I booked a watch on Timtara on 23rd of Sept. under order no.,10330258 and till today didn't receive it. I Spoke to customer care executives of Timtara on this and they said you need to check with backend team on this. I am not getting any response from backend team of Timtara on this and didn't understand what the hell is going wrong with Timtara. Hope you understood the matter and will do the needful.

WWW.TIMTARA.COM is the worst online E-Commerce website in Indian History.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER EVEN AFTER COMPLETING the duration of 2 months. I ordered Two Mobile Phones with
1) Order #10307810 Contained the Following Items: Nokia C1-01 Mobile Phone and
2)Order #10307812 Contained the Following Items: Nokia X2-02 Mobile Phone .

I received the Nokia X2-02 Mobile Phone after its completion of 1 month after many calls (almost called everyday to get the product delivered) and after receiving my first product i again started calling them for my second phone.I called everyday to file a complaint and every time i called the response was like they r going to deliver my product in 2 or 3 days but it didn't happen. Even i tried to cancel my product and filed complaints again and again but i did not get any product or money. Every time i call the customer care they will tell us that the complaint is forwarded but the action does not take place.

TIMTARA really sucks. this is the worst website for online shopping... Post your reviews and complaints in all the customer complaint websites about this fraud website.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I placed an order on www.timtara.com on 24th Sep 2012 at 08:19 am for a “Samsung galaxy y duos lite S5302 [http://www.timtara.com/products/Samsung-Galaxy-Y-Duos-Lite-S5302.html] “mobile handset with order ID: 10330270.

The expected delivery period that was mentioned then “was within 3 Weeks “, but unfortunately I haven’t received the product yet from their end.
Every time when I call them to deliver my product, they keep on saying that to wait for another 2-3-4 days and they will surely deliver the same from their end. Last time when I called them, I told them to cancel the order and initiate the refund process. They then keep on saying “Sir, why do you want to cancel the order!! Please allow us 3-4 days so that we can deliver the product”.

I now want either my product to be delivered by next week or to get the entire refund by next week.

Please look into the issue and provide me a proper guidance/judgment.

Dear Sir I've ordered two mobiles from TIMTARA.COM. One has been received after 47 days and other has not been received yet. I've told them over phone that I do not the mobile phone, I want my balance back to my bank a/c and the told me that within 7 days the amount will be refunded to bank a/c. But after a week a mobile phone has been delivered. And the other one is in awaiting shipment.I have bought the two mobile phones from a local store but one has been received. So I need Refund. Please do something sir for the same.

I had ordered (No.[protected] Micromax Ninja A56 from www.timtara.com on[protected] & payment of Rs 4950/- has been already done by SBI Debit card on the date of order.I had given delivery period of 3 weeks by timtara.com. After taking continues follow-up on ph[protected], [protected], customer care executive told me sorry sir we trying to deliver your product as soon as possible but, when I ask them fix time and date when they delivered product they told me I don’t know sir
Then I was trying to cancel my product when I call timtara call center customer care executive toll me sir your product cancel within 24 hours but they didn’t cancel my product from last 45 days. They always saying sir your product cancel within 24 hours. Now I ask to timtara customer care executive when you cancel my product and refund my money they say I don’t know sir it’s is not in our hand it’s depend on backend team

Dear Sir,

I ordered a Blickberry 9360 mobile phone on Timtara.com in ending of August. I got the delivery in first week of September.
I mentioned them only for a black colored phone. But they deliver me a white colour phone. When I call them back, they refuse to get the product back but they verbely commit to deliver me a Black coloured flap for the same mobile phone as compensation.
But now they stopped to entertain my calls and have not delivered it yet.
Please look into the matter.

I placed the order on 27th SEP. they have mentioned 3 weeks for delivered the product but still even the product is not shipped from timtara. I called them many times to ask regarding the order delay but customer service did not give me a response and assurance for the product shipment. further i asked to redirect the call to higher officer. that also they did not do, on conversation they disconnected the call immediately without any intimation. So pleas never buy anything from timtara. Bcz they are very worst and waste organization in india. they r cheating others by giving more offers than other website. Never believe them. finally i cancelled the Order after they did not conform even the cancellation also. So i called them for conformation. they said it would take 2 days for even conformation of cancellation. I don't know what the MD of timtara is doing there and these things is going to his knowledge or not. I think MD is not working good that's what other employes are doing this kind of very bad things.

I am submit a complaint against Timtara.com.

I ordered Mirocmax A100 mobiles worth 8,999 on 30 Aug. Order #10317194 in Timtara.com, the order details states still awaiting shipment.
I have told them cancel order and give my money back .Still not Positive reply from them not even cancel order as per their commitment 48Hrs .
It is actually frustrating that Their customer service phone lines do not work and customer support also very very bad .
Daily I used to call them to tell a date when it will be cancel and when it will give my money back , even they don’t give a date.

