I have ordered a watch from my account.The money is debited but still I can't see my order in orders status.when i contacted the customer support they say that the transaction failed but money was tranfered to their account.

    I had submitted a titan watch for servicing as it has issue with the machine keeps stopping. After 2 months i have received my watch today after several follow ups and calls. And to my utter surprise, i have noticed now my watch has lot of scraches all over the strap. My watch was new and had no scratch at all

      Why is this design u guys manufacturing which is breaking after daily use of 2 months. Ur sale person proudly saying we have 2-3 complaint like this before this.

      How about some shame and honour to say this before I buy mangalsutra.

      Have a general meeting of goa panjim branch teach them manners how to talk of customer is there. Not to abuse in front of customer. Waiting for one hour to get mangalsutra repair my ears almost start bleeding. So much nonsense. Can hear. Anyways i ain't going to buy anything from u guys and not my wife family as well. Horrible.

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          I had two Titan watches with Model no: 131-04 and model no: 668YAA. These two wristwatches are not working, therefore I took them to World of Titan, Taratala, Kolkata, West Bengal Pin- 700038. They refused to service the watches stating that they had no replacement spare parts. I kindly request to look into this matter and please make arrangements for servicing of this watches

              I have submitted a request for duplicate bill, sales girl told me that with in 7 to 10 days. They will provide me, still I haven't received the bill. That sales girl ( i forget her name) working in tanisq shopia market, Saharanpur branch, 247001 always makes false promises because of that o have suffered alot.while purchasing a diamond ring she has told me that when you will return this we will give back 100% amount whichever is mentioned on the bill. But now they are refusing to give that amount saying gst and making will be deduct. But at the time of purchasing they told that 100% amount will be return.

              Why they are making us fool, I don't know why such big brands doing this with customer. We trust tanisq that's why we purchased from there, but sales person makes us fool. Never say clearly any thing, because of that i am facing around 15 to 20 k loss.

              Please look into it.

                I have bought two rings from different stores if tanishq one at noida gip mall and another from jhansi store which I wished to exchange yesterday for buying a gold chain of higher amount from Shipra mall indrapuram store. I was told that both my rings will only be exchanged for 50% of total value. They told us this is company policy regarding certain ucp products but we have never been told regarding the ucp products while buying those rings at either of the stores.

                  I submitted a TITAN watch (Model NC 1335YL02) at the TITAN showroom at Selaiyur, Chennai-600073 on 18 Apr 2022 for battery replacement. As the watch was perfectly running, I did not ask for servicing. The battery price was less than Rs.120, but I was asked to pay Rs.184 as service charges also. Watch was not serviced and i did not request for it also. The shop informed that this is the normal way of billing even if one does not ask for servicing.

                    I placed an order for pickup at store and money got deducted from my bank account but no order was placed at my end even I contacted at store they also said they haven't received any order so such bad experience I received from people at Titan . Today's is my father's birthday and I wanted to gift him a watch but Titan ruined it. Not expecting such experience from TATAs really disappointed.

                      I have placed an order: ISHR002086 on 26th March 2022 In Titan Eye Plus, and i got the product after 1 week and the lens size is too much bigger. I am already using same power and same index (1.74) but my glass thickness is not visible as the new one which i purchased in Titan eye plus. I have checked in other stores and got the feedback that the thickness for 1.74 is not as expected, they said the thickness should be lesser than which i have now provided by Titan Eye plus. I am not comfortable with the lenses as it is coming out of the frame too much and i paid Rs.18907/- for this glasses. After paying hefty money i haven't got the lenses till now. So Requesting you to please replace my lenses and please make sure for the new lenses thickness should be less compared to the present ones. It is completely showing that the product is manufacturing defect or the fitting issue.

                      I havent got any reply from TITAN Eye pluss, this is not expected from a company like TITAN. After charging 19807/- this is not what a customer should face.
                      I havent got any reply from TITAN EYE PLUS, this is not expected from a company like TITAN after paying 18907/- customer is not getting the desired product. waiting from 3 weeks for the product

                          I bought a Titan wristwatch in Nan Hosur and now the lid on it is missing. Your watch dealer in Coimbatore. M/s.zimson shopping arcade, 84 Cross cut Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore When they inquired they found no spare parts so they gave the old watch and bought a new watch to replace it.They told me to pay more and buy. Even today I bought a watch for Rs.5645/-. But it is sad that after sales service is not in your company. Your company buys a watch that looks good but how about throw it away if a part is wasted. Therefore, while making a product, I request that the spare parts be made available.

                            This is Arunkumar, visited Tanishq Thuraipakkam, OMR yesterday evening approximately around 6 to 7 pm along with my wife and child. We were welcomed and directed to the stud counter as we wanted to buy stud for my child.

