Hi,

I had ordered Skull Candy Up rocks Headphones (Blue-Black color) on[protected] through my Credit Card for Rs 1439/- . My Order ID is 10296708.
It had been more than a month now and my product was still awaiting shipment. I had received no calls form Customer Care whatsoever about failure of delivering the product on time (which was given within 3 weeks on their website).

They sounded totally clueless when I made innumerable calls to them complaining about non-delivery of product. They would not let me speak to their superiors saying that it is against company policy to let us talk to them and that they were busy on calls.

All they said was that the "Issue has been escalated to the back-end team and you will hear from us within the next 48 hours."
This happened almost every 3-4 days for 3 weeks. My complaints to them went unnoticed as they have turned a deaf ear towards it.

When I got frustrated I mailed their CCO (Customer Care Officer) on 18th August about my grievance to escalate the issue but to no help. I have been waiting ever since for his reply.

I finally sent out a "CANCELLATION REQUEST" on their website on 21st August which was supposed to be processed within 48 hours. I haven't received any call or notification on the same.

I as a customer have been mentally frustrated by their attitude and negligence, not to mention the loss of my money.

Thus, I had no option but to post this on the consumer forum so that you could help me resolve this issue by taking up a case against "Timtara.com"
and suing them for their unprofessional behaviour and grievances caused to the customer.

I have requested for cancellation of Order # 10332094 on 26 October, as per customer care executive.
When i try to reach your executives for getting an update about cancellation, I always get a constant reply "Your order will be cancelled in 24-48 hours and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team" .

Its been more than two weeks that order was requested for cancellation, and still the order isn't cancelled.

Requesting your immediate attention for the cancellation of order(Money transferred to my account) and provide me the correct update. Hoping for a quick response.

    I ordered a product from timtara on 30 th of june....they promised me of delivery in 21 days but they did not deliver it so i cancelled the order on 24 july n asked for refund of money.....its 27 august neighter the product is at my home or the money is handed over back to me.....when we call customer service they reply the same thing that we'll inform our backup department regarding the issue they will call u back in 24 hrs...no one calls or they wont even mail...they wont even reply to our mails...

      Myself Kesav, i cancelled my mobile phone order on 11th May because of Mobile was not deliver after

      45days from the date of order.

      As per mentioned on timtara website payment should be refund after 7 working Days but today is 25 Aug,

      MORE THAN three MONTHs. but since 1 month i can't receive my payment.

      I contact to customer care many times but they told me your payment will receive after two-three days

      and also many time they disconnect calls.They talk me like this since 50 days.

      I am very tired to call customer care. i dont want to take more time for cash back. So please Refund my

      money as early as possible

        I have purchased an iPhone 4S 16GB Black model from Timtara.com on 1st August 2012. They promised to deliver it in 3 weeks. Its more than that. I have tried to complain on call at customer care and also email them. But they don’t answer properly and no reply on email.

        Please help me deliver phone in 1 week or refund money.

            I ordered one strontium make SDHC 16 GB memory card from Timtara.com in Rs. 659 by order no. #10200225. I waited for delivery of this memory for more than one and half month. after that I raised a request that either supply memory card or cancel the order. Titara cancelled that order in the month of April 12 by saying that it can not supply as product is not available and money will be refunded in 8-10 working days. Since than I contact timtara more an 20 times. They always says money is being refunded but never refunds. Help me by refunding Rs. 659 from Timtara.com. My registered complain no. with timtara is 25604.
            i do also have very bad exp from timtara. they have not yet delivered my product over the month.

                I placed an Order #10212352 worth Rs. 1,937 online on 10-Mar-2012 with Free Shipping and Delivery in 15-20 Working Days.

                -- I waited patiently to get my item and called timtara.com customer care number to ensure nothing is holding the delivery. The item was not delivered even in a month.

                -- I raised a complaint, Ref No. 15162, for late delivery. And, during which I’ve been told that the item ran out of stock. So, they will process my refund. WHY timtara.com REALIZED AFTER A MONTH OF PAYMENT THAT THEY HAVE NO ITEM IN STOCK TO SEND?

                -- The real harassment started upon I received a call from timtara.com saying that the item is in stock now and they can cancel the refund and replace the order. I found no catch in it and asked them to replace my order canceling earlier request of refund. One and half months already GONE.

                -- After this no more calls from timtara.com (just their regular offers in my emails, pretending they are still in business). Frustrated with their lethargy, I decided to call them every alternative day, fruitlessly, which turned to every week, and then fortnightly. Three months already GONE.

                -- With my patience levels running very low I talked to a lady customer rep, showing a practiced sympathy to my case, she said she will escalate the issue to their grievance team. And, “Someone will call you in 24 hours” act started. No one called, but me to timtara.com – over 5 months GONE.

                I believe I spend more than Rs. 500/- calling timtara.com.

                I demand my compensation of Rs. 1,937 + minimum Rs. 500/- and an apology for tarnishing the image online purchasing.

