My mother bought a mangalsutra from tanishq Trichy store on april30, 2022.The stones from that jewellery fell one by one after 10 days of purchase.The chain got cut off after 45 days of purchase.I don't know how a chain can get cut off within a short span of time.I demand an explanation and a compensation.If I don't get a valid reply I may be forced to go to consumer court to get my work done.

I had marked this a gift when purchasing it. I even had a gift message on it to which I do not know what happened. I did not see it anywhere when the gift was received.
The main thing: Why on Earth do you guys have to print the price and everything everywhere on the box . You also put a receipt inside the box as well. When order is placed you send us a message that 'order of this such n such amount has been placed' Why???? Thank god you did not print the price on the pendant itself.
A gift should not have all this, please! I know a receipt is important but please figure out a way to may email it to the person ordering the gift rather putting it inside the gift box. A gift should not have the price of it anywhere near it.

During the month of February 2022, we had purchased two fast track smart watches, one in red colour and the other in black.
During the 2nd week of May 2022, the display of my black coloured smart watch was not functional and I handed it over at your Periyar Nagar Showroom on 25.05.2022.

I am yet to receive any updates regarding my watch.

I ordered a ring for my mom on her borthday to give her a surprise it was little big in her finger she went to tanishq store and said please resize this they said you would get it back after a month they called her and she went there she was told that would get a refund because they are gonna make it small instead she was charged more and they didnt even resized the ring it was still big in her finger and i bought that ring ao she can wear that in my brothers wedding and now she wont be able to wear it because it keeps falling because it is big very disappointed with tanishq this is my first experience and its really bad

I have changed my watch battery from world of Titan (GSTIN - 29AAOFC0580D1ZH). They charged me 405 rupees, just for replacing the battery. Which not at all as per the market standards. Please take necessary action against them on looting customers.

I purchased earrings through tanishq online services. However, I returned it after 3 days because they were not comfortable. When I returned it to them they sent a email that your refund is initiated. Unfortunately, it’s been more than 4 months. I did not get that refund yet. I purchased it through my New Zealand credit card(gem visa). I talked to them many times and they always sent me an email that we already refunded the amount into the same account which I did not get back.

I was here in the vashi navi mumbai branch with my family to buy something for my sister on her birthday...she was trying out some earings and I just took one to try it for myself...your staff Ms. U asked me not to wear it why? Then she said only one of you try again WHY?
Didn't want to create a scene there and spoil the mood but can't I try an earing?
Or is there any policy stating per family only one member can buy
The lady was indeed calm and helpful but what she said hurt me...I felt like I did some crime.
I am too a consumer and I too deserve to try it out.

Very appalling service, its HTSE 1635KP01 watch was gifted to me by a very special person and I gave the watch for servicing to Titan Showroom near Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore - 560085 on 15th May'22 it's been a month now and they say they can't get the watch working due to no mechanism available and asking me to take the watch back, isn't it an horrifying service that you buy such an expensive watch with no option to fix the mechanism created by world know Titan company, I have attached the WCC code document of when the watch was given to the showroom, all I wanted is to please help in getting the watch to a work so I can use it as I look at it with emotions as like you guys advertise, it's not fair to keep it in the locker with no emotions, I claim myself as a valuable customer of your brand's Fastrack but disappointing service by a parent company.

I brought a titan raga watch 3 years ago which costs 7750 and now the watch glass is broken and when i asked for a replacement they said there is no stock.i dont understand that a big company like titan has no spare watch glass for a model which is released just 3 years before.i would like to have it repaired soon.

Dear sir, I have purchased Fastrack reflex 3 three months back but it is not working and not getting pair with mobile and showing a circle made of two clock wise arrow and a triangle in middle of circle on its screen. I went to to your outlets at giridih and Dhanbad but didn’t get any solution. I have also requested for video call but no one called me. My father purchased the spectacles guided by titan eye plus personal and tested by so called ophthalmologist in that shop but the spectacles delivered was found inappropriate to wear. The vision of nearby was blurred and my father could not focus objects or writings, so we contacted the guwahati branch, Sundarlal Jain & Sons, Christian Basti. First of all they are very unprofessional and they says my father need to visit once their shop, it was really difficult to visit their as my father was staying in industry in meghalaya, still he went to check with their requirements. But they said they dont have any problem. They suggested tp wear it for long time. My father did that too. After that it was severe to wear that spectacles. He faced a lot of issues with the configuration of spectacles. So again I have contacted their service, they replied we cant do anything, its an intermediate problem you hav to go for progressive lens. Are you fooling us in the name of brands like titan. Literally the behavior is intolerable. It is their fault that they could not make the bifocal lens properly and now they says they can't replace. Please I and my father already faced so much difficulties in retaining the glasses, I urge the supreme authorities to take action against this and help me either replace the lens or just refund the amount that my father paid. So please take it on a serious note. I will be thankful, if you could resolve the issue. Also they informed me that you can file complaint but nothing is going to happen. So I hope this is misleading service from titan.

But it was not connected with my cellphone
I have called the customer care but he told me that our all employees are busy will call you back
I am not satisfied with the answer
If we are buying the brand and give the price more than average that the support is supposed to be fast

I gave the watch to authorised service centre in Ernakulam to replace my brocken watch glass. Today I received the watch, and found issues.
The glass replaced is poor quality. I can see scratches.
Inside components of the dial has scratches. This was not present before the watch was given to service centre.

The wristwatch you sent is not good in quality. The dial is rotating in all the directions, so i want to return the product

As i have seen in many gold stores they do not charge making charges on gold goin but you charge making charges on gold coin this is not good as being a such a big brand in gold and all over this need to be improved...
