I saw an advertisement of a full page in the newspaper regarding a discount on the application(Hypermarket kart). The application is a fraud. Times never even checked the company, pathetic!

Times have also advertised about the same company many times in different states. Disgraceful!

I ordered the product from the application on google playstore; however, the product is not received nor the refund. There is no response from the company too. I was charged 2516 for the items.there was the advertisement for the same on the last page of TOI newspaper. I just received the confirmation on the same day when the order was placed and there was no communication from companys side after that. However when I applied for refund they informed me that i will get refund within 24hours but again after that no communication.

I purchased on 12th september and order #[protected] in amount of 5486.50. I didn't receive the order yet. It seems like a fraud. They published the add twice in toi on and before 13the september, almost using half page. So at this point not even planning to cancel the order as no communication received yet. Their email and phone not working. Suggest us how can we move to the consumer court on this...

I took a plan for nov 16 to nov 17 for newspaper. I paid whole money in advance through cheque. I am not getting the paper from one month. After so many complaints also my problem is not getting solved. The company man gives a lollypop that he will deliver tomorrow but that tomorrow is not coming. After reading the ad about hypermarket kart on 12th september 2017 in toi, i ordered and got cheated. If i hadn't read your paper on that day i would saved my money. I question you about your business ethics - r u hand in gloves with the cheating companies like hypermarket kart, dreams infra, tgs etc

With reference to the advertisement published in times of india, bangalore copy dated 13th september, 2017, on page # 22 (Full page) attached herewith; i would like to file a complaint of cheating against hypermarket and indiatimes group.

Even 11 days after, i have not got the delivery of goods which i paid for. The details of invoice from hypermarket is attached herewith.

The customer care number provided by the hypermarket app as[protected] is switched off since the day of payment. And there is no other mode of contact (Email has no reply) to the hypermarket group.

I request you to please look into the matter and justify the delay in delivery through either by indiatimes or by hypermarket and refund me the money along with

For the last 25 years or more, we 're reading this fantastic newspaper.
We have shifted to settled in gurgaon, after retirement from bank job in kanpur.
In gurgaon, we are not getting complete set of newspaper. On asking from the delivery man here, he simply says as papers receive, he delivers. Ft 23rd sept newspaper consist of 120 pages but we got about 72 pages or so.
Today 'issue of 92 pages delivers only 74 os so... This usually happens...
Now may i request you to pl check the problem from this shortfall come from,

This is to bring to your notice that ‘times of india’ carried the advertisement about hypermarketkart on august 29th and again on september 12th in bangalore edition.
Like many others, i too placed an order and received the mail saying that the delivery will happen within 10 days. However, there has been no delivery nor any reply to the phone calls and emails.
A number of customers have been cheated by the scam site hypermarket kart and the pleas of the customers are falling on deaf ears. The fact that a reputed newspaper like ‘time of india’ published this fake ad is difficult to digest.

This is to bring to ur kind notice that an advertisement was published in your renowned newspaper on 20/09/2017 regarding the recruitment of medical representatives from some pharmaceutical company, copy of the newspaper cutting is attached with this mail.
That advertisement had mentioned my contact number along with an email id which was later turn out to be fake. From that day i have been receiving several phone calls regarding that classified which is very disturbing n i have to face many problems due to thi. However neither i am related to that company nor i have any knowledge regarding that recruitment mentioning in your newspaper classified.
I have no idea why my number was being used up there i am a government employee working as a medical officer in up and such kind of news might affect my work n my image as a government employee.
I have logged an fir regarding this matter matter on 22/07/2017 (Copy of the fir is also attached)
M so shocked to know despite being such a renowned newspaper u have published that advertisement without verifying the facts and authenticity of its content which proves a gross negligence also at your part too.
Your such kind of gross mistake could drive me into a legal problem at my work place.
So i request you to kindly look into this matter immediately and rectify the mistake at your part with a written clarification stating my innocence in this whole matter in your newspaper as soon as possible

I and many more people have been cheated on one of the online shopping site. Following are my details:
There was an ad in the newspaper times of india on 10th sep, 2017 about the website "www.hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries using promo code bogo50. I had placed my order on 10th sep, 2017 using this promo code and the order amount after discount was rs.2640. My order number is "[protected]". I got sms notification as well after that. On 13th sep, 2017 i got another sms notification like your order will be delivered by 16th sep, 2017. But till time nothing was happened. I searched on internet and found that there are many complaints registered for the same. The customer care number[protected] mentioned on site is also not working. I tried email ([protected]@hypermarketkart.com) as well but no reply.
This is a fraud website and still it is available so it will fool more people. Another concern is like the newspaper is publishing a full page add for this kind of sites without any verification which also strange.
Please do the needful for my refund and take some necessary actions on the site.

We reside in bhubaneswar. We've subscribed to toi. The delivery person doesn't deliver us the special edition papers and magazine that comes with the news papers. We've reminded him several times too. We pay for everything but not getting the special editions. Today also same thing has happened.

In times of india and other local news papers @ vadodara in between 12th to 14th sept, there was an advertisement about hyper market kart offering discount 50% on grocery items. Me and my friend purchased item worth 20, 000 rs. After booking order, tried to call customer care but no one was responding then searched on net where we found there are other cases also. How can some one across india can cheat so many people at the same time?? This is the time where we have to fix the responsibility. News papers are earning by giving advertisement, they must verify. It looks they have cheated thousands of people across the india.

Sir, there was full front page advertisement of hypermarketkart in your esteemed newspaper on 10th september and on one more day later, offering flat 50 percent discount on groceries. I too ordered for rs 2511/- on 10.09.2017. Till day, neither items are delivered nor money is refunded. Many customers like me are cheated as it seems to be a bogus site. Kindly help me to recover the amount spent. Also, pls check the credentials of the company before putting the ad in your esteemed newspaper. Thanks.

It's sickening to understand that a group as huge as times group, is indulging in demeaning advertising just to earn revenues.
As per your advertisement dt.12.09.17, i ordered from hypermarketkart and there has been no response from them since then. Order id :[protected].
If this is not looked into immediately, hypermarketkart & times group will be slapped with notices. And this is not a warning, it's a simple request for you to adhere to your customers.

Dear sir / madam,
This is in regards to a company quince foods and beverages and hypermarket kart is one of its online store.
Now it has been noticed that this company has not yet delivered any of the received order.
On 10/09/2017, i have made a purchase of inr 2298 (Net amount after 50% discount), order number[protected], timed at 9.10 am, but i have not get any confirmation email or sms as of now.
This company has also gave an advertisement in times of india 3 rd page dated 13th sept. & in local newspaper as well.
This a fraud act performed by this company & also by all news papers where ever their add featured & misleading layman.
Therefore, i strongly recommend to look into this matter, so other people should take a note of it

Neither i have received my subscription newspaper coupen nor any information regarding who utilize my subscription amount has been received till date. The subscription amount of rs. 795/- has been deducted from my account through cheque no. 925601 on 2nd august 2017. Hence, you are once again requested to provide subscription details against aforesaid subscription amount otherwise i will take legal action under section 420.