                  I had ordered Sony Ericsson Neo V mobile in June from Timtara.com worth Rs. 14500 (Order No:[protected], as discussed with Shivali who helped me finalise the deal told, she had guranteed me the mobile will be delivered within 3 days as i had to gift it to my sister but i never received mobile. But got a mail that refund will be processed within 7 working days, but till date no refund has been processed. Once i asked my lawyer to call Timtara after he talked to Customer Care and then to Shivali i was told to send a mail to [protected]@timtara.com and she would do the needful and soon i got a mail from timtara:
                  "We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in refund. However, we are confident that the amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days. We will be in touch with you."
                  But still i have not received my money and not getting any reply from customer care as well. Have already wasted so much money on calling them everyday.

                  Ans when today i called up customer care and told them i will file case against timtara he replied "Main to daar gya" and i even have the recoreded conversation with me. So how should i proceed to get my refund?

                    I have cancelled my order Id: 10227732 at timtara site as I did not get my order delivered in time. I have placed this order on March 31st 2012 and cancelled it after 1.5 months. Still the money is not credited to my account. I have called them so many times but the issue is not yet resolved. Can you please take care of this?

                          i ordered a product from timtara on 30th july …they said that they will deliver within 3 weeks and today is 22nd august and still they did not deliver my product.I called them more 20 times. they are just extending the time and not delivering my product.
                          I had ordered product from Timtara.com on[protected] till today product is not delivered. In the product status its given as "Awaiting Pickup",

                          I am not sure when I will recieve my product. Have dome multiple followups in email. No response.

                          I would suggest not to buy from this site.
                          pRODUCT NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS. REQUESTED FOR REFUND AND THAT IS ALSO DONE, THIS SITE SHOULD BE BANNED AND NOONE SHOULD DO SHOPPING WITH IT

                            I was going to buy a washing machine from Timtara.com but not booked at first..Then two phone calls arrived at my mobile([protected]) from their site to book this washing machine so

                            that they can deliver the product as soon as possible at my home(told by them).One of the two representatives is Ms.Shivali whose email Id is shivali at timtara dot com. She told me to send the

                            order details and address to her mail after completing the online purchase from timtara.com so that she can arrange the order As soon as possible...

                            Deal:
                            I bought the product(Whirlpool FATL Washing Machine 7.0 Kg Whitemagic 700 H) from them with pre-paid(not by COD) order through my SBI Debit Card on 19th July, 2012..
                            My order details are below:

                            Order Status: Awaiting Shipment
                            Order Date:[protected] @ 2:13 PM
                            Order Recipient: Debasish Barman
                            Order Total: Rs. 15,126 INR(14626 INR(price)+500(Shipping Charges))
                            At the time of this order they told me that they are giving an offer(4500INR OFF on 20000INR by using the Coupon "MMD45").Now other coupons like that are running in the site

                            Timtara.com.To avail this I had to buy the products 20000INR or above.. So that I add an Item(Philips PC Headset SHM6110U/97)of the order id : 10291726 with the order id: 10291728. And

                            I got the discounted price.The order ids are different of the same order because they generated the different order ids for the products after my Money transaction was successful..

                            Problem:
                            After 10-14 days of prepaid order I called them to send a reminder then they told me to do not worry about that and the order would be delivered within 21 days.I could relax and just to

                            wait for 21 day delivery(their maximum day time of delivery).

                            But When 19 days came I called them back again because the order was not dispatched till then so how could it be delivered within 21 days..But again they assured that they would deliver

                            the product within 21 days of the order placed .

                            After 21 days I did not get my order delivered at my home..

                            Then I called them(means their customer care no.[protected] and[protected]:30am to 6:30pm)) many times.. When I called them they replied me that they were sending reminders

                            to the back end department or forwarding the complaint to the back end department..here Important is that there was no path of communication to their back end department..
                            After all the order was not delivered at my home.. Then I called them again and again...then they told me that they were arranging a "call back" or/and "reply E-Mail" from their back end

                            department which would be available within 24 working hours.. But ALAS!!! After 3-4 working days and 7-10 normal days Their "BACK END DEPARTMENT" neither called me back nor sent

                            me reply E-Mail to my email Address barmandebasish.business at gmail dot com(same was used in booking order)..
                            So I called them back again and again approximately 25 times day by day to remind them for the order 10291728 was not delivered..

                            "What they replies now":
                            "Tell me the order no.
                            (I gave[protected]
                            This is in awaiting shipment(which was the first stage of my order status)..
                            This order was made in 19th July of 2012.
                            We apologize for the inconvenience/late of the delivery..We regret that and forwarding a complaint/sending a reminder/arranging an email/call back to our back end department..they are

                            working on your order..thank you for calling at timtara.com.."
                            [ The all conversations were in Hindi, for everyone understanding I wrote them in English..Some little bit can differ with that..]

                            All the customer service representatives say the same thing..If I ask more than that they do not reply for more...they say that they can only forward complaints/reminder to their Back End

                            Department.. The back end department can inform the all other information...But in reality they have not done the same till now..
                            [The all representatives I had communicated are: Shivali,Kafil Ahmed, Puja, Priya, Swati , Siya and many more]

                            Steps for Actions:
                            I already warned them for the non delivery of my PREPAID order..
                            I am writing this report to consumerforums.in and consumercompalints and consumercourt and many more...

