I had written a cheque of Rs 795 to my local vendor (Tarun, Chhatarpur area, Delhi) fr annual subscription of times of india newspaper. Cheque cleared on[protected] cheque no. 351761). Still the coupon has not been received. A representative from ToI also called about a month ago... Bt still the coupons have not received. Kindly sort our the issue

I applied for renewal of my annual subscription of TOI Kolkata. It was supposed to start on 15.03.2017, vide my subscription number [protected]. Till now I have not received coupons. That is not my main problem. A contact number[protected] was given to me for assistance. In spite my utmost try during last few days I had to listen the recorded speech quoting that all your CC executives were busy. I opted for call back that did not materialize. Then I opted for voice message recording. After I spoke my problem it said "Voice Message Failed". Is it the way TOI treats its customer. Please help.

I have applied for the 15 months mega offer I paid a cheque of rupees 795, Axis Bank Ltd., cheque no. 001541, date April 2016. This amount was credited on 28/4/2016 to Bennet Coleman & Co. Ltd.
I haven't received coupons yet. I have called Mr. Jamaal (mob. no- [protected], times of india representative) so many times, he every time assures me that the coupons will be delivered within few days. Now when i call him he misbehaves and misleads.
Please take the necessary action so that i get my coupons. If you are not able to deliver the coupon then kindly refund my money with interest so that i could make payment to my vendor.

Please resolve my complaint and take action agains whos responsible it.

Devender Rana- [protected], collected cheque on behalf of BCCL; Cheque debited from my account on 10.02.17; No response from Mr Rana, stopped picking my phone; Promised 15 days back but not delivered even as on today. Coupons not received till date. Vendor is supplying the newspaper because of my past dealings with him but for how long he can wait. BCCL /TOI subscription deptt need to take up as such type of service from company is not expected.

I was given false information while selling subscription of TOI newspaper as now the vendor is not given any service and i am still paying even having valid coupon's .

Kindly revert as token of action or i will file a RTI against the same.

I stay in Kapra (yellareddy guda ).I was told to pay Rs.600 for 1 year for Times of india news paper by the agent Sudhakar. But after 2 and half months collected Rs.450 for 3 months saying time expired for offer which he did not intemated prior . Not intemated about Time for which I have to pay Rs.450 I. e. RS.150 per month. I can be more clear in next communication. I request to look into it.

This bring to your notice that a top company/brand like Times of India has a very bad and unprofessional customer care services. I Mr.Muralidharan Menon have been your customer for the past 22-25 years. In the past I never had any problem with service of TOI. But now i am facing a sever problem of service. I shifted from my present address to new address. I was a resident of New Arunoday CHS, Mahavir Nagar, Dombivli(E). The person who is TOI representative his name is Mr.Atul cell No.[protected] and my area vendor is Mr.Jai Shankar lead No.[protected], vendor :21484945, Sub-Vendor:DB1790 Jai Shankar, Depot Code:M0062.

Now I hv shifted to new address A103, Shree Visawa CHS, Next to Hari Mangal Karyalay, Pandurang Wadi, Dombivli(E). Before shifting I had informed my vendore Mr.Jai Shankar to put my TOI at my new address. The problem is the person puts the paper at around 8.15-8.30 am which is of no use to me because I leave for my work and I stay alone. I requested the vendor to please put TOI aby 7am-7.15am. I also requested the supply person to do so. But he very rudely said that"if you want take or you can directly take it from the vendor. I went and complaint to the vendor but he point blankly refused to do anything in this regard. The supply person didnt put the paper for nearly 4 days and for 5 days he didnt put the Mirror copy. To this I called up Mr. Atul your employee. He didnt even bother to pick up my calls. After 10-15 calls and after sending him messages, he finally called and said that he find a new vendor and also speak to my current vendor and try to improve the quality of his service and ask him to remove the supply boy. After such an assurance nothing happened and now your employee has stopped receiving my calls and I had already asked the person not to put TOI at my place if he cant give me the paper by 7.15 am. Now for the past 2 days i am not getting TOI .

I am really astonished the way your company's employee, Vendor and the supply person behave and carry a care a hoot attitude. My subscription ends on 31/5/17. I am pretty sure that company of your stature will not take any action against these guys and your customer care wont even bother to even respond back to my complaint. well I will not be your customer any longer. you have lost a customer of 25 years. If it makes a difference then do revert back and take action against the people I have mentioned in this letter. Thanks for now

I have subscribed to times of India newspaper for a year and my subscription ID is 33247158.

There seem to be a problem some where in thier system or process or with thier dealer that i am not receiving the daily newspaper since last 10 days. I have given a call to the contact number mentioned in the subscription paper and one Ganesh picks and gives lot of assurance without any outcome. This is the third time in the last 8 months that i had to reach TOI.

I am fed up with TOI, please help

I handed over a cheque for Rs. 993 to a Toi representative around the 20th November 2016 for my subscription starting from February 2017. The coupons i received in January were 11 in number and for Nav Bharat times. I spoke to Rajesh Rathee who promised to send the valid coupons (he collected the wrong coupons from my house) on the confirmation that the correct coupons will be delivered. This happened a month ago and dine i have not heard from him. Then i spoke tohis senior Mr Chander Mohan chibber who promised to look into the matter andl revert. I am still waiting for a response from him. Do you think that this matter can be resolved? How soon? Maybe before this year ends?

I had applied for Times Of India newspaper subscription wide Reference number [protected] in the month of January 2017. Since then two months have passed away, But I have not received my Subscription Coupons yet. Please take necessary action to resolve my grievance. In the meantime, I tried to contact your customer care telephone numbers, but they are useless for customers.

I have applied for 15 months subscription for TOI newspaper vide subscription no. [protected] and paid by cheque no. 030023 dated 24.02.2017 .

I had specifically requested TOI sale representative to start my paper from 1st May, 2017 as I am presently getting HT upto 30.04.2017 under their annual subscription scheme .But I am sorry to say that despite my request, TOI news paper has been started from 17.03.2017. I do not want two papers (TOI and HT ) at same time,

I had told your representative at the time of applying that i have already subscribed for HT upto Apr, 2017 and he assured that there will be no problem and TOI news paper will start from 1st May, 2017.

I also tried TOI customer care number[protected] several times but no one responds on this number despite holding for a long long time. I have also requested for a call back but i did not receive any call back, very disappointing service by TOI.

Request to please take up with TOI management to look into above and start my TOI paper from 1st May, 2017 otherwise cancel my subscription and refund me the payment made to you.

He is not delivering properly. Some times he send hindu & some without bangalore times some times not. Today i called him because he did not given bangalore times but he spoken me rudely with bad words please reply as soon as possible.

I had paid for my yearly subscription of Rs. 795/-, vide cheque No:006, drawn on HDFC bank, on 15.06.206. Till date I have not received any subscription vouchers. The cheque was collected by Mr. Arvind, mobile [protected].

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
