Respected sir/madam,
I am enclosing herewith the soft copy of the order. This is to inform that the news published in your esteemed newspaper “times of india” is not verified. This news seems to be against many innocent fathers.in the order it is also written “at this stage the court cant give the access”. It is because the matter of appeal is already pending. The meaning of this order is not taken into consideration in this published article in a proper way. The allegations yet to be proved by opponent. The allegations that the father pinches and beats to the child cannot be quoted as it is not a finding. Actually the child interview is taken twice by family court judge, who has not considered the alienation of child done by his mother against innocent father and child has been compelled to speak wrongly infront of judge by being tutored and brainwashed, also reason of lack of father child meetings. No opportunity to lead evidence was given to parties and the matter was decided. This family court order dated 22 march is also challenged in hc and is pending.
The 9 years old minor child do not have decision efficacy, he is wrongly treated by his mother. The father immensely loves his child.
The child permanent custody was with his father and access was given to the mother as per the consent terms during 21st may 2013. When the mother carried child for access she did not returned after 25th of december 2014, this is actually an abduction. Father filed contempt procedings in hc in january 2016 is still pending. The mother remarried with an elderly person and have her another daughter from him and also receiving child maintenance from her first husband. She filed modification of consent terms (M. A.) petition after abduction i. E in june 2015. Family court shifted custody to her without verifying the proofs on 22 march 2017. Therefore father filed appeal in hc in may 2017 is still pending.
Therefore the allegations on father are false and unproved and cannot be quoted as are misleading. It is the situation of many fighting fathers for justice of child custody who are falsely alleged by their estranged wives and courts are considering to prefer positively towards vendictive mothers. It is necessary to think about the concept of parental alienation. The custodial parent teaches wrong image about non custodial parent to the child. This is affecting badly on many children for their physical and mental growth. Child needs both the parents. The courts should atleast support the shared parenting plans, it should not be biased among the parents.
The source to give this news/article to newspaper wants to extend the plus points in their case. The father is almost fighting since almost three years.
Therefore kindly publish urgently clarification news incorporating this and the fact of the pending case else appropriate action will be taken against the article/news.
Kindly avoid the names and residence places.

My self pravin chandra shantilal domadia from 20/a ramesh mitra road kolkata-700025. I subscribed for the daily on 22.06.2017 i did the payment through cheque (Cheque no.-000091). It's been more then 3 months i didn't received a single copy of your daily. I received the coupons. I tried to contact my vendor sales team but i didn't received anything in concrete. Now i don't want your subscription & request you to process the refund for the same.

The times of india contains many photos of gods and goddesses.in india mewspapers are used for many other purposes after reading once such as for cleaning, wrapping food, etc. And at last they are thrown in dustbins.
My suggestion is to avoid printing the photos of gods and goddesses in your newspaper because gods' photos are considered very pious in india.

I sachin sharma, subscribed times of india on 21/06/2017 through a cheque of rs.365/- of icici bank. Soon, i started to receive the newspaper without coupons. Despite regular follow up with mr. Rana of times of india, i only got reassurances that the coupons were sent to a similar address at chandigarh whereas i stay in panchkula. The receiver of coupons was out of town for diwali. Mean while, mr. Rana enlightened us that the cheque wasn't encashed. While the bank statement shows it was encashed on 14/7/17. How ridicluous can it get? I have waited for 3 months for this matter to get solved. Do i have any other option than going to consumer court?

A newspaper agency named "anil kumar chaurasia" of sector 7, rohini, delhi-85 has been delivering toi combo to me. And every month the agency charges a fixed amount of rs. 290 whether it is a month of 30 days or 31 days or if someday like after diwali you dont get the paper. Also the agency is charging the service tax from us. Please inform me if it is mandatory (As the agency says) to charge us a fixed amount, because sometimes the total comes out to be rs. 268 or 270.
I think this is shear exploitation of the customers. My family have been reading toi for the past 15 years and this is how your agencies are treating your customers.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and i hope that you will take certain steps for the same.

Denial of pension to regional rural bank employees

Dear sir,
Regional rural banks (Rrb) were established by government of india in 1975 as the commercial banks fail to reach the rural poor. Now, there are 56 rrbs spread over 1107 districts with 31017 branches and 86555 working staff in 28 states.
Rrbs are jointly owned by government of india, sponsored bank and the state governments in the ration of 50:35:15 and focus on rural development and participate in all welfare programmes sponsored by state and central governments. The main business of rrbs is finance to agriculture and self help group besides other commercial activities which are more or less of commercial bank activities.
National industrial tribunal constituted by supreme court had recommended for extending the pay, allowance and other benefits at par with the respective commercial banks and the same is accepted by govt of india in 1987. Since then, rrbians are receiving “equal pay for equal work and some of benefits of their respective sponsor bank except the pension at par.
Rrbians, on retirement drawing paltry amount of pension ranging from
Rs 750/ to rs 2500/ per month after putting more than 30 years of service as per the epf pension scheme, 1995.
Deliberately “pension at par” with nationalized commercial banks is denied to rrbians on retirement throwing 30, 000 retirees, out of which 3000 already left for heaven, to pathetic condition with meager pension which is hardly adequate to support their advanced age.
On denial of pension at par to retirees of rrbs, division benches of karnataka and rajasthan high courts in 2011 and 2012 respectively directed government of india to implement and extend the pension to rrb retirees at par with commercial banks. Instead of implementing high court order, goi had moved to supreme court and filed special leave petition in 2012 stating that all rrbs do not have paying capacity and placed certain conditions for implementation of pension at par in rrbs which are not acceptable to the retirees as they are in discriminatory in nature and deny most of retirees of rrbs from pension at par.
In this connection, i would like to quote what supreme court has said on earlier occasions that “pension is a human right and be treated as deferred wages and the capacity to pay should not be an impediment to pay pension”. Therefore the argument of goi to deny pension at par to retirees of rrbs on selective basis is untenable and unacceptable. The special leave petition is being dragged for years together since 2012 by goi to defer and deny pension at par to retirees knowing the fact that goi has no ground to stand in this case and bound to lose if it comes for judgment thereby aggravating the miserable’s life who are not able to meet the both ends of life with meager pension.
Either supreme court of india expediting the hearing of case and giving final judgment or goi withdrawing the special leave petition only save the lives of 27000 retirees of rrbians and also bring cheers to other staff members in service.

