Yesterday I visited tanishq regarding return policy of diamond jewelry as we were planning to exchange it to gold, as we told employee that we are considering gold over diamond jewelry he started to tell that gold is old fashioned, new generation is choosing diamond jewelry. And we are choosing gold jewelry then we are from village area we should not buy gold . So if a brand like tanishq provide this kind of services to their customer then what's the point, it meant you can not choose a jewelry of your choice, due to this shopping experience I will never consider to buy any jewelry from your brand, highly unprofessional and disrespectful staff.

    15th of feb I joined as a CSA in this company .. owner and manager they told wrong commitment about salary when I received the 1st month salary .There was 20 % detecting in salary.
    When I complaint they pressure for resignation and harassment every time . After that in pressure when I resigned the job they hold my salary.. and not giving my salary...
    Please resolve this big harassment problem... ..

      I bought eyeglass in 4 th March 2023 from Lalbazar Kolkata. Within 2 months the eyeglass is discolored and has a tendency to be broken in the place. When I moved to the showroom the shopkeepers told me some stupid reasons and tried to misslead. Even they could not change the eyeglass.

      How can this kind of behaviour be received from such a reputed company? Is this not cheating?

        Hello,
        i am shocked, being a loyal Titan Raga fan i purchased this watch from Kochi Oberon mall Titan showroom on 23rd April evening.
        the sales personnel kept insisting all display pieces are sold to customers and they never keep stock so no new box packed pieces.

        i travelled outside of India in 2 days and then noticed that the colour of the strap fading on both sides.
        this is terrible cheating i must say. absolutely shocked.
        I cannot even visit the showroom now because i stay in Kuwait and will not be back for at least another 6 months.
        I need an immediate solution to my issue as this feels absolutely ridiculous after spending so much of money.
        Totally beats the point of buying a branded product from authorized showroom itself!
        I demand an immediate refund from Titan!

          I bought 2 products from tanishq but order number not generated and no refund received.i have transaction from bank .they are saying to wait and wait but not giving me update on money return in name of company policy.it has been 2 weeks since and they said to wait for 10 more days.they are literally harassing me in name of company worst online experience ever.

            I purchased Fastrack Reflex Play Plus watch in January 2023, within a month within a month the I the watch was stopped charging. I went to service center here in Nashik and after 15 days they resolved the problem. However, again the issue reappeared in April and I emailed them back on21st April 2023 but apart from the acknowledgement email I didn't receive any communication. When called on the toll-free no. They have informed me that I will receive a call within 2 to 4 hours but it's been two days now. Please if you can help here.

              I want to return the product and want complete refund as not required product anymore and sudden plan change and as bill which was not read by us due to faith on tanishq brand and it is mentioned that no cash refund will allow. And debit the making charges and GST. Other competitors like caratlanes refunding the complete amount within 15days.

                Dear team,
                I have purchased ring from tanishq store on date[protected] but due to sudden change in plans I want to return the same for refund but as mentioned on bill no cash will return and if cash return will debit making charges and GST. It's highly disappointed how can a customer will pay making charges where he is returning product nxt day.
                Other competitors like caratlanes refunding full money in 15days. Please accept my request and refund complete amount

                  I have open an account in Tanishq (Orion Mall, Panvel). I wasn’t interested as I was moving out of station but executive there confirmed me that I can take products from any branch of Tanishq.
                  I have made all payments on time. Last month when I visited Boring Road, Patna branch; executive informed me that amount has been transferred to Head branch. He took my bank account details and other documents (Aadhar and PAN). I’m out of India now and continuously chasing for my amount. There is no proper revert from customer service and executive from boring road branch who had initiated my refund process. It’s over a month now.

