply frustrated about the service and response provided by "the times of india" group employees.
One of your representative ramesh came to our home and collected the cheque (Rs.569) and cash amount (Rs. 30) for the newspaper subscription more than a month ago.
I have attached the scanned copy of the form. (Order number:320476)

He promised that newspaper will be provided from 15-nov onwards.
So far there is no response and no newspaper provided to us.
Ramesh has given a number of his manager ajit [protected] and he said he is not an employee.
I called up head office number and spoken to madhavi and prasanna today and they gave area manager name as shravan kumar [protected]. He is not picking up the call.

It looks to me as a big scam going on in the city. I want an immediate response and action on this.

As a common citizen of india i want to know why is times of india so biased in mentioning the names of the children who performed at a recent event at lucknow race course. There were three children who played drums but your article dated 2/12/17 has mentioned the name of only one student - neivan ahuja. I think we are free democracy and i am free to voice my opinion against this injustice.

And phoning at land line no[protected]/6639 1945 is an exercise in futility. Either these no continue to play automated messages or they simply switch to busy tones. It could easily be an worthy contender of sham number contests

Need some help. I have been living in saidula jab, ndh...30, near saket for over 5 years now. Not on one day has the paper been delivered before 0700/0715 hrs in morning. This is so, in spite of complaint to your distribution manger of this area. It's now getting to be 0800 hrs and the paper is yet to be delivered. I haven't seen a situation like this in last 40/50 years. I have always read toi. Being your loyal customer, i hope you will be able to rectify the situation. Many thanks

I have paid for annual scpscription on nov 10th and paid through icici cheque no 929320. We have not received any coupon or even the paper till now.
But the dealer who came and collected said he will start distributing the paper from 5 days of collection. We have not received any information or coupon or paper till now.
How we are not cheated since the cheque is paid to the famous times of india. Please acknowledge.
The amount also got deducted on nov 28th 2017.

Sir m not reciving my times of india with bbaytimes n mum mirror fr. Past 1 n 1/ 2 mths though my paper is schuled to b given till feb 2018. The vendor jayant patil n ur times employee ravindra pandey r harrassing us. They took cashh of 860 rs fr. Us for mth 15th june till 13th oct n said then only we will deliver papers. I am a resident of chandanagar and always pass by this route in the morning to drop my kid into school.

I see there will be lot many people who are mostly daily labours stand and disturb the flow if traffic and i see always fighting among them on the road... And there are couple of womens colleges where they has to pass by this route.

Why there is no action from the authorities and provide them an alternate place for the same. Thoghu it's happening over the years.

I, nataraj krishnan had subscribed for the annual subscription scheme for the past 3 years through gaikar paper agency, chunabhatti. The scheme included toi+bombay times+economic times. My annual subscription expires in november end, 2017.

I wanted to renew the subscription for one more year but without economic times. Your agent says it is not possible. If i subscribe to one scheme, i cannot change to another scheme. He gave me an alternative - i have to issue a cheque in any other name but not in my name. All this so that his customer base is intact and he can show new customer with cheque in new name.

I find both the above reasons ridiculous. A customer should have to choice to accept or reject a scheme for his own reasons and nobody should be coerced to accept a scheme just because a customer base is affected!! I think such reasons spoil the reputation of an esteemed newspaper like toi.

All newspapers are equally informative and there is information explosion through the internet and visual media. I'm waiting for a favourable prompt response, failing which, i would not hesitate to opt for another newspaper.

I have subscribed a TOI newspaper and my subscription I'd is 34751908 and
residing at C 505 Pandu Hari CHS Rai Residency Tisgaon Kalyan east. I am writing this email because I am not getting the TOI newspaper for last 6 months approximately. I am not able to contact newspaper vendor Mahendra regarding this. There seems to be a problem on vendor side. I have raised this with TOI customer care for last 4 months but didn't get any resolution. Unfortunately this is one of the bad experience with TOI.

Could you please look into this matter on urgent basis and start the newspaper at the earliest or refund of the subscription.

If you comment anything in times of india it will show a response that : (Once approved it might take a few minutes before your post is visible to everyone)
You will be shocked to see how much hate is there in comment section and some common accounts from across the border is always abusing india. It really became a pain to read any authentic views of people on a particular news related to india. After reporting those comment numerous times those account still exists example : lummheeng, max baloch etc...
I strongly believe times of india is behind this anti india act. And please verify the same by visiting any article in times of india about indian military, economy or foreign relation.

I purchased TOI coupons by making a payment of RS 699/- vide a cheque of above mentioned amount for a subscription of 15 months but till date I have not been issued coupon by the local TOI office.please send coupons at my registered address at the earliest so that I could redeem on Monthly basis.

Dear team,

This is bring to your notice that i paid the amount in the month of september -2017 to toi for 1 year subscription at my updated address, as per told by the toi's person mr. Kunal tare, (Mob:-) the newspaper will be starts from october-2017 but still it not starts. After it so many times i taken follow up from "crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com" mr. Surendra yadav but he never give me proper response or never come forward to understand or solve my problem. Also whenever i called to customer care number "[protected]" always call disconnect after 45 seconds.

Further going, these problems i facing last 50 days, request you to kindly take necessary actions on this. I already paid the amount then why i didn't get the services.

I am a resident of noida & subscribe to toi. I keenly look forward to your magazine section everyday.

However, on friday, 17th nov'17, when i opened to read & solve the sudoku, word puzzle, crossword etc. I realized that it was a repeat of thursday's toi magazine section. I checked the solutions given on the said page, but that was showing something else.

Doesn't someone check all this before it is printed? I look forward to spending about 2 hours doing all the above said things on the magazine section page. I was quite upset to see this & hence, i am reporting it.

I am regular subscriber at thodupuzha idukki dist kerala. For the past 3 days the supplementary is not being supplied. On contacting the local dealer, i am informed that the main supplier located at ernakulam is not supplying the same. I was given a mob no. But not able to contact him. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as it amounts to cheating. And will adversely affect the popularity of your newspaper.

Based on their advertisement that a travel bag would be given free of cost for subscribing to your newspaper, i made a subscription for one year. The delivery of the newspaper has commenced in july 17. But the travel bag has not been delivered yet despite my repeated complaints to their crm in chennai. I have sent repeated reminders to them. Every time they have said that the bag would be delivered shortly. But the assurance has not been kept up. It is now more than 4 months that i have been corresponding with them.
It seems that the company is fooling the customers.
