I placed an order for BSNL Pentapd order no--.10283518 on the name of Akash Agarwal on 5th of July on a e-commerce site- timtara.com. And on the same day I cancelled the order mentioning the reason for the cancellation.

I was told the amount would be refunded in 7 working days and its now more than two month the amount has not yet been refunded, its still pending. I have to keep calling the customer care, and I just get the same answer that the amount will be refunded in 3-4 working days, but nothing has been done on the refund part on their side.

I am totally Fed up with TIMTARA. This is because it's around 90 days neither get my product nor get refund back my money.

Even 30 days happened yet to get my refund amount after cancellation. All the products cancelled, but website shows only 1 product.

Even you Customer Care executive are unable to process my request nor able to provide my refund of booked amount not able to give any valid reason.

90 days happened no body even bothered to respond to my mail. Only got Auto-generated mail.

This a big Surprise/ Concern for customers like me -

> Customer Care Executives don't have any idea regarding the product delivery
> Only they lodge complaints
> There is no other means to gets the status as CC executives only go through the status in the website and let us know
> No other means to connect Back-end team. One Mobile no that always switched off and SMS not delivered.

Doesn't i conclude this organization is a FRAUD one only misleading customers? Please suggest me what should i do?

Note: Not selected the State & District as it's a online transaction. Though booked from Gurgaon, delivery address is of Bangalore (have to gift my brother)

I ordered a camera from timtatara.com on july 4th and till Aug 20th I never received it. So more than one month time. After that I canceled the product on Aug 21st. Till now the order is not cancelled. I called timtara support almost 10 times. The customer support is outsourced, so they can do very little. Its like I lost almost Rs 8000. Now its Sep 4th and till now timtara.com has NOT cancelled the order or made a refund.

I have not received the above product and have made several calls but unfortunately have not received any feedback. I have also made several complaints. Please find below the same. However we have not received any feedback for the same.

First time I called their no[protected], they says your ordered product is so please wait one more week you will get the product asap like that.After 10 days I called them and asked about that they told me a same answer.Again I called them after few days I told them cancel my product immediately and refund my money. That person says your cancellation conformation mail you will get with in 2 days like that.But till no no reaction.

I don't know why timtera don't have that product means why they are published in their website.They charged extra for shipping also.I am feeling very bad everyday because I am waiting for singe bag more than a month.

I request you to please make me to refund my money from timtera cheating fellows.

i,Partha Sarathi Swain, had ordered two watches (Order no.-#[protected] on[protected] @ 12:09 PM form Timtara online shopping.today is[protected], even if after around 3 months the order status showing "Awaiting shipment" . i have called around 10 times to the customer service timtara , each time they are telling that "your complaint is registered we will call you in two days " but i am not getting any reply from them . its a fraud company taking money from people,strong action should be taken against them.

My online Order No.10214384 Dt. 13.03.2012 and Online Order No.10294386 and 10294384 Date 23.07.2012 with advance payment through Credit Card, but shipment of products is still awaiting after about 40 days.
I have lodged complaint with Consumer online Resource and Empowerment Center supported by Ministry of Consumer Affairs (Government of India) also, but I thing all are involved in cheating with consumers and no action has been taken against such Fraud Company.

So please beware of TIMTARA.

I placed an order of mobile handset that is motorola defy xt worth Rs. 13500/- on first august 2012 and it didn't got delivered till 22nd august 2012. So I raised complaint to cancel the product it's already so many days and they dint even cancelled the product.whenever i am calling , they are telling that this will be done within 24 working hours. This is happening everytime I call. When I am asking them till when I have to wait they reply until the problem is not solved.my order number is 10300254 since then it is showing awaiting shipment status . I don't know what to do please help me.

This is with regard to order no 10295528/26 with timtara.com on 25th July.have logged ticket yesterday to dispatch it yesterday itself(15th augl) from timtara.order date was 25th July. Still the same has been not dispatched. They do not value customers. product delivery happens across industry within 5-7 days. They cheat customers who trust and take more than 30 days for delivery with still no proper status of dispatch. I have been mentally harassed by theier backed customer support team which is unresponsive and rude to customers nor do they bother to dispatch my product which is mobile PHone i would request consumer forum to levy charges of mental harassment and arrange for deliver the goods immediately.

Placed an order on July 2nd 2012 for SuKam Inverter and the ORDER NO 10281876 is... the status was changed to Awaiting Shipment as soon as the payment was confirmed and ever since till date no action was taken so far...

When I wrote abt this on the website (user feedback) some guy named Kangan Magon <[protected]@timtara.com> started writing to me that refund will be initiated and even after quite a few email exchanged...there isn't any improvement in the situation at all.

