I ordered a Nikon lens (Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens(55-300mm) ) . on 25th July 2012.
the order number was 10295666. the time of delivery was within 3 weeks, but the product has not been delivered yet.
now when I ask to cancel my order and return my money back to me, I don't get support from timtara.com team. Either they don't attend our call or when we call them they talk in rude way.

I placed order for mobile and perfume on 15th june 2012 for rs 4747 vide credit card.
After one month I cancelled the order and asked for refund.
But...

had ordered perfumes on timtara.com on 11/06/2012. have been constantly following up for delivery....till the date goods are not delivered. already charged my credit card on 11/06/12. they are not even giving any committment for the delivery.....

I have placed an ordered for LED TV on 20th Mar 2012 from Timtara.com, refund the amount on 4th April 2012, still i do not receive any response form Timatar, noone responds to the email address, no phone response, no trace of the product. I am still waiting for the refund from them.

I have ordered Prestige Delight Electric Rice Cooker with Order #10200539 on the timtara.com on[protected], after two months they were cancelled my order without even intimation to me, I have followed up for refund of my order, but still my refund was in pending status. This is to bring to your kind notice that I had placed an order for Blackbery 9220 on 2nd July, 2012 with Timtara.com.

The payment was done using a credit card & the amount is Rs. 9890.00

Later on, on 7th July, 2012, I received an email from them saying that my product was ready for despatch & that I will be receiving the AWB number soon.

However, the details never came. Neither my product...

On 13 July 2012, I had booked a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from timtara.com using credit card payment. Same day, I receive an
email saying "Your product is ready for shipment". That was the day and today, since then i am waiting for my product but
my product has not been delivered. The story doesn't end here. Seeing my product undelivered, I called up customer care on
23 July 2012. A complaint was lodged on...

Timtara is a FRAUD company, i am still waiting from last 50 days for product and for my money but these guys are just insane.

than the order was cancelled on 27/06/2012 many telephone calls were made at your customer care service centre on tel phone no. [protected] & false promises of refund were made that the amount would be deposited in our a/c in couple of days. even after one & half month of cancellation we have not received the amount. please see the matter. please do not compel me to take legal action. as this deal has already mentally harassed me...
