I have subscribed ET for One year and my son TOI with Mumbai mirror for One year at the same address. The vendor stopped delivering both paper From 1/05/2017 saying that he is shifting to village and I am not receiving papers till date (18/07/2017). He has also not delivered the papers more frequently in previous months.

From first week of May I have lodged complaint with TOI CRM Helpline for not receiving papers but till date i.e. 18/07/2017 I am still not getting papers.

Following are my Complaint Numbers and persons names to whom I talked for matter.

Many times I Contacted Mr. Anis (Area In-charge) AND
Mr. Santosh Sakpal (Area Supervisor) but no avail.

Mr. Santosh Sakpal visited me only for renewal purpose of ET in last week of June 2017 and he said he is not aware of the issue. As the subscription is going to end he cannot do anything about it and promised me to start TOI after fifteen days of July.

After 15th of July I contacted him for the issue for many time and I found he is still not done anything seriously about the matter and told me that it will take further 15 days to solve the problem. As after 15 days my this subscription is also going to end hence in other words I am not going to get the newspapers. Moreover he said that as vendor is given the payment of the papers which I have not received the amount also cannot be refunded and Paper delivery also cannot be extended.

Hence I request the concerned authorities to help me out in this matter.

I am a regular user of times of india. The news paper agency in my area (Desai news paper supplaiers, mr maulik desai) is trying to charge for me for the days i didn't use the newspaper.
I asked newspaper agency to stop newspaper for 10 days in may'17. Newspaper agency is saying that since these was changeover of hawkers, they have delivered the paper to my home so i would have to pay to this period too else they would stop the newspaper. I have been reminding them if i don't have any information from you about the change of hawkers for 3 months, how will i communicate to the new hawker for any change in newspaper?
The agency is very adamant, since they have monopoly, i have not option left, they have stopped my newspaper service even after paying the full payment till last month.

On 27th november, 2016 i have paid annual subscription of rs.499/-vide axis bank cheque number 0011196 dated 27/11/2016 payable to bennett colman ltd. The booking was facilitated by our local agent by name muthu for delivering the paper to an address at poonamalle.

Muthu, being an agent delivering toi news paper in our locality namely in around madanandapuram (Chennai -600125) contacted in my presence on the same day the agent of poonamallee who agreed to do the needful to arrange delivery of the paper.

Till date in spite of several reminders muthu is unable get the delivery done through the poonamalle agent. The usual answer is it is under process???

Kindly do the needful.

I have gave the cheque of rs 993 to the time of india exucutive for one year subscription. He told me i will receive coupan for the same and he started deliver newspaper to me (Times of india and economics times), my cheque got cleared on 15/06/16 (Cheque no. 171159 icici bank) but till date i am not recvd any coupan and the sad part is the newpaper agent who deliver newspaper at my house.. Charged in cash for the newspaper which he deliverd and told me "sir i have raised complaint in times of india they will deliver coupan at your house very soon" i am also trying to call times of india customer care but alas they hold around 15-20 minutes and cut the phon. To request them to deliver the coupan which they charged asap.

I have subscribed for times of india newspaper, chennai edition on dec 2016, i was assured that i will be receiving the gift which i haven't got yet, since from jan i tried following up with the delivery person, they then gave me the office number to check the status. When i called in the office they said they delivered in the month of march as per them but i haven't yet received the parcel. Initially on explaining this situation they said ok they are sending it again which i will be receiving in a week time. Waited for it some more time still i did not receive the parcel, then again i had to contact them and say that it is been still not received, and i had to again explain the situation from the beginning... This time they say please contact the courier agency who delivered in the month of march and gave me his number which says does not exist.

I dont understand why do you want to first promise that i will be receiving the gift, which you dont send, and when i call you to check the status then you commit that i will be getting it again in week time, and then later you tell me that please call the courier agency whose number does not exist. Don't you think for the gift you made me call you hell lot of time and still with no solution.