                            Mr Rajesh Kumar Pal (identified from the name badge) attended us and showed the children stud trays. We dint like any and so asked for stud collections for my wife. He brought few trays and we were looking into it.

                            My wife picked one and was saying to me that the mat finish in that will fade away over time. He (Mr Rajesh Kumar Pal) interfered stating mat finish of our products won't fade away. My wife replied him saying that I had a ring bought from Tanishq, the mat finish faded away and turned out like normal gold over time.

                            He immediately asked her on what mobile number was that purchase made, She told him that it was her mother's mobile number. He entered in the system and said it's in the name 'Lakshmi'. She said yes, that is my mother's name. He replied that there are no such purchase in that mobile number. She said the purchase was very very long ago, there were quiet other numbers in use that she does not even remember now. He gave an intimidating look, brought few other trays and went sat looking into his mobile for quite some time (do verify it from your cctv footage). I felt quite embarrassed and literally lost the interest of buying and literally wanted to leave the store. This shows that he was showing clear reluctance in attending us and it was a clear case of racial attack. We belong to the state of Tamilnadu and he does not seem to be from TN (We may be wrong though), But we literally felt that he was unleashing racial attack on us. His attitude and behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. Finally we decided to leave and left the store.

                            I wanted to ask him right away but dint want to create any scene inside the store.

                            Is this the way a service provider handles customers??

                            He was trying to find out whether our previous purchase was genuine (the purchase was genuine, a decade ago from coimbatore store)!! Since he couldn't find any against the number I conveyed, demeanour was very bad!! How mean!!

                            I AM RAISING A VERY BIG COMPLAINT ON MR RAJESH KUMAR PAL FOR INTIMIDATING IN A RACIAL MANNER AT YOUR STORE. He is answerable for the mean behaviour towards us.

                              I have first visited the delhi south extension store on 4 February 2022 and met One ashutosh for my ring design. Upon getting assurance from him, i had shared my design and since then he has been avoiding my calls and when i visit the store then i am told he is away for a meeting. When i call then the receptionist mets out fake name and random excuse to delay.
                              He has stolen my design on the pretext of delivering me the ring within 45 days and I can’t believe a company under TATA group can cheat its customer of their intellectual property.

                                  I have purchased one product from tanishq arond 23rd Feb 22 and then placed for return, everthing happend successfully and Tanishq initiated a refund on 26th Feb 22 but i still havent recived my money back. I have been checking with Tanishq customer care for last 1 month but neither getting the refund nor the proper answer. Everytime i am getting different answers.
                                  I have checked with my bank, Bank confirmed they havent recived any refund transaction till now. Myself checked with Razorpay with the refund id shared by tanishq. In razorpay site with refundid its showing refund delayed, checked with razor pay customercare and they said transaction forwareded to payu so check with payu. Then i checked with Payu and payu said they did not found such transaction at there end. i feel like i been making fooled by Tanishq, I am very furstated with tanishq and not able to understand why thry are not refunding my money, more than a month, its feel like cusotmer is joke for them, everday i have to chat with tanishq cusomter care but still no money no proper answer

                                    I bought the eyeglasses from Titan Eyewear Online. The glasses were delivered to me on 26.03.2022. The return policy of the company provides that the products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. As such the 7 days were expiring on 02.04.2022. However, they have wrongly closed the return on 01.04.2022 and there is no response to my complaint on e-mail I have sent on 02.04.2022.
                                    Further, the Company has never mentioned on their website or their invoice clarifying the specific date of delivery nor have they mentioned in their policy that the day of delivery is also included within the 7 days. This is really deceiving the customers and as a result I have been deceived, as such, I should be given an option to return the product or the Company should adequately compensate me for the misrepresentation by them.

                                      I am Manish Sahu s/o Durga Sahu from Raipur(Chhattisgarh). We have done payment of Rs. 26, 323 on 16th March 2022 at 7:57 PM through UPI payment method. The amount is debited from our account which belong to Bank of Baroda. We got the text message of amount deduction from bank. But Tanishq people are saying they have not received the amount. and they didn't give us the product. We waited for 48 hours but the amount is not refunded to our bank account, Later, we contacted to bank branch and they are saying amount is sent to aps.[protected]@icici
                                      but they are still saying amount is not received. Tanishq people are not able to help us further. So, Kindly fix this problem. I am attaching the all the transaction details and proof. please help. either refund our money or avail our desired product.

                                        I have bought Titan Smart Pro on 12 march 2022.

                                        To my surprise, this is the third watch I picked in the last one month. Because other two watches did not work properly, I was advised to go for this. However this too is false promised product.
                                        Following features do not work even after 10 days o[censored]sage
                                        1. Sleep monitor
                                        2. Temperature.
                                        3. Compass

                                        Very disappointing to report that Titan is not testing their products properly, before releasing it to the market.