                            Three and Last steps: I have to bind with a lawyer and lodge a CASE against TIMTARA.COM for the non-delivery of my PREPAID ORDER.and I have to fight against them in Consumer Court

                            (MAHAMANYA ADALAT).

                            Thank you all ... Please Help me if you can..
                            And a request to consumerforums for this case placing at your site..I will give you all the documents related with the order...

                              Dear all,

                              Please do not buy any product from Timtara site. My experience with the site is very bad. Usually any online site delivers orders with in a week maximum with in 10 days in case of delay.

                              But with Timtara their default delivery time is "3 weeks". I did n't know before ordering my product. i have seen several complaints on net that, so many orders were not delivered after 1 month also.

                              Ok.. lets say there is some problem. But when you complain about the delay at least a kind of followup should be done. There is no followup even after 1 week that you raised your complaint to the customer care and also on the web in their complaints column. This is beyond worst.

                              About customer care: You will never see such aggressiveness in any costumer care centers. They will never forward calls to their higher level person. Always they will say "They are in a meeting or they are busy addressing other calls". Not for once or twice, whenever you call, its the same response. If you were kept on hold, you will have to wait ages but they will not turn back. Again very bad service.

                              There is no timely delivery, there is no care about customer complaints. There is no followup or no feedback received, very bad customer care service. With this kind of inconsistencies I dont think Timtara should be still allowed to sell products online. Timtara should be banned!

                              All together a big NO to Timtara.!

                                  I have placed Order #10279906 for ?1 x MapMyIndia GPS Navigation Device Vx140s Premium with timtara.com on 28.06.2012. After 4 days I wrote to the company as -?I don?t understand why the delivery of the ordered item has taken 4 days. please expedite on priority?. They replied as -?This is to inform you that your order is in process and the same will delivered to you with in the given time frame of 15 to 20 working days. So kindly wait till then.?. Now till to date(21.08.2012)i.e after lapse of 1 month & 21 days, they do not deliver my item. Besides they don?t even bother to reply my mails or complaint I register on their website daily nor any representative does contact me. I make frequent calls to the customer care but do not yield any result. The cost of Rs. 9,900/- have been already paid to them through my credit card. I am sure this is a fraud company. They make business of the money people deposit with them for purchase of the goods. The company displays the banner -?Rated No. 1 for user experience and is listed in top 20 Hottest E-commerce start ups in India?. By displaying such banners in their ads they are actually making fool the people of India. I have gone through the link: http://www.facebook.com/groups/[protected]/[protected]/?notif_t=group_activity where I found that there are hundreds of people who are victims of Timtara.com. My request to the general especially to the advertisers that do not display ads of the fraud companies like timtara.com.They are actually party to these fraud companies, making fool of the people of India.

                                    On 30 July 2012, I had booked a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from timtara.com using credit card payment. Same day, I receive an
                                    email saying "Your product is ready for shipment". That was the day and today, since then i am waiting for my product but
                                    my product has not been delivered. The story doesn't end here. Seeing my product undelivered, I called up customer care on
                                    31 Jul 2012. Cst cll and said he nt getting his product when status check status is awaiting fullfilment so plz do needful. on the next day , I received reply from [protected]@timtara.com saying "We would like to inform you that the order is in process and will deliver to you within the time frame ( 3 Weeks time ) so please wait till then. We will be in touch with you.." I thought
                                    of waiting for another couple of days. In the meantime, I called customer care. They said that there is a problem with the
                                    Back-end Department of timtara.com because of which there is delay in delivery of product. Hearing these kind of excuses
                                    from them again and again, i decided to cancel my order. I wrote an email to [protected]@timtara.com thinking that something will
                                    happen. In reply to this, I was again routed back to lodge a complaint with the customer care. I am fed up of these
                                    fraudsters and fraud company.

                                    Timtara / Samsung Tab2 — Non delivery

                                    Non delivery of product. its already been 3 weeks. and when i call customer care, they always forward the complain and nothing happens.

                                      Complaint against Non Delivery of Oreders[protected] &[protected].
                                      Hi guys....I ordered two items from timtara .com on[protected].After 3 weeks also they didn't shipped the items.It is my first bad online shopping experience.Please don't buy any product from this site.They are Frauds.And they will offer big discounts on items also.But don't trust them.Thanks

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        First of all, im not sure that it is more relevant to bring this issue to you; But I still wanted to bring this to your notice for a good cause for all.

                                        I have placed an order worth INR 1000 in Timtara (Timtara.com) for which you are authorized payment gateway. Order Numbers are: 10290190 &[protected] on July 16th and haven’t received any. Finally I requested for cancellation on July 23 rd and till now, im waiting for payment refund.
                                        They promised to deliver in a week. It’s been more than 35 days now. When i call customer support they do nothing but lodge a complaint, there is no tracking. I now understood that their customer care service is horrible and tests your patience .

                                        Is there a way to get my money back? Please advice. Timtara is absolutely a fake company; cheating more innocent people.

                                        Any actions to address this will result in good for all online buyers. Hope you understand and will demand for necessary actions. Thanks.
