I gave the watch to authorised service centre in Ernakulam to replace my brocken watch glass. Today I received the watch, and found issues.
The glass replaced is poor quality. I can see scratches.
Inside components of the dial has scratches. This was not present before the watch was given to service centre.
I'm attaching the photo and video of before repair and after repair.

As i have seen in many gold stores they do not charge making charges on gold goin but you charge making charges on gold coin this is not good as being a such a big brand in gold and all over this need to be improved...

I had submitted a titan watch for servicing as it has issue with the machine keeps stopping. After 2 months i have received my watch today after several follow ups and calls. And to my utter surprise, i have noticed now my watch has lot of scraches all over the strap. My watch was new and had no scratch at all...

Why is this design u guys manufacturing which is breaking after daily use of 2 months. Ur sale person proudly saying we have 2-3 complaint like this before this.

Have a general meeting of goa panjim branch teach them manners how to talk of customer is there. Not to abuse in front of customer. Waiting for one hour to get mangalsutra repair...

Tanishq-Mangalore branch has the most horrible staff. Very lazy and do not attend to the customers....

I have bought two rings from different stores if tanishq one at noida gip mall and another from jhansi store which I wished to exchange yesterday for buying a gold chain of higher amount from Shipra mall indrapuram store. I was told that both my rings will only be exchanged for 50% of total value. I submitted a TITAN watch (Model NC 1335YL02) at the TITAN showroom at Selaiyur, Chennai-600073 on 18 Apr 2022 for battery replacement. As the watch was perfectly running, I did not ask for servicing. The battery price was less than Rs.120, but I was asked to pay Rs.184 as service charges also. Watch was not serviced and i did not request for it also. The shop informed that this is the normal way of billing even if one does not ask for servicing....
