My bsnl land line with the number[protected] in satyanarayana nagar, gudimalkapur, mehdipatnam is not working since 10th november 2017, inspite of putting forward the complaint to the concerned authorities there is no rectification. They are constantly telling that due to the lack of labor they are not able to take up the work, which is quite not acceptable. I request the authorities to take up the matter and do the need full

I have yearly subscription with id 35643615 and order form 007489. Today the vendor stopped delivering the issue stating he has not received his payments!! I confronted him and he agreed to deliver but i should lodge a compliant. I asked him where i am connected with your payment?? He said he is helpless.. You lodge a compliant with toi then only you will receive your issue!!! Now what is the remedy??

Recently i have done annual subscription for toi. My vendor name is pramesh, kasavanahalli and lives in owners court, kasavanahalli, bangalore.
After paying full annual subscription fees, i am not receiving toi newspaper because of vendor dont want to do delivery for subscription and make famous.

Their marketing team is unable to handle the vendor and make him to deliver my copies. Contacted mr. Hemant, nandan for this issue but they are not in mood to support and looks to be fearing with vendor. Hemant refuse to share mr. Harish, marketing head no. Also because i want clarity on this after discussing with him. Plz look into same and support.

I look forward for your reply as soon as possible on same.

Toi has failed to give paper supply for the subscription. As money received, you have taken customer for granted. Past one month there is supply of paper, gave multiple complaints through telephone and mail.
As the present supply vendor is not able to deliver at even 7.30am and throws the paper as he wishes in parking space
And even neighbours building. Asked and requested for change of support vendor..
Calls come to me stating have you received the paper? That's all the communication.. Regret to have such careless community

Recently i have done annual subscription for toi from 25th november'17. My vendor name is prakash and lives in chandapura, bangalore.
After paying full annual subscription fees, i am not receiving toi newspaper regularly. Its coming very irregularly and 3 to 4 days in a week. I tried calling my vendor (Mr prakash) multiple times, but his mobile no is always out of reach. I messaged him complaining about same but till today i have not got any answer.
At last i am sending you this mail to complain about this.

I issued a cheque for the second year subscription which they came home and collected.

I have had a very bad experience from times of india m sorry to say this.

Refer to above news paper, times of inida bangalore edition was showing total 50 pages. But we received only 23 pages. Aditional bangalore times & friday spaecial real estate property edition was received to us. When we enquired with our newspaper distributor, he said he did not receive bangalore times and real estate property edition.

I have placed an order based on your advertisement in times of india’s bangalore edition dated 12th september for a value of rs. 5021.00 and based on offer 50% discount provided on total invoice value. A payment of rs. 2510.50 has been made through credit card. We have received the order confirmation accordingly and expected date of delivery is 16/09/2017. Since i have not received the delivery, i have sent out several reminders to your ids, but there is no revert. Contact numbers provided in website, 011 – 32032092 & [protected] are always on switched off mode.

This has forced me to write to payu team for refund of rs. 2510.50, where in they have reverted to get in touch with merchant directly.

Request for a speedy revert / resolution to my order no.[protected].

A copy of this mail is marked to toi for their information. Please check the credentials of vendors who is putting up the advertisement. If i am not mistaken, this was half page colour advertisement.

My name is kayur jain living in 110, 2nd floor jain colony delhi-110007 i had given two cheques of pnb for coupons in 2016 for 2sets of “timesofindia english newspaper”, on recieving coupons i had lost 4 months of coupons of both the sets of timesofindia.

On request of coupons, i was told by “kanishq tyagi your head at kamla nagar branch” with conviction that he will arrange for the coupons and told vendor for supply of newspaper but i haven’t recieved any coupons and there is a hiatus in supply by the vendor. It’s been since september this is happening.

