I placed an Order #10212352 worth Rs. 1,937 online on 10-Mar-2012 with Free Shipping and Delivery in 15-20 Working Days.
-- I waited patiently to get my item and called timtara.com customer care number to ensure nothing is holding the delivery. The item was not delivered even in a month.
-- I raised a complaint, Ref No. 15162, for late delivery. And, during which I’ve been told that the item ran out of stock. So, they will process my refund. WHY timtara.com REALIZED AFTER A MONTH OF PAYMENT THAT THEY HAVE NO ITEM IN STOCK TO SEND?
-- The real harassment started upon I received a call from timtara.com saying that the item is in stock now and they can cancel the refund and replace the order. I found no catch in it and asked them to replace my order canceling earlier request of refund. One and half months already GONE.
-- After this no more calls from timtara.com (just their regular offers in my emails, pretending they are still in business). Frustrated with their lethargy, I decided to call them every alternative day, fruitlessly, which turned to every week, and then fortnightly. Three months already GONE.
-- With my patience levels running very low I talked to a lady customer rep, showing a practiced sympathy to my case, she said she will escalate the issue to their grievance team. And, “Someone will call you in 24 hours” act started. No one called, but me to timtara.com – over 5 months GONE.
I believe I spend more than Rs. 500/- calling timtara.com.
I demand my compensation of Rs. 1,937 + minimum Rs. 500/- and an apology for tarnishing the image online purchasing.

When i try to reach your executives for getting an update about cancellation, I always get a constant reply "Your order will be cancelled in 24-48 hours and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team" .
Its been more than two weeks that order was requested for cancellation, and still the order isn't cancelled.
Requesting your immediate attention for the cancellation of order(Money transferred to my account) and provide me the correct update. Hoping for a quick response.
