Cancellation of Order

I have requested for cancellation of Order # 10333240 on 27 October, as per customer care executive. Reason for cancellation being they could not deliver the product in 5 weeks while the expected delivery date being 3 weeks.
When i try to reach your executives for getting an update about cancellation, I always get a constant reply "Your order will be cancelled in 24-48 hours and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team" .

Its been more than two weeks that order was requested for cancellation, and still the order isn't cancelled.

Requesting your immediate attention for the cancellation of order(Money transferred to my account) and provide me the correct update. Hoping for a quick response.

The delivery time has told 3 Weeks. The online status shows for this order is "Awaiting shipment" from day one. I sent couple of mails and also tried calling customer care (30+ times) but I have not got a single reply from them.

This is sort of harassment, they have not shipped my order yet and don't believe they will ever ship it. As they got the amount prior, please register fraudulent and cheating case against the www.timtara.com They never informed me about this dealy, I had to follow up and there is no one even to answer my mails or calls. Please give me justice.

I had paid for and purchased Online, a Softel snack maker for Rs1442/- on 20th March 2012, throug the online shopping portal, wwwdotTimtaradotcom, but the order was not delivered and cancelled by Timtara dot com, themselves. They have not yet refunded my money even after numerous complaints.

I have ordered a sony ps2 on www.timtara.com on[protected] and till today the product has neither reacher me nor shipped to me. I have even paid the money online and told the customer to ship it ASAP but still there is no Response from the team.

I placed an order through timtara on 9th august and subsequently cancelled it as they couldn't deliver it on time...i paid 17000 rs for the order through my credit card but now it is almost 90 days after that and i am still to get my money back. If i call them their customer care says they want few more days. this is a big violation of their service agreement which they have put on the site where they say they will refund the money within 10 days of the cancellation date

Placed an order 10323930 on 11/9/2012 for A100 phone. Advance payment of Rs. 8999/- was made through online transfer on 11/9/2012 itelf. Promissed delivery was 21 days. They did not despatched ordered item. So I asked them to cancel order and send refund. It is 2 months now. They have neither sent item nor refund. Even the status of order is yet being shown as 'Awaited shipment' at their site. I have made more than 50 emails/phone calls. They are not responding. Their customer care is not ready to share contact phone no. of thier higher ups / complaint redressal authority. My advise to all readers, not to place any order on TIMTARA.com

Dear Sir,
I have made ann order with Timtara.com on[protected] for two landline sets and one mobile phone. My order Id's are 10335608 and 10335610 for both the items respectively. Sir have made an online payment through Internet banking for Rs. 16188.90 i have made a request for cancellation of my order on[protected]. Customer care executives tell me that i will receive an email from their side within 3 days. But i donot receive any mail from there side. I again contacted them on[protected] and again they give me a time of 24 working hours i. e. 3 days and they also give me an email id- [protected]@gmail.com to forward an email message to cancel my order. I forward message to cancel my order. But till date i donot receive any reply from that email ID. on[protected] i again contacted them they again give me a time of 3 days. Same was their response as the earlier case. Now I contacted them again on[protected] and they told me that i will receive a mail message of cancellation by Monday i.e.[protected] upto 12.00 noon but till date i have not received any message from their side. This is a very serious matter. Please take a strict action against them and help me to recover my amount paid along with compensation for the inconvenience.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I placed an order (Transaction Id :[protected] on 25th September 2012, as a guest in www.timtara.com. HTC One V mobile and memory card with order numbers 10330968 and 10330970 which cost Rs.16019. They told me that items will be shipped in 3 weeks time, but not shipped yet(it has been more than 6 weeks). I called customer care multiple times, they just say we will ship in 48 hours every time I call them.

I called on numbers provided in website and asked them to cancel and refund my money two week ago,
they say that they will do it in 48 hrs. They are not cancelling the order and refunding my money so that I can buy from somewhere else. I mailed to [protected]@timtara.com and submitted multiple queries by creating an account, nothing happened. Their service is hopeless.

I am frustrated by making calls and listening to their stories so many times, please take some action against this site. I bought so many things online so far but never experienced such worst service.

I advise everyone not to buy anything online from Timtara and read reviews about new sites before you buy anything.

I placed order no.10316908 on 30.8.12 online for one toshiba netbook and paid through net banking Rs. 17491 and order no. 10316558 of 29th August, 2012 paid through credit card. The delivery period was within 3-4 weeks. On making enquiry through website it shows "AWAITING SHIPMENT" and today also it shows the same status. On contacting phone[protected] the customer care lady on 17th September and 25th September, standard reply was given "sorry for delay in shipment, wait for 5-6 days" Again enquired on phone on 30th September, the reply was "within 48 hours, the product will be delivered". Nothing came, on 3rd October contacting on phone, the CCO informed to wait for 5-6 days, otherwise cancel the order by going to 'contact us' tab and send the request. I did the same and they confirmed having received cancellation request. On enquiring again on 10th October, strangely the CCO informed that no cancellation request is there, I again followed the above procedure on their website and sent it through email also to which they responded that they will reply to me shortly. But till date no reply. Again sent email on 13th October and they replied that "We will get back to you shortly". Till date no reply. I am constantly contacting there CCO on [protected] and every time standard reply is given "your cancellation request is forwarded to back office and they will reply by email within 48 hours" but again no email is received by me. It shows that their intention is very clear not to refund the payment nor deliver the product. The necessary documents are uploaded here. Please take appropriate legal action so that people at large should not be cheated while making payment for online purchase.

