Dear sir,
With reference to the above subject, I, Yashwardhan Singh, had ordered (Transaction Id :[protected] three products on www.timtara.com on 1st of July 2012. I sent them a letter for the REFUND dated 18th August 2012, and on 29th August I received one product out of my three products, suddenly. I had asked for the cancellation of all the three products and a subsequent refund. Till now I haven’t received the refund for the remaining two products and that’s a mental stress for me as their firm has blocked my amount for the last 70 days.
I have called their customer care many a times and they have registered my complaint, but I m yet to receive my refund. Neither I m getting any response from your side about the delay. This is absolutely anti-customer practice from your side.
I want refund for-:
a)Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 Mobile Phone(S5360) with order no. 10281732 – Rs 6,214
b) Panasonic EH-HW11 Hair Straightener(EH-HW11) with order no. 10281728 – RS 1,455
I request them to refund Rs 7,669 with immediate effect to my account. Waiting in anticipation.
