I have tried to buy a course and transaction for the amount RS.499 is done by netbanking in playstore. The amount has been deducted but course is not purchased, please resolve this matter and send me refund.

The net banking is done through sbi

Money debited not received uc

I purchased pubg uc for rs 799 on 4 aug 2020.
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

Purchased clashiversary special package for inr 249 earlier on 02-aug-2020 from within clash of clans app. Items were not credited to my google account and the purchase made is not reflecting under google plays purchase history. Likewise amount of inr 249 was deducted from my account under the name of times of money ltd (www.directpay.com)

I have contacted super cell and they are requesting that i contact google as they do not have a gpa details to assist. I did make the purchase in app, but the amount was deducted and no items were credited. Neither did the transaction ever show up in the google play transaction history section. Google play support is also unable to assist as they can't find the details on their system.

Please issue a refund on for the above instance.

Purchased a wild pack of rs.399 in raid shadow legends through sbi net banking but never received it in game. But money deducted from my account.

I have seen various transaction from my account during the last two months which i never done i want the entire money back which have been deducted from your payment gateway.

Hope the issue will be taken seriously and needful done as earliest. Otherwise, i need to lodge the complain to take the matter further. Hope you understand my concern.

I bought uc for pubg mobile and money was deducted from my bank account also but the uc transfer was unsuccessful to my game