I have booked a bsnl penta t pad on 13/10/2012 and paid the amount instantly through my credit card but I have not received my product yet till 02/Nov/2012. In the meanwhile whenever I contact them their representative talked to me rudely and told me to wait till 02/Nov/2012 and assured me that you will get your product before that. I have wasted rs 100 on my phone to contact them. When I am calling them on 02/Nov/2012 they are simply saying sorry and saying we have issued a ticket against your complaint and we will get back to you shortly and asked me to check their policies given on their website. I have mailed them so any times but the never reply and sometimes they even cut my phone line when I tried to call them and my phone shows disconnected when I call them back. And now they are trying to me blame me and each and every time they are giving different excuses.I think they are a big cheater and this type of sites or organization should not be allowed to work in India.

Greetings. I had ordered a Canon lens from Timtara on 7th August 2012 for Rs.5640. I was told that it will be delivered in 3 weeks. I did not get the product after 3 weeks. I called up the helpdesk and was told that it will be sent within 5-8 days but I did not get anything. I have called them twice now but everytime they say that the product will be sent but nothing has happedned. They have charged the full amount already and I have paid it. Could you please register a complaint against Timtara and get the money refunded please. Thank you.

I have ordered Samsung tab 2 on 17.8.2012 with order no.[protected]see the attachment). After one month as the product not been shipped I have applied for cancellation and refund the amount on 18.09.12. But the amount has not been refunded yet. even not getting any response from them. In the Site always showing awaiting shipment. I have called the customer care executive many times . they are saying and repeating " your refund will be done after 24 working hours". it has been many 24 working hours over. but our product is not reached yet or refunded. I have already send email to their chief customer officer many times regarding this. but no response .Now elapsed about 11 weeks after my order and 7 weeks after my request for refund and they are still cheating me

I trusted and ordered a Smartphone(Sony Xperia S)from timtara.com on 6th october 2012, i paid the whole sum of 25299 first through debit card. My order number is 10335956 The time frame given to me for the delivery of the product was 3 weeks and today is 31st of october, I gave a complaint for cancellation of order then too the damn service persons gave no response. Its the poorest site ever shopped from. Literally they make the customer beg for the refund.
They are not providing any kind of information to the customer and giving excuses for waiting more. Please help if one can, in a urgent need.

Ordered Htc one v mobile on timtara.com on 25th september. the delivery time they said was 2-3weeks and it has not been delivered yet. the customer care is least bothered and their supervisor also dint call me even after promising to do so. they want 10 more days to tell the status. this is ridiculous. i will ask all of you to never deal with timtara.com they are just horrible and useless.

i had bought 3 items in the month of july. out of which 1 item was shipped after one month when the price of the same item has been down by 50% in the market. rest 2 items is not delivered yet. made several calls to their customer executive but resolution yet. asked refund 2 month back still not approved. this is total fraud, like this they have been holding the cash of many customers and earning interest. this is cheating

I ordered a samsung mobile phone galaxy y duos lite s5302 on 24/09/2012 at 11:47 am at timtara.Com online.My order ID is 10330344.It was told that I will be getting the product within 3 weeks that completed on 15.10.2012.Till date I have't received the product.I called up at customer care around six times during these days & got the same reply "you will be contacted within 24 hours by us" but no body has contacted me till now.Even they are not giving any reply to my mails.I have paid rs.5949 through credit card while placing the order.Kindly guide me.

I had placed an order with timtara.com on 19th sept. Order no : 10328188 , INR 4696, Product : casio men watch stw400h-1bvdr , Transaction number : #10144087.

They mentioned i would receive the product in 15 working days.I have waited a month and a half and still haven't received the product.I have called their customer care[protected], 6670700) at least 25-30 times. Customer care either doesn't pick up or have hung up on me several times. I have mail confirming my product would reach me on 10th oct 2012.I have been told to wait 3 working days every time i call their customer care. A manager was supposed to call me but i have received no call till date from Timtara. I have sent them mails which would not receive a reply.I haven't cancelled my order fearing i will have to wait another 2-3 months before i reach my money.

I have spent INR 4696 and have been made to wait almost a month and a half and yet i haven't received a mail or call from timtara.
Timtara rude customer service always hangs up.
I have called timtara at least 25 times which are STD calls and been made to wait and have been hung up on several times.
Mental harassment of having to call them everyday coupled by frustration of having not received the product is taking a toll on me and my professional life.

I ordered a mobile phone from Timtara on 17th Sep 2012. I waited for one month. I was calling them everyday, and one day i came to know that product is out of stock. This is not fine.They should have mentioned this before placing the order. Then i cancelled the order. But till now i didn't get the money. I paid through Credit card. If i call them, they are not responding properly. All the customer care people are saying a same thing "Our back end people will call you in next 24 Hrs"..But there is no way of communicating the Back end people and no body will call even after 50 Hrs. I mailed them so many times, no response. They were not even attending my calls now. Please Help me in refunding the amount and below are the order and cancellation details.
