Dear officer in charge,

This in regards to my complaint against paris cargo, which is based in shariah (U. A. E).
On 6th june, 2017, i sent the cargo through paris cargo, person name shafiq - [protected], +[protected] who took 265 kgs, in total 7 cartons from my residence in sharjah. the cargo was booked under my mother name - mrs. Kiran lyall.
It was informed that i will receive the cargo in 45 days, till date i am waiting for my cargo..
When my friend in dubai called him, after 15 days he gave her two numbers in india to trace the cargo.
1. Kabir - [protected]
2. Harjinder singh - [protected].

Harinder called my mother on 28th of august, 2017 to reconfirm the pin code no.
He is now not answering my call at all, both of them. he did pick up the call after a day, where in he is just taking me for a ride, asking me unnecessary to send him watsup messages. even, i told him that i will pay your transportation cost which he told me is 4000 ruppess, but , still every time he pick my call, he is telling one or the other story.

This man shafiq ran to india, is fraud and harinder sing is fraud. Full details are forwarded to bombay police, officer in charge - mr. Ramchander - did not reply, punjab police is not taking action, i already sent email complaint to them. Shafiq knows i have come back to india, is not giving me tracking details, not this man harinder is not giving any tracking number to me.
Please i need help to trace my cargo, more than that i need to catch these frauds who has no fear of the authority, no fear of law, no fear of god

I am really tired of toi service. I subscribed toi news papar 6 months back and cheque amount was dedicated 6 months back on 21/03/17 but till now i have not received any coupon for the same and now my news paper distributor is asking for payment, that means i have to pay twice for the same. Most disgusting is that they are calling repeatedly for subscribing more magazines and newspapers and not hearing my previous issues. I subscribed one of times magazine but my previous problem is not solved. Really unprofessional, now m going to stop reading and not going to toi to anybody.

It's already september and veterinary counseling of india doesn't update the students about the counseling notification for 2017. As a student the only thing i can do is wait and wait. No one is bothered about this. Seriously this is future for some students. I did a long term already and if they don't conduct what should i do. They are many students who are eagerly waiting for the counseling just like i am. The aipvt 2016 is still the same site in 2017. This is my future as well as few students out their if you don't take an action you are just going to destroy the veterinary doctors in the near future. I might take another year to become vet but i will always keep saying that no one is bothered about this the only thing they care is mbbs course. I hope you will take action asap please.

I am subscribed times of india news paper for 1 year w. E. F 01.07.2017 vide order no. 34186 to deliver at flat no. 402, gandhi towers, 48-19-7/d, vinayaka temple road, ayush hospital backside, sriramachandra nagar, vijayawada but the delivery is irregular. What is the use of subscription.

It is requested to cause necessary instructions to the concerned to regularly deliver the news paper to said address.

Who makes a mistake on the word 'his'??

Several time i told to your customer we are not received our news paper in regularly, if you can not able to do this regular means can u please tell i will change the other options there are many news paper is there in near by me. I told to ur customer many times but i got no response. This is waste of our money. Can u pls arrange or return cash. Very worst service...

I have availed yearly toi subscription on 17th july 2017 & implementation date is 1st august 2017.

Very firstly my vendor has been incorrectly mentioned as anil sagre, whereas i dun knw who is he & my vendor is mr tushar (70032).

I had raised an complaint long back still its been a month i m not receiving my news paper.

I had given a request for matrimonial advertisement on 04.08.17 and i made the payment for it on the very same day. I was told by your executive mr. Asad phno. [protected] that add will be printed for next 4 sundays. It was duly printed for 3 sundays 6, 13 and 20. But add was not printed on last sunday 28 because of your team technical negligence. Reason being they printed my add twice in the paper of 20 aug.

Now my question is why should i suffer due to your team negligence and on the top of that mr asad is scolding me that why i didn't inform him after 20 aug?

How could i inform when i myself wasnt aware that ur team had printed my add twice on 20 aug.

I checked my add in first row on 20 and then why should i go through entire column to check how many times my add is printed?

Now ur team has denied to print one add which is left for last sunday?

Is this the customer service of reputed newspaper like yours? It was my first experience of matrimonial advertisement but i am highly disappointed by the service and behaviour of your employees and then you want customer to bear the loss by accepting that add was by mistakenly printed twice.

Can i expect some resolution for this???

I had given rs. 1262/- amount cheque for times with mumbai mirror subscription, and copy was supposed to start from[protected], but as of today i am only receiving times without mumbai mirror & even contacted ur executive sandeep who came to pickup cheque for subscription, but as of today no reply from his side.

I am sending you bank passbook xerox which shows amount rs. 1262/- has been deducted.
Sp pls resolve the issue.