This is really annoying to know that big brands like times of india respond to the situation like this.

Sir, i have taken subscription of the times of india in month of may 2017. I do not avoid that they also issued coupons for the same (For 15 months). One coupon, i already given for the one month rent. But i misplaced the coupons at my home. Now, it is requested to you that please issue one more copy of coupons for me, so that i can get full benefit of this scheme.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In your Times of India newspaper, dated - 4th July 2017, Ahmedabad edition, on Page no 6, an incomplete sentence was found. It is mentioned that farmers threw 200kg on Highway, without mentioning what was thrown. Instead it should be 'Farmers also threw nearly 200kg potato's on the Himmatnagar-Idar Highway...' (2nd Stanza, Lines: 1-2)

This is not new...I have encountered such flaws many a times, where a word or so is missing in sentence...I request you to take care of such negligence so that I may not malign the reputation of your Newspaper...

I have got TOI newspaper subscription. Recently got relocated to new address from Sector 52 to sector 43. Spoke several times to newspaper subscription team and was committed newspaper delivery 26th June onward and till date waiting for them to initiate. Calling daily to times group Gurgaon office but in vain. On top of this, the receptionist available today was so rude to hang up the phone when call transferred did not went through. I was trying the call since Friday and no one picked up the call until today. This is very frustrating and disappointing service from TOI. I want refund of subscription if you cannot initiate this and provide proper service.

I santosh Ambavkar ( owner of Cottage No.7) have made 100% payment for this project of Disha Direct in Reso Villa Project Manor since Jan 2016 (INR 25, 00, 000). All requested formalities have been completed by me on request by the company. They were agreesive till they did not get 100% payment. Once they ( Disha Direct) received their payment they have just vanished. I have been persistently following up with them to do the registration but they have not provided me with a definitive and clear honest response. Every follow up from my end has led to a new story being shared with me Their representatives on the project keep changing their emails and do not respond to your calls and provide false promises of calling back. . . which never happens... I am helpless as repeated follow ups are not leading me anywhere and their representatives - ranging from their sales head to their legal head are all just lying !!! I am hoping that this Complaint here reaches to someone who can help me and guide me. My had earned money is in the hands of the cheaters - thats the feeling i have !!! PLEASE HELP !!

So i started searching Avocate to file Case in consumer court . so i sent 1st legal notice to Disha direct to settle my issues but they neglected me so i filled police complaint in Vikramgad police station in Palghar district. Where He Agreeid to give my Amount return in three months because of He is not intersted to give registration, possession on time, property is not legally approved, so he gave six postdated cheques of Rs 21 lakhs . except one cheque rs 4 lakh all cheque bounced, so I filled 138 section cheque bouncing case against him .
in 1st hearing he was abcent . so summons issued but he was abcent so judge issues nonbailable warrant issued . So gave hand delivery to Thane police station because Disha direct office was there. 28 june was date but police could not trace Santosh Naik . Now New Fresh Non bailable warrant issued handed with Vasai police, Hope This time police will do their Duty Dear I request you Pls show my news in your Tv channel .
Disha direct is big fraud marketing company who use innocet middle class Retired old age people so they could not fight .
There are lots of complaint in google page because they dont where to go.
so many people lost their hard earned money because of bad practice of Disha Direct.

I placed an order for Dell Original Laptop battery and received a local defective ond on 25th June 2017 ref Order # [protected], as it was defective i returned it on 27th June 2017 and a guy named Devender took it but i received a call from Customer care that refund cannot be initiated for some internal checks, this is ridiculous from these nuts at snapdeal,

Just operating more flights and they have figured it as an airlift. 😡 indian govt is arranging additional flights as certain uae based airlines are not operating from doha and indian govt doesnot allow foreign airline to make extra operations, and also it's 'eid' festival time and summer holidays for schools. There is no shortage of food supply. Everything is absolutely normal and perfect here.
