At the outset i wish to express myself by sharing the atrocious incident with your mumbai mirror staff over the phone call.

I had called the mumbai mirror office but no one answered the phone. And when i contacted the toi head office, they transferred the call to mumbai mirror extension. The lady who spoke over the phone was more than ridiculous. She has no sense and she just surprised me...