                      I purchased a bangle yesterday .. its a plain bangles. However i think the making charges has been put incorrectly on the system as even the attendent got confused. However i have been charged around 16k in making charges of plain bangle which is too too high even i compared it with online products. Could you pls look into the same as i think there was some system error which has led me to pay higher making charges. Attached bill and pic. Please check the reason for high making charges on this bangle.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          I recently bought on 9th January 2023 and within 2 3 months the stone/crystal fell off and the bracelet pin got loosen due to which I went to the Titan outlet in lulu, Al karama where I bought the watch and the retailer asked me to go to other titan outlet which is in Al quasis at lulu and said that "No problem, just go there and show them warranty card and they will replace the stone" after that next week I went to Al quasis and the retailer there told me that they cannot do it here and need to go to service center and it was submitted under warranty and then I was contacted after 1 week saying I need to pay 80 AED for the repairing charges which is very disappointing even when the watch is very new and under the warranty.
                          I have always been a Titan watches fan and even when it's an Indian product when I came to Dubai I chose titan raga watch over all other brands and not expected this kind of negative customer service from your brand competitors such as Titan Raga who I have proven to be a devoted customer ever since I started wearing watch, it was always titan not only me but my parents and grand parents use Titan watch which is also a legacy that I kinda followed.
                          I am disappointed with the lack of interest I am receiving in regards to this issue; it certainly does not entice me to purchase other Titan Raga products in the future. After sales support in a product is extremely important for a customer and not something we as consumers which to be forced to dispute.

                          This incident has left me with a strong, negative brand image of Titan watches, one which is only highlighted by the fact that I don't feel my request is one so out of the ordinary.

                            I wish to draw your kind attention that, I had purchased an ear ring through Tanishq Online (handled by Titan) on 29th March, 2023 for Rs.7729/-, which was delivered on 30th March, 2023. Due to poor quality, the said item was returned back on 31st March, 2023 through Blue Dart Courier.

                            But regret to inform you that, even after several emails and telephone calls they are not releasing my refund amount of Rs.7729/-. As you are aware that, I am not the one customer complaining for refund issues, as I have seen many complaints on Titan for such issues,

                            I made several calls and emails to them, but neither they are confirming the status of payment nor receiving a firm reply from them as of today i.e. 19th April, 2023. Bank details have already been provided to them for release of money

                            I therefore, earnestly request your goodself to kindly help me out for getting the money refunded back to my account for which I shall be very much obliged.

                            As I understand that, this Titan company is scrolling the matters of customers, without any reason whatsoever.

                            Once again request you to please help me for getting the money refunded from company like Titan.

                                I purchased a bangle 2 months before for one hand(27gm) as the other pair was not available in store that time, I ordered the 2nd pair one month later and requested to make that with lesser(2-4) gm weight since they had only communicated that the 2nd bangle can be made in lesser weight and I froze the gold by paying 1lakh advance, same day I got a call and I was told, it can be made only in the same weight(27gm) due to the xyz constraints in the workshop, sine I have already paid 1lakh and bought for one hand in past I had no other go so I agreed. But finally I received the bangle for other hand which is 33grams, when I tried to make in little lesser weight that couldn't be possible but it was made 6grams heavier than before. I had to pay 10grams more just to fullfill my requirement, so my experience on this was very bad and I will never suggest anyone to trust TATA company for such behaviour.

                                  I got my watch battery replaced at Titan showroom in vidyaranyapura. They charged me an hefty price of Rs 400/ for replacing the battery. We were shocked after hearing 400 Rs for replacement. We asked why are you charging so much for a battery replacement, the person replied it is original cell and it will come for 4 years. We asked for the warranty but he replied waranty is only for 1 year but the battery works for 4 years. The person didn't give any bill for this service. That means he's not paying GST to government. Is Titan cheating both government and the customers.
                                  Titan need to answer this.

                                      I have booked a product which was not available with them and have placed the Order. I had an Tanishq old gold which i exchanged, they have considered the rate of old gold of that day, however since the product has arrived now they are charging as per today rate. this is cheating. As conveyed they said that the gold rate was not locked so you have to take the gold as per current rate. while taking the old gold they have taken the old rate. the anount of the old gold was with them until the product arrived.
