Dear Complaints Team,

I had opened 2 accounts under the Tanish Golden Harvest Scheme on 29.02.2023 and paid the first installment of 10, 000/- each for both the accounts

Subsequently, i closed both the accounts on 25.02.2023 and raised the online refund request on 25.02.2023 based on the discussion with the Tanisq Customer Executive and provided all the details like my NEFT details, the ID card for the transfer of the amount to my accounts .

The details have also been received by Tanishq . However, the refund for the same is still not received . I have sent 3 reminders to the Tanishq Team but there is no reply from their end .

Relevant screenshots attached for yr reference .

Request to please take up this matter with the concerned teams to do the needful at the earliest .

    I purchased jewellery of Rs 11, 00, 000/- from tanishq showroom, maqbool alam road, Varanasi.
    I gave them cheques 4 days back but today they are refusing to hand over jewellery asking more money/commission.
    They are doing total fraud.
    Kindly sack all the salesman there and give me my jewellery or I will be forced to lodge FIR against this.

      They have not shipped the product as can be clearly seen on the bluedart tracking but on titan’s website they have marked as delivered. Pathetic service and customer support they have.

        Refund for rs 960

        I ordered a watch from company application and paid 960 online.after i cancelled the product for very low product rating as they are sending used products and they messaged me for refund.My order number is 8973746 for Rs 960.00 has been cancelled at 10th february.Till now waiting for refund.Customer care giving fake assurance for refund...It is one type of a case of customer harassment from this reputed brand.There shoud be a strong action...

        We came for buying a ring and gave another ring for exchange which was also Tanishq. The staff was extremely slow and not at all trust worthy. They took 45 min and took the ring inside in some room which was apparently unseen to us and whatever they did. After constant asking they finally came back and said ma’am the weight of your ring bas decreased but here is the catch the weight decreased was so much more than a normal wear and tear would do. A intelligent person here can understand what happened inside the room. Now after having a discussion with another tanishq store manager who we have trusted for years when this was discussed it was even shocking to him as to how the weight could decrease than the expected and normal level. Then when we finally discussed and everything was finalised the sales person - Pardeep says ma’am we wohave to s tfactory to revaluate again because we are doubtful that there is a chip in it. Being so unsure so confused as to what was the problem as well as the solution what is the evaluation after doing it again and again. I just hope whoever visits this store mustn’t buy the jewellery from here because it is a lifetime investment and such fraud might lead you to loss of your hard earned money. Also I would request Tata as well as tanishq as a brand to look out for what sort of staff they are hiring and are they even to be trusted with things like these.
        Hope some action is taken and solution is provided.

          I had purchased an Anne Klien watch on 6th Nov 2022. The watch stopped working after one month. I took the watch to World of Titan. The In-charge informed the battery has drained and replaced the battery as it was during warranty period. The watch stopped working again with 15 days. I have deposited the watch at World of Titan for observation for a month. I have purchased many watches of Titan company but never faced any problem with them as compared to the Anne Klien watch. I would like Titan to replace this watch with a Titan watch as I do not want any more Anne Klien watch.

              Tanishq golden harvest jewellary purchase plan[protected] last payment of 10000 rupees credited via online payment to Tanishq but it is not reflecting in Tanishq website. when contacted to customer care they told payment is failed but amount is not returned back to bank please check from your side and arrange to resolve the issue if required i can provided bank statement

                I had booked a watch and returned it with so much of difficulty for which I received refund initiated message in December 2022. It’s been more than 1.5months, I haven’t received my refund of 5395 for the order ID 8409421. Every time I write them a mail, they keep sending me different ticket numbers, I text them on WhatsApp then they say they are helpless and I call them on customer care number TV they keep giving me 1000s of lie which is always different. Being a reputed company, Titan should take care of their customers, very frustrated and disappointed with Titan. I am not going to buy anything else from the so called brand Titan and I will also create awareness about this to make sure that no other common people will lose their hard earned money by purchasing online

                    I had purchased Titan watch in March 2022 in watch Leather separate and after that I change belt in Titan show room, morbi and 2 nd time same problem arises . I can’t expect this type of problem in premium watches please solve my problem.

