I booked a remembrance advt for appearing on 28.4.17 in TOI Delhi edition. The advt was booked thru "Releasemyad.com", official agency of TOI on 17.4.17. A sum of Rs.10022/- was paid online & Ad ID given as 1302914.
Shokingly, the advt has not appeared in TOI, Delhi edition on 28.4.17. Being remembrance advt, You can understand the emotions attached & hurt caused by not release of advt.
The agency is unreachable. I request you to investigate the goo[censored]p & ensure such things don't repeat in future. Please also arrange to refund the amount paid by me.

I sagar Saraiya, junagadh district keshod town deeply apologize to saying you that your distributor of KESHOD branch not serving newspaper on daily basis and also submit after 11am for 2 to 3 days.

I subscribed newspaper since last 7 days but in last 7 days I received just 3 days subscription and rest of 4 days not received newspaper even complain to rajkot branch (Mr. Jagdish bhai ).

I continue following that people even though not received any kind of revert.

And last I only this option to complain you regarding this matter with hope that my complain will short out ASAP.

I, sarita aggarwal, residing at h3/5, second floor, sector-18, rohini, delhi - 110085, have taken the subscription of femina magazine for the first time. I have paid rs 240/- vide cheque no. 101896 dated 05/03/2017 drawn on central bank of india towards the subscription of femina magazine for a period of 1 year. The serial no. Of receipt is 73229.

But, even after two months of taking subscription, i have not received the any magazine of femina till yet. This is such poor service. I also tried to complaint about it at femina complaint no. 66111255 given by times of india 's executive. However, no executive answered the call, only a computerized voice was used to answer the call and put the call on hold.

Kindly, look into the matter as early as possible and provide us the magazine as subscribed.

I have subscribed for newspaper but not receiving i have chased down many times on call as well as written many mails but still no resolution and not receiving the newspaper as no response received from the times group. I have written several mails to crm helpdesk. My subscription id is 35679050. Can this be looked into and some quick action is taken into this.

Today I got to know about the said news. The statement given in the news about me were false, I never maid such statement in front of press or any other person. The statement therefore were false and you were misleaing the News Paper and the society.
I further inform you to please take necessary action against such News.

It is very disturbing to say that the people working in head post office in udupi near meenakshi tiles are very rude people. Especially the person, man, who looks after the MIS schemes. He is like a torture. He will insult people every now and then. If we go to ask any queries regarding filling the forms, he says you dont understand then why you are coming here. I am not sitting here to solve your problems. Anything you ask regarding the form filling or any transfers that is needed he is always shouting at people. He is a third garded person. For everything he has a problem, always scolding people. Even seniors citizens he will torture. He will tell everyone if you are not coming in the post office at 9:30 in the morning i will not do your work. He will keep people waiting till late afternoon who would have probably come even as early as 9.30 in the morning. Please help us. Please let the concerned person take some action against him. Even the head postmaster and assistant post master are same very arrogant people. Many complaints have come against them but no action is being taken. Please look into this matter. It is their work to serve us. they are paid for that. They act as if they are doing some kind of favor on us. I dont know their names exactly. shall try to find out and put on the complaint list. Please help.

I am a student and buy toi daily but the vendor who supply us took extra charges.
Why do i pay for 210/pm while it's original charges are 120/pm?
If every city have different price rate of toi then it must be printed on it.
Or what type of tax is taken by vender from us and no description by toi?

It is completely violation of law. Isn't it?

On 23rd of April I a resident of Mulund west along with the main newspaper of times of India did not receive life and speaking tree. I contacted the vendor and he said that he did not get it from the distributor itself. The name of the distributor as told by my vendor is Prasad Thanekar and my vendor is Rupesh.
This is a matter of cheating the consumers. I hope a legal action be taken after a inquiry into this matter.

During demonetisation we worked till late night and also worked on a holiday and even after demonetisation we worked for 10..11 hours a day for working on reports. And leave demonetisation period, even in noal routine we work for 10 hours a day but this bank is so blind that it never paid an overtime for this, we are working under excessive work load and I also brought this thing to management through an anonymous email created by me ([protected]@gmail.com) and it's been more than 3 months and no one has bothered so far to give a reply not even aditya Puri, all I am asking is overtime for my services or a compensatory off for working on holidays.

I had been a subscriber of TOI from the very day of your Chennai edition. Till last year I did not have any problem. This year one boy came & took cheque for rs.499 & later some woman called & referred my name, cheque with a wrong bank. I corrected it. Later a postman called me & asked me my address as the coupon was sent to a different address. Hr promised to send it to my address. The coupon was with my name but different address. When I contacted your office with the complaints they are still asking Mr same questions & doing nothing. Please help.

Sir, my name subhash perajmal oswal.
I have purchase my flat in 2010 in nirmal nagar cooperative housing society pune37... I request chairman to transfer my name n issue share certificate.. Chairman demand excess amount rs 150000 to transfer name n share certificate.. I m paying my monthly maintenance time to time. I have also payed such repairs charge like lift repair, building painting, entrance new gate, convence deed.. Still society chairman preamchand munot demand me 150000 rs for share certificate. So i have complain to deputy regester n also complain to commissioner deputy regester.. Still chairman demand me excess amount.. Many people are suffering from dis problem.. If times of india print this article in news paper, den every society will be alert n member will complain.. So no society will demand excess amount.. Has per goverment law, transfer fee is not more than 25000 rs..

Hi Team,

This is regarding the Times of India news paper subscription. I subscribed in the month of December 2016. But I am hardly getting paper.

I have given complaint in Call Center and talk many times to agent and the guy who deliver the paper. but no proper response from anybody.

I also requested to cancel the subscription also in the month of February, But neither cancelled the subscription not delivering the paper.

Could you please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I want to cancel the subscription.

i am an old non resident online subscribers of yours.

Now i am a resident of india. Last month my yearly subscription expired. I want renew it immediately for one year or two or three or four years if it is more economical to me.

Will you please let me know the amount involved, the name my chq to be made out and your address to speed-post it.

I am sorry there is no online payment possibility which i tred several times withut success duing the past month and my debit car got blocked for this reson.

Our last date of subscription was April 13th 2017 and we received the form for this year by end of march which has been duly provided on 4.4.17 which is well within the 13.4.17 date - this has been given to Mr. Mahendran and Mr. Sebastin who are agents in Velachery Chennai 600042. Every year we are losing two weeks of paper during this renewal and experiencing an irresponsible behavior from TOI. We need the loss to be compensated by TOI for the paper not provided for last two weeks and also for the previous years. WE have been informed that from 5.4.17 we will be getting the paper, but till date no response. No one is picking the calls. Hope TOI is responsible enough to act on this and ensure reimbursement for the loss - let TOI need not take this as best cost saving from the agent by not giving the paper in the period where we are eligible to have the paper.

I had a call from times of india coimbatore there is a annual subscription offer available so i have made a payment via cheque, he said once the cheque cleared you will start getting paper, cheque was cleared on 28th of feb 2017, till now we didnt received paper, i have called to their office and informed my order no after few consequtive call they have given on area incharge no and ask me to inform him, i have called him and informed he said from tomorrow onwards you will get news paper, this happened on 7th april but till now paper is not received, its seems to be a very unethical business by toi and poor customer support.

I had written a cheque of Rs 795 to my local vendor (Tarun, Chhatarpur area, Delhi) fr annual subscription of times of india newspaper. Cheque cleared on[protected] cheque no. 351761). Still the coupon has not been received. A representative from ToI also called about a month ago... Bt still the coupons have not received. Kindly sort our the issue