Dear sir/madam,

There is no bus shelter for people to stand at adayar signal (Near pazhamudhir cholai, biba shops). Its very difficult for us to get bus to t. Nagar/gunidy/velacherry from that bus stop because of no shelter. People are standing in the road and motorists are going in pathways where we stand. During rainy days, it has become very difficult for us to stand there without shelter. Motorists are very rude if we don't move away and driving in the platform. I tried writing a complaint to mtc web complaint service. It is not working. So i thought i could write here.

A bus shelter is much needed as of now and please do something about the motorists driving on the platform where we wait for the bus. I kindly request you to take action in that place and do the needful.

Your help will be much appreciated.

Here we find that garbage truck didn't turn up this place from diwali.. We have raised our concerns to respective desk and shared complaints to many medias through mails, phone calls and msgs.. But non showed there interest to come back.. Finally we are here, the times of india.. We believe you will take care of our issues and post it, so that government will look after this and solve our problems... Because this place is surrounded by schools, temples, and many flats and shops.. Due to improper cleaning we are unable to pass this side and few people's are affected by fever.. Bad smell and lots of mosquitoes are placed.. We all well known dengue s most dangerous fever spreading all over the tamil nadu... Hence we requesting you to take neccesity action and make us to come out from this... I have attached few photos for your reference.. Pls look on to the pictures five baskets are filled with garbage and garbage been thrown into the road

I. Am staying in hasmathpet., manasarovar h eights.. Secunderabad... For the past 6months my wifi signal. Is not properly working... Getting irritated... Inspite of complaining so. Many times... Response is not good... If government is not providing the proper service.. Then ppl should go. For the private network.. I got one new modem.. After a day the same problem... Really fed up with bsnl..

There are a no. Of grammatical errors in your newspaper (Delhi edition). I am attaching a photo graph as a proof.

Here it is mentioned that ' a suicide note was written in malayali.' instead of malayalam. This reeks of gross ignorance on the part of the reporter as well as the editor. It is not pardonable even if it is said by a layperson in an informal setting then what to say about this one. One has to admit as an avid reader of this newspaper the standard has gone down in terms of reporting.

I have taken yearly subscription of toi, which was suppose to resume by 16th oct. However, i hv received the paper only once since i subscribed. I called vendor multiple times but it's seems he is not bothered at all. I request to extend my subscription for the days i didn't receive the paper.

Kindly look into this asap and take strict action against the vendor.

I have deposited annual subscription on[protected] vide order-cum-receipt no.14268949, rre: gautam santra, dealer: s. Sen, cheque no. 451264 and 451265 (Drawn on sbi) both dated:[protected] for rs.579 and rs.20 respectively.

Several communications to toi with the no.[protected] failed to evoke any tangible result. I have to pay the monthly paper bill to my paper vendor despite depositing the annual subscription as stated.

An early action is requested.

We are senior citizens and have taken annual membership of toi and et (5days) for 2016-17 which expired on june 2017. Vendor delayed the matter and now he is asking for cash payment and then he will renew the membership, the membership was in the name of mrs ishwer devi verma, 5 ganga apartments, alaknanda, new delhi.

Now please advise us as to how to renew membership for toi and et (5 days a
Week). We are ready to pay.

The delivery of toi has never been prompt, though in the recent past, it was fairly satisfactory; but the delivery boy is back to his own way, delivering the paper at will. The delivery is erratic in the recent past and today, even at the time of my filing this complaint at 0835 hrs, the news paper has not been delivered!
What irks me most is the fact that my neighbour who gets his supply from a different agent gets his paper, on the dot, every day, well before 0630 hrs!

The problem is faced during rainy season. The agent recklessly throws the paper without even considering that it will get wet. On asking for a replacement we don't get an answer.
Even after continuous requests of giving the paper in a proper manner in dry place, he doesn't take it into consideration.

Please look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.

I have yearly subscription with id 35643615 and oder form nde 007489. Today the vendor mr. Jeber singh ([protected]) abruptly stopped delivering the issue stating he has not received his payments!! I asked him where i am connected with your payment?? He bluntly replied i cannot do anything, you lodge a compliant with toi then only you will receive your issue!!! Now what is the remedy??

I paid rs.795 thru icici bank on 5.5.2017. Dsa code dd191. But so far i have not received coupon in spite of several telephonic complaints. Complaint no.1467951. Are you so inefficient? Please save your name and image and do immediate needful immediately. Vendor is pestering for payment and hence urgent action is requested

The resident of sahara grace were not received of gurgaon time on theses two dates as vendor calming that the same was not received from toi. The fact i would like to mentioned that the number of pages in these dates were126 and 86 respectively. We feel some mischief has been played by vendor or delivery boy. This has been taken up with toi in good faith and as regular reader.

These day, we are residing in gurgaon sector 10a since jan.2015..
Very often my newspaperwala don't gives us complete set as mention in the newspaper. When asked the reason, he simply says""whatever we receive we deliver "...
According to him this mistake is from the office from where it is being despatched...
I request you to please look into the matter, so that we enjoy reading fully.