                      I have choose a Golden Harvest Scheme A/C no.[protected] open on 22/11/2021 in which i have to choose a Rs. 6000/- per month for 10 months. It was mature on 22/09/2022. Company issued a cheque bearing no. 4002290 of Rs. 60000/- of ICICI Bank, Bangalore, IFSC- ICIC0000002, from A/C No.[protected], Dated. 27.12.2022. I have received on 01.01.2023 and accordingly i have presented in ICICI Bank, Una(H.P) branch on 04.01.2023. He said that it takes one or two days for clearance. I continuously visited in the bank at least 7 to 8 times. The bank said every times that it takes one more days. But finally the bank was unable to clear the cheque and so amount not creditred in to my ICICI Bank Account No.[protected], ICICI Bank Una(H.P) and said that the Cheque presnted by you actually no shown in bank system. It means that bank not issued such Cheque book. The bank returned the cheque non credited into my Account on 24.01.2023 with the remarks that " ADVICE NOT FOUND"
                      It is therefore requested that a fresh cheque of Rs. 60000/- and interest @ 18 % plus a penalty of Rs. 25000/- for the cost of rented taxi cost from my house to bank and for mentally torture, may kindly be issued as earlier as possible.

                        I had purchased a watch from the Gariahat showroom of Kolkata on 23Jan23 to gift to someone.

                        Since she had an almost identical watch, I went to the store on 05Feb23 to exchange it. The store manager told me to come after 3 days i.e. on 07Feb23 as their 'system' was not working. They again called me on 07Feb and told they require another 3 days for their system to become operational.

                        Noteworthy, during this period they are anle to sell new products by billing it manually.

                        This caused me immense embarrassment as the ocassion was on 5th Feb for which I purchased the gift.

                        This is not expected from such a big company who is also a market leader and indicates that the company has little care and commitment towards customer interest.

                        It is also surprising to note that products purchased from one store cannot be exchanged from another store.

                        Still hoping to get my watch exchanged.

                          When I visited the shop there said that the watch is not for daily or office use.
                          Such poor quality of product is made by titan

                            Tanishq employee name Dhiren at adajan branch is Lieing anything to sell his product due to which I cancelled my gold chain order and gold set order worth 3 lakhs due to his fake wordings and I will also go to consumer forum for this. Till date i have not receieved my deposited my 25000 which he said to pay for booking but he did not book gold rate for it.

                              Dear all,

                              I live overseas and travel back to India 1-2 times a year, and on each visit I go to the Titan Eyeplus showroom in my home town to have my eyes checked and new lenses fitted or additional sets bought, as required.

                              On a recent visit, I placed an order for a new set of lenses for Rs 31K and made a down-payment of Rs 1k. For the remaining amount I bought vouchers on Amazon (as I have done once before), but when I sent those over to the salesman at Titan EyePlus I was informed that the vouchers were only usable for watches, and not eyewear- it seems they were World of Titan vouchers and not Titsn eye+ vouchers!

                              I have since tried to contact Amazon, Titan customer care and the Titan Eyeplus showroom staff, and Qwikcilver, but am unable to find a resolution. Amazon says the purchase can’t be refunded, Titan says the voucher usability can’t be changed, and Titan Eyeplus says they will not accept these vouchers- meanwhile Qwickcilver says the T&C of the vouhers must be followed!

                              I do hope that someone will uphold the high standards of consumer care and consumer protection that is now becoming the norm in India.

                              Details can be provided when required.

                              Incidentally, for a layperson, or the average customer, Titan is an umbrella brand and the purchaser of these vouchers would expect them to work at all Titan stores. Also, the watch and eyewear product have a common store- in the city I made the purchase, eyewear is to the left of the store and on the right are watches- they share a common security guard and store front.

                              Needless to say, there will be many learning experiences here, on clarity in marketing, empathy in customer resolution, and better disclosures, but most of all (for me) to always beware, as even the best can have a bad day.

                              But I remain hopeful that the various big brands involved will uphold the brand values they espouse, and undo the wrong.

                                I have account with Tanishq at Kurukshetra. I need fund with benefit amount in my bank account. I had paid 5k to tanishq for 10 month. Now I am facing issue in getting my fund.

                                I have raised the request for refund now distributor is saying I will get only principle amount and get discount when I will buy something .this is fraud..and cheating with customer.

                                Also talking about that You will get fund after 400 days. This was not discussed . I was informed that on 12th month company will refund the entire amount in my account as company will not keep it with them.

                                Now they are cheating with me and asking different words.

                                  I face problem from that date when I purchase this watch.Many more times I take it to your service center many more times but they didn't repair properly. I think I did a big mistake on purchase this Titan brand watch .So suggest me what can I do??

                                    I’m recently moved to UK, I tried to login using uk number but I’m unable to login to IOS Fastrack reflex App .
                                    I tried deleting and downloading from UK App Store . OTP not received to uk . Because of this I’m unable to use my Fastrack play plus watch .

                                      Titan smart watch faulty

                                      Hi,

                                      This is with regards to a smart watch Titan Fastrack Reflex that I had ordered on 24th July 2022. I had hardly used it for a while and the display started giving problems. Later it completed went off and would not start at all.

                                      On 7th December I took the watch to World of Titan at Viviana Mall, Thane where I was told they will have to send it to the service center and that it would take around...
