This is regarding the Times of India news paper subscription. I subscribed in the month of December 2016. But I am hardly getting paper.

I have given complaint in Call Center and talk many times to agent and the guy who deliver the paper. but no proper response from anybody.

I also requested to cancel the subscription also in the month of February, But neither cancelled the subscription...

I had written a cheque of Rs 795 to my local vendor (Tarun, Chhatarpur area, Delhi) fr annual subscription of times of india newspaper. Cheque cleared on[protected] cheque no. 351761). Devender Rana- [protected], collected cheque on behalf of BCCL; Cheque debited from my account on 10.02.17; No response from Mr Rana, stopped picking my phone; Promised 15 days back but not delivered even as on today. Coupons not received till date. Vendor is supplying the newspaper because of my past dealings with him but for how long he can wait. BCCL /TOI subscription deptt need to take up as such type of service from company is not expected....

I stay in Kapra (yellareddy guda ).I was told to pay Rs.600 for 1 year for Times of india news paper by the agent Sudhakar. But after 2 and half months collected Rs.450 for 3 months saying time expired for offer which he did not intemated prior . Not intemated about Time for which I have to pay Rs.450 I. e. RS.150 per month. I can be more clear in next communication. I request to look into it.

There seem to be a problem some where in thier system or process or with thier dealer that i am not receiving the daily newspaper since last 10 days.