News company times of india published one news on 25of august regarding baba's in india..
In that they also published about shri shri anandamurti ji, what he had publish that is incorrect news, without inquiry any news if something written by news paper that is totally illegal, u can go see in google all the allegation written by toi is proved wrong in court then how toi got dare to write..
It is serious issue, hope u ll get rectify soon by apologies that should be written on the first page of toi by them...

Your recent report on 'babas behind bars' has also featured ananda marga founder shri prabhat ranjan sarkar. The allegations that are made in him were totally baseless and he was proven innocent in courts. The high court has accepted that shri prabhat ranjan sarkar detention during emergency period was illegal and part of a dirty plot. How come you mentioned his name among the other culprits who are been declared guilty by the courts. This is extremely condemnable and ananda marga will report your news paper. Immediately take down the report and issue a public apology otherwise there will be grave consiquences.

It is my humble request to income tax department to kindly refund my tds amount for the year of 2013-14 and 2014-15. It is my hard eared money and it belongs to me.. I filled the itr but for the refund it is showing that time has expired.

Why the department is not returning my money? Please refund my amount at the earliest. Thanking you.
There should be a concern for the regular tax payers. As per the norms you punish to those who are not paying the tax timely and also penalize them. What about the common man? Sir/ma'am, please consider the request and allow me to file my itr refund and release my fund.

On 16.08.2017, i sent the following mail to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com. Still i have not received coupons. The concerned official has not shown the courtesy of even acknowledging the mail.

"dear sir,

I have been a regular subscriber of your times of india english newspaper.

On 17.07.2017, your representative called on me and collected a cheque no. 595393 dated 17.07.2017 for rs 993.00 (+ rs 6 in cash) towards 12 months combo subscription of times of india and economic times. The cheque stands paid through clearing on 31.07.2017.

On 25.07.2017, i received an sms from you informing that my subscription no. Is [protected].

My subscription is to commence from 01.09.2017.

However, i have not received coupons so far.

I have tried to contact your office on the telephone no.[protected] several times, but all your tele-operators remained always busy and could not answer my call.

Please look into and expedite despatch of coupons.

I had filed a case against indya estate bangalore sky view project in june 2015.
In june 2014 i booked a 2 bhk flat in skyview tower d. After signing the construction agreement and paying a sum of 5, 39, 189 and waiting for a year i found that the developer was not doing anything. On enquiring with biappa and filing an rti application i learnt that the land had not been transferred to their name. Biappa charges were also not paid to commence construction.in @017 the consumer court passed an order for indya estate developers to return the amount with interest. Inspite of two warrants being issued they refuse to pay the amount. When the police have gone to the office they have on one pretext or the other said that the director is not in the office. This tantamounts to obstruction of justice.

Your article "confessions of a vipassana virgin"published on 20/8/2017 sunday edition on page number 9 is totally baseless and wrong intended. Lakhs of students across the world, students, ceo's, jail inmates across the world have benefited from this wonderful technique given by buddha, which is taught free of cost out of compassion and goodwill, no business is involved in it. Kindly apologize for this article or i will write to information and broadcasting ministry. I am a vipassana meditator and a young 22 year old student and it has completely changed my life.

I am a resident of nallasopara east, yashwant park. All the residence have been receiving the light bills in some months which is very unusual. Every month from the year may 2016 when we had shifted to this place our maximum consumption o[censored]nit was 158 unit to minimum 100, but our may 2017 consumption unit came to 702 so from 650/-rs, we received a bill of 5600/-rs. Complaint was registered and we were made to see the higher authority, who checked the previous history and reduced the bill to 4800. When we again raised an opposition they send the technician and said pay the bill it will be adjusted next month.in june my consumption unit came to 240, so the bill was again 2400/-rs. Again we were told to pay the bill this will be adjusted in the next month. This month again we got a bill amount of 850/-. They ask to pay the bill saying the amount will be adjusted which is not done yet. Similar cases are noted in my neighboring flats, the msedc staff give different reason for the high bill to the residents. Every month there will be hundreds of people in the complaint center with similar woes. Please raise this issue as we have no other alternative due to the monopoly. Help us resolving this issue.

I subscribed for economic times and cheque was debited during 1st week of may 2017. Today is aug 18th 2017. Till today, i didn't receive either paper or coupon from toi. I called customer 6 - 7 times, everytime they would inform that they would send in 2 days, with no luck. I didn't see such unprofessional behaviour from a group who claims that they are professional organization and proclaim themselves on top always. This is really unprofessional and greedy behavior from a so-called professional organizaton..

I have complained on 1st aug.2017 regarding even after paying rs.1262/- i am receiving times of india without mumbai mirror, but even after 15 days there is solution to the problem.

So i request you to please refund my money after deducting the no. Of copies you have sent so that i can subscibe with any other leading newspaper.

I didnt expect this kind of service from times of india.

Waiting for my refund at the earliest.