Please ban this sort of Online website .

I had ordered Binatone make cordless telephone on online shopping website TIMTARA.com, vide my order no. 10280890 dated 30/06/12. The amount of Rs. 2391/- has been paid through net banking.
However due to in-ordinate delay in shipping of the said product & no positive assurance from the support centre, I had requested for cancellation & refund of the amount of Rs. 2391, I had allotted the ticket no. 33432. It is however to intimate that the refund is not paid to me till date.
I have contacted support centre numerous times & also e-mailed my complaints repeatedly on e-mail id’s [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com etc. but the issue is not yet resolved & refund is still kept pending for unknown reasons.

Not acknowledgeing the payment receieved inspite of proof of payment given and Non delivery of product ordered. It is over 3 weeks since the order was placed.

Even writing a direct email to their COO did not achieve the reply to the problem put before him.

I Shobhit Gupta, had placed an order (order#10288720 trans#[protected] on 14 July, 2012. After the non receipt of order even after 15 working days, I asked for cancellation of my order and refund of my money Rs. 1799. As per the customer suppourt my order status was changed to "Pending for refund" in second week of August,2012. But till date I haven't received my refund. Please initiate necessary action against this company. As they would otherwise be cheating may other clients. In case of Timtara.com it's evident from the feedback on facebook as well.

Reference is made to my order no. 10323762 dated 11th Sep 2012, for booking one mobile handset - Micromax Superphone Canvas A100.

According to timtara's order confirmation mail, delivery time was mentioned - "within 3 weeks", which completed on 01.10.2012. A payment of Rs. 8.999.00 (Rupees eight thousand nine hundred ninety nine) was made by me vide SBI Cheque No. 745768 to your ICICI bank a/c no.[protected].

But till date product not delivered to my address and whenever I inquire about my item's delivery at your customer care No. [protected], replied that, "item is ready for shipment & within 24 hrs item will be delivered at your shipping address and I am forwarding your complaint to our back end, they will get back to you soon". Even if I asked for the Courier name or expected date of delivery, customer care didn't reply properly even they didn't reply to my e-mail also.

Considering the above, kindly help me to get my item or refund my amount (Rs. 8,999/-) and an examplary action to be taken against the Timtara.com.

Hi Sir,

I have placed order on 6th of August 2012 for a Capdase Atom Universal USB Charger from www.timtara.com. It has been more than 2 months and they are not willing to send the product or provide refund. Today is 12th of October. I am very distressed and have no options other than contacting you. Please assist in same as I do suspect it to be a fraud website. Please provide me an input whether I need to go and file FIR for my legal rights.

My order number is Order #10302840 in Timtara.

I have purchased one mobile handset (Micromax Superphone Canvas A100) through online shopping company Timtara.com on 11.09.2012, vide order no.10323762 by paying SBI cheque (no.745768) for an amount of Rs.8,999/- deposited in ICICI Bank, Roorkee on the a/c (no.[protected] of Infosecure Consulting pvt. Ltd., B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida-201301. According to the order comfirmation item has to deliver at my shipping address (Debasis Bhaumick, Asst. Security Officer, 196/3, Solani kunj, IIT Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand -247667) within 3 weeks of booking date which expires on 01.10.2012. But after expiry of delivery date I have made more 7 calls at their customer care no.[protected] & [protected] and 3/4 e-mails, only one reply "your order is awaiting shipment or we are forwarding your complaint to our back end, item will be deliver within 3/4 days". Till date item is not delivered to me.
Considering the above fact, kindly help me to get my item or get reimburse my amount (Rs.8,999/-) ftom timtara.com and to take a strict action against this company for this type of fraudalent act.

I had ordered a phone Micromax A100 on timtara.com on 1st September 2012 under order# 10318518.
I had paid 9000 INR in advance using my HDFC debit card, the delivery time was within 3 weeks,
but even as of today (11 OCT, 2012) I have not received my product.
I'm calling customer care since 20 Sep, but in initial days they used to say that wait till the given time frame ends but after the given time frame is over they have no answer, everyday they would just say wait for two or three days, they do not even transfer my call to any of their senior nor they call backend department, just from their own they say wait for 24 working hours you will get a detailed mail explaining the exact reason of delay and date of delivery but I have not got even a single mail from timtara not they are arranging any call back.. sometimes they talk very rudely and hang up the call as well. If I say return my money they say it will take 48 hours to confirm and then 7 to 10 days to refund but am not sure even in 10 days they will return the money or not. They are doing nothing and just enjoying sitting their.
Please do something to get these frauds be sent to jail and this site should be banned .