He has been always late delivered paper at house after 8-8.30am so 3 days back when i told him to correct his timing bcoz late deliver of paper make no use for me he instantly reply - he can not before his regular timing if i (My self) want i can stop taking paper from him and next day he can to me house for payment collection which he did also. I found his behavior very rude and unprofessional (Rude behavior i notice earlier also but i did not minded) he never given proper bill and he takes extra delivery charge every month apart from paper cost.
I m looking solution from ur end on vishal news paper (Conatct no [protected]) and arrange times paper from other distributor.

At the outset i wish to express myself by sharing the atrocious incident with your mumbai mirror staff over the phone call.

I had called the mumbai mirror office but no one answered the phone. And when i contacted the toi head office, they transferred the call to mumbai mirror extension. The lady who spoke over the phone was more than ridiculous. She has no sense and she just surprised me with her ridiculed behavior. I am really surprised with the toi hr team to have recruit such personnel who aren't worth even a job. Toi these staff represent your company and not themselves, be careful with your image if it really matters to you.

This is a serious issue to be resolved.
By saying these lines against a woman player creates disappointment and depression in them.writing this irrelevant comment in newspaper is a really bad thing as a wrong message is being send about the player in all the readers.
I really wanted the writer to not write such type of comments against any sort of player.please please never write this comment after this.this is related to the photo dated on 7 December 2017 on women's badminton match in times of India

Sir/madam this is a complaint regarding a news published in toi kolkata, today, by one dwaipayan ghosh... He has wrongly used a picture in support of the news printed.. The parents shown in the picture were fighting for the school and the students against the wrong intentions of a certain section of the parents and a certain section of the media.. But this dwaipayan ghosh has completely misinterpreted the picture mentioning that they were fighting against the school. This has lead to a complete wrong information being sent to the school... I need immediate actions...

I renewed my subscription, paid by cheque (Chq. No: 18429 on axis bank, inr 579/-, chq no: 18430 of inr 20/- and paid cash inr 50 to the executive as he said to pay on july. On 14th august, 2017, the cheques were debited. Till date i have not received my coupons. Every month i am paying by cash to my news paper vendor. I called up several times to toi office, kolkata. Now a days, nobody is there to answer my call. When i called them up, they said, the coupons will reach shortly. Twice i received call from toi office, kolkata asking whether i have received my coupon. When i said i have not received, it was said that i shall receive shortly. But till date nothing has come.

I as suresh, subscribed times of india news paper for a period of one year from! St november 2017 to nov 2018 from trichy office, tamilnadu. I stays in bhel townshi. News paper is not giving everyday (Minimum 03 days in a week), paper boy is asking me to change to hindu, as he says the times paper bundle receive late from madurai office, hence he cannot provide to every day, also he stressed that he is doing this job as part time, he has to finish distribution before 6.30 am and go for his regular job at 8 o clock. When i contacted repeatably trichy ([protected], [protected]) as well as maduri[protected], [protected], times office (, but they are not taking any responsibility to provide me in time, bhel township agent m sakthivel ([protected]) also not responding positively. Hence i requested authority to act immediately or reimburse my balance amount.

Order no 14288497 & 14388497 of times of india newspaper subscription started on 15/10/17 and subscription name is srabani bhattacharyya still now not receive any coupon. Our vendor regularly pressured for coupon because three months already passed. Please provide our coupon as soon as possible because your customer care service not received the phone any time. We are helpless about the matter. My phone no is [protected].

Its a fraud being done by times of india with the help of staff and vendor. Every year customer gets maximum 9 to 10 months of newspaper
I booked the service in sep 2017.,., on 13 oct recd sms that services has started if any issue call on number but that number is always ringing
Mr vikram who happen to be incharge of greater noida is least interested in complain
Vendor mr lavaniya is making fool. He takes all the coupons either from vikram n team or from customer pretending that he will send the newspaper., but will stop delivering newspaper 2 months before expiry date.

Waste of money and effort. Suggest toi stop this business

Today's front page has godrej good knight activ+ lavender advertisement and has infused the fragrance in the page... The constant smell as you read the paper in the morning has caused irritation and headache... Please stop adding smell to the paper... You can attach closed sachet... Whoever wants to experience it, is able to... But not everybody is forced upon with this torture...