I have all proof comm and payment stuff.

my order transactions id of timtara is 10134329 in the name of moiz karachiwala the product is samsung galaxy s2 booked on 10th of Aug amount 24301rs
after some days i have given the request for the cancellation on phone also complained id no is 46264 and i have called thousand times for the cancellation and refunding amount back to my account but very horribly to say that no one is giving the response on phone ten days has been passed away for giving the complain but still the order has not been cancelled from their side and not refunding the amount its still showing the awaiting shipment..

please please help me out i am a salaried person i lost my life my money my six months salary

by not canceling the order on given commitment time and refunding the amount its mean that company is cheating and doing fraud business with giving huge discount coupon in online advertising its very shameless to say that they are doing fraud business with all the Indians..

I had placed an order in timtara.com website for a MicroxMax tablet work Rs. 5999 on 5th July and the order no. is 10283280. When I came to know that the delivery was taking longer than I expected, I cancelled the order on 11th July. I also spoke to the customer care and they told me I will get my money back within 20 days.
It has been over 45 days now and still the status shows 'pending refund payment'.
Last 2 week I spoke to the customer care twice to inquire about the status and they told I will get it back in 2 days. When I wanted to speak to the supervisor the person said he is busy on another call.
Today again I called up the customer care and they told me that the refund is pending and it will happen. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, but he told everyone is busy. No one is taking any ownership and assuring by when the refund will happen.
Please help in getting back the money.

I placed one order (Order #10241492 dated 22-May-2012) on Timtara.com. The order was for LG MC2149BB Convection 21 Litres Microwave and I paid Rs. 8290/- for this through debit card (Bank - Axis Bank, satyanagar, bhubaneswar) . Since then I am regularly contacting timtara team to check the order / refund status. I raised so many complains and I didn’t get answer to even single complain. I called 15-20 times to trace it and every time I was told that they are initiating the action and I will receive e-mail about it. But neither any action was initiated nor I received any e-mail or any type o[censored]pdate. Each time I call their customer care, I felt that they even don’t know what happened after my last call and customer care representative promising to initiate the action freshly. Due to all this, I decided to cancel the order. I sent many e-mails, made phone calls raised complains. But same story continued again. Every time I made I call, I was told that they are freshly initiating the cancellation request.

Suddenly one day I checked the status of my order on internet, and it was changed to “Payment refund pending”. I was relived a bit. But after 70 days from the status change also, I have still not received the refund. Again I made calls, raised complains, but same story…………….

I am a regular buyer from other online sites. But I never faced any such issue. This is my worst experience. I am very much frustrated with Timtara.com. They are very un-professional and un-coperative people and doesn't care about their customer problems.

Please help me in getting my money back.

I have booked a Casio Men watch SGW-400H on 31.07.2012 under order No. 10299002 for Rs.4696. I have paid online and given the intimation by timtara that the casio watch will be delivered within 10 working days. After several reminders till today, I have not received the casio watch and on my query, timtara is not replying to my emails and their phone numbers are not reachable.

I made a purchase of "BSNL PENTA IS703C" on 'www.timtara.com' using my Credit Card on 07/08/2012. The assigned delivery period was three week. but still now I didn't get the product. When I check the order status, the website says "This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment". The order details are given below.

Many times I remind them for the delivery of product. Only one time some one "Ritu" reply me that I have to wait the said delivery time assign by timtara.

In the mean time when I check about the review of "TIMTARA" on various website, every body says that "TIMTARA is a FRAUD Company.

Now my question is how can such a company makes fools every body for long time? is there any process to take a hard step against them ?

How can I refund my money back ?

I have booked a product in Timitara.com on May 16th 2012. They have comiited to deliver within 10-15 working days but it had been over 40days, they have not shipped my order. After it I have canceled the order on June 24th 2012 & spoke to their phone executive, he said me that I will be getting my refund with in 7-10 working days but its already over 2 months (over 60days), no refund yet. when i called them again, they answered me that it will take another 7-10 working days & this is the repetitive answer for my every calls.

This is really a cheating. I think the Owner of the company Arindam Bose (name given by Phone Executive of Timtara) has very good relation with Local Legal Department which leading him to cheat/ bluff customers.

I got several calls from different customers, they are facing the same problem since long long time. Still they are giving huge discount to lure customer. Can't Govt. take any serious action on this company? Is it serious or not? Timtara killing us, my sincere request to Govt, please help us to get rid from such fraud Timtara.com.

My order no is 10285826 dated 9th July 2012, Till 2nd Aug 2012, I didn’t receive my order. On 2nd Aug they cancelled my order and informed me to return my money withing 11 working days. I have no receive my money till now. I am calling them on every alternet day but I am getting the same answer that we are forwarding your case to concern dept. When I ask them to transfer my call to concerned dept they deny. even representatives are so rude. On my second last call i.e. on 28th Aug. representative was trying to show me that they are working for me and I must wait till 6 days and again after the 6 days I should call them back and so on…..!!!!!!!! They can’t commit me any time.
